“By far one of the best sushi places I've tried. We are now a regular customer. The fish is so fresh!!! Everything we have had is always good. We have never been dissatisfied. The owners are the sweetest people another reason why we enjoy coming here. We also love the tea. My favorite is the Mexican Roll. Definitely recommend. You get top quality ingredients and service for a very great price.“
“I came here for lunch for the first time and I was greeted by the hostess. She sat me at a booth. Then waitress came shortly after and asked me what I wanted to drink, she took my order of hot tea.I got the drink and food menu and I was searching for the lunch menu and couldn't find it...I thought hmmm maybe they forgot. Then I decided to look it up on Google, and there it was!So I took a look and then found what I wanted... and when the waitress approached I told her I want to order lunch....she says no sorry because today's a holiday, Valentines Day we don't do lunch. “I get delivery from here all the time. It's a ton of food and the chicken is always super tender. The teriyaki sauce is amazing as well; sweet and tangy mmm! Better chicken than any hibachi place I remember going to. Shrimp and beef are decent as well. I never get sushi cuz why bother with what's probably low grade, generic sushi? Potstickers are alright too. Best fast food chain hands down“

“Everyone in NYC raves about Tonchin, and it's definitely worth a try. It's super popular so make sure you make a reservation. The space itself is fairly large and comfortable. The Momo mocktail ($12) was sweet and refreshing. As for food, I went for the Tonchin Classic Tokyo Tonkotsu ($21). It was delicious, with a rich and savory broth and perfectly jammy egg. However, I have had better value elsewhere with more toppings, meat, etc.“

Scallop Snow pea & Baby Onion Flying fish Lotus Anago Tendon with miso Wasn't incredibly oily at the end of everything, I had a beer to go with my meal as a palette cleanser. Service was great, showed great attention to customers. Chefs were attentive, and notice when you want a good video shot at the whole frying process and try not to ruin your video. As a small extra birthday surprise, added a nice large strawberry with a mochi ice cream. Great experience, would love to try again someday.“

“fair prices which is super rare for nyc sushi ($34 for 6 hand rolls) i love no tipping <3we came at 8pm on a tuesday and the wait was like 30min. the line moved pretty quicklyamazingggg ambiance (all bar seating, my fave kind of seating) and the service is really good. there was a lottttt of hype around this place and while idk if i can say it lived up to the hype, i would def come again“
