Absolutely no follow up service. The waiter and bartender does not check on the patrons unless you waive for their attention. The food is average for airport prices.The purchase of the food and tip is included at the beginning, before you receive service and food. So, you end up with very poor service and average food.the workers kept handing around near the back door to the break room for employees. Gossiping and chit-chatting. No waitress, only APP to order, not very busy but took a long time to get my drink. When food arrived, French fries were cold and sent them back. My pulled chick wrap had small bones in it. Fries never came out. Tried to complain to Manager, but he wasn’t around. Asked for a refund, to date still haven’t received it. Won’t be stopping there again.

They messed up drink orders, the food was terrible, YOU CAN'T GET A REFUND FOR ANYTHING ON SITE. They tell you that you can request a refund by emailing them and they'll get back to you in 5-7 business days, not that they will give you refund, just that they'll acknowledge your request. It has been over a week and I still have not received anything. All of their emails to me have been from no-reply email addresses so you can't even communicate with them.
