“Tasty food with lots of choices for the whole family. We did takeout for 5 items: --Wok Fried Noodles - bouncy and satisfying! --Bao Sampler Platter - Really good, especially with chili oil! This came with different fillings: Pork with Scallion, Chicken with Corn, and Beef with Onion and you can have them steamed or fried. I super recommend getting their add-on of Spicy Minced Pork Chili Oil which really elevates this dish. --Jasmine Boba Tea (customized for my request of zero ice, zero sugar) - pretty good, but the boba was kinda hard. --Crab and Pork Soup Dumplings - Pretty good. These are very likely much better eaten in the restaurant. In general, the filling was slightly too dense and the wrapper was a little too thick compared to the same dish I've had elsewhere. --Bao Chicken - A family fave. This came with 3 pieces of broccoli and was heavy on the chicken which had a light coating and yummy sauce. The portion lasted my kids several meals. With food this good, this spot can take a bao. ;)“

We did have to wait a little before getting helped bc each group pretty much gets a little history of where the place started, and there's only one person who speak to the customers. The ice cream seems to be high quality and the cones are made to order! I personally don't prefer the cone texture, even though they're fresh they're still a little dense. I’ve been a true fan of this restaurant ever since I’ve moved up to Bloomfield a few years ago and I always bring my friends and family to this restaurant. Anthony and his team were very accommodating and brought out the rest of trays as the previous ones started emptying out which I greatly appreciated due to the lack of space we were given at the venue. “Twisted Tulip is a cute and cozy cafe with a very relaxing vibe. I ordered an iced latte with almond milk and the latte of the day 'Vanilla Rose Latte'. The Latte of the day was good but the rose/vanilla aspect was very not very pronounced. The other latter was also good. They offer a good variety of drinks, pastries, sandwiches, etc., The decor was unexpected (graffiti styles) with the name being twisted tulip, but it was a bright fun look. They have stools along a glass window, as will as tables/chairs and a cozy corner with a little couch, and a shelf of books (all very inviting) They also have outdoor seating but there seems to be a lot of construction happening around the building...hopefully it will be done by the time its warm enough to sit outside.
