“I recently hosted my daughter first communion at Carelli’s and was beyond impressed. Gio was beyond helpful and accommodating and service staff was attentive and on top of it all!! We had calamari to start, which was out of this world with an amazing red sauce loaded with fresh basil. The focaccia bread was warm and delicious. The entrees were also outstanding and portions enough for 2! I highly recommend this place! They gained a customer in me and everyone that attended the party! Big thanks to Gio for letting my party vision come to life!!!”

“The sushi here is so good and fresh, the restaurant is always clean, and the sushi chefs are friendly and blessed people. The prices are very reasonable too. This is one of my favorite sushi restaurants.”

“Loved it! Ordered the lamb gyro and falafel and both were delicious.

Falafel seemed to be homemade, great flavor and crunch without being dry.

Lamb Gyro was perfect. Thick warm pita, perfect amount of lettuce, onions, etc. with actual meat (not those frozen shaved cylinders of meat goo) .

Clearly I enjoyed myself, I’m still glowing. If your craving a gyro you won’t be disappointed”

“Sear House is impeccably clean, pastas and steaks are prepared well, bread served warm and housemade desserts delicious. The dinner pricepoint is a little high but comparable to similar menu restaurants in NJ. Sun-Thur prix fixe is your best bet but with limited selection. We appreciated the pristine airy ambiance, service and food at an earlier repast event with screens available to show photos and videos of remembrance. They were quite respectful of what was being said and shared and waited patiently to serve at appropriate times.”

“What a gem! Jersey Johnny’s in Little Falls is my new go-to for classic comfort food done right. Their hotdogs are legendary, especially the Jumbo All the Way—juicy, flavorful, and loaded with the good stuff. I also tried the breaded mushrooms and wow... crispy, golden perfection. 🍄 The variety of sides makes it easy to mix things up, and the prices are super reasonable too, which is always a win.

What really stood out was the service: friendly, welcoming, and fast. You can tell they care about the customer experience. 😊 Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a casual meal, the local vibe and laid-back atmosphere make it a spot you'll want to return to. Highly recommend!”

“Came here for lunch, they have a lunch special Monday-Saturday 11am-3pm. I had the general Tso chicken. Overall my food was good. It was spicy, fresh, and flavorful. The restaurant is clean and tidy, although, they should make it look prettier with some Chinese decor. Food was served fast. No complaints or issues. I would recommend this restaurant.”

“Great little place one could easily miss if they weren't looking. Delicious dogs, relatively inexpensive prices, and great ambience, make this a go to spot. Couple of drawbacks though. Seating very limited, so best time to come is after the lunch rush and before school lets out. Also limited hours of operation, as they are only open during lunch through early afternoon rush hours, so plan accordingly. You won't regret it.”

“We used to go to Park West quite often, but stopped when we were tired of having to check the bill carefully for overcharging. Happened again yesterday when we called in a pick up and 2 of the 3 items ordered were wrong and the wrong higher price was still charged. And, we didn't get two items we ordered, nor the coleslaw and pickle that was requested. Not happy at all”

“Palazzone Pastry Labs and had a mixed experience. The pastries themselves were quite good, with a nice variety and fresh ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the cannoli, which had a delightful filling and a perfectly crisp shell.

However, the service left much to be desired. The servers were not very friendly, which took away from the overall experience. A bit more warmth and attentiveness from the staff would go a long way in making customers feel welcome and valued.

Overall, while the pastries are worth trying, the service could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience at Palazzone Pastry Labs.”

“We ordered a thin crust Sicilian with vodka sauce, grilled chicken, and mushrooms and it was amazing!With so many other pizza places in the area, we never thought to check this local pizza place out, but our neighbor, Bernadette, gave us a gift card for helping her out and we’ve been coming back ever since. Bernadette has since passed, but we’ll think of her every time we eat there now. Highly recommend checking it out!”

“The food at this Chinese restaurant is super good. I recently moved to Fairfield and needed to find a good spot for Chinese takeout out. So, I tried joy wok. I ordered sesame chicken combo and the Mongolian beef. They were both super good. I don’t normally like my sesame chicken a little spicy and they made it just right for me.
The customer service is also great. I had accidentally ordered white rice with the Mongolian beef and when I picked up my order they switched it to fried rice right away with no extra charge. Everyone there is super nice. Definitely recommend if you are in the area in search of a good Chinese spot.”

“Always a fabulous dinner at RARE always greeted with a very warm welcome and the wait staff is incredible and attentive, especially Carlos! Explaining the menu and ingredients on every item is very helpful. Drinks are the best by far. Ambiance is wonderful ! We will be back again and again!”
