“Found this late night gem after seeing Sweeny Todd at the theatre.Unfortunately, the kitchen was going to be closed in half an hour, so we only ordered the House Chicken Fried Rice, Shrimp Dumplings, and Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs. My only complaint is I wished we ordered more before the kitchen closed; it was all delicious!! ??The service was quick. Even the Jasmine tea served had a delicious flavour. “A warm local Georgian place which is owned by a super friendly and easy going owner with a simple but cute decor. The service is also great with the owner happy to recommend the dishes.I wanted to tick off the traditional Georgian dish, Adjaruli Khachapuri. It's basically a bread boat filled with cheese and raw egg yolk. It's a baked dish and is best eaten when hot. One needs to mix the raw egg yolk properly within the cheese and then devour it. The bread was easy to break with crisp sides while the cheese was really creamy and smooth. It basically felt like a better version of NYC cheese pizza minus the marinara, and I would happily choose this one over pizza! The dish is simple, filling and soul satisfying which made me love it. The prices too are pretty decent compared to the neighborhood they are located in.Overall an amazing experience with Georgian food, would definitely come back to try their Khinkali (dumplings) next time!“

“I have been here for both dinner and lunch. I prefer the dinner menu over their lunch menu because of the bigger portions and wider variety, but the dinner menu is available at lunch as well. For dinner, my partner got the braised short rib which he was very pleased with. I got the set of four hand rolls which all tasted fresh and delicious. The hand rolls are more like open sushi tacos. There was a lot of filling so I ended up being fuller than I expected. For lunch, we had the lunch bento set which included a small portion of an entrée, a miso soup or salad, and a hand roll of your choice for about $25 depending on your entree. The teriyaki is on the milder side. Overall, I am happy to have this little gem in Brooklyn. Besides the good food, service has always been exceptional too.“

“Cuban restaurant in Bergenfield, NJ Cuban family restaurant in New Jersey with ample parking space. My wife and I were greeted and served with great kindness by an efficient and bilingual staff. The restaurant is spacious, and its ambiance is refined. Its décor combines a display of original works by Cuban painters and Oriental vases. The menu, prepared by a Cuban chef, is diverse, with various starters, main courses, and desserts. As main course I ordered lacón, the kind I remembered eating in Cuba, which is not easy to find in New York. My wife had sea bass. Our dishes were all very good. We were very pleased. My wife favorite was a starter called “Discovery”. I particularly enjoyed the flan. Our only recommendation has to do with the music, which was only Salsa while we were there. In our opinion, the addition of other types of Cuban music could enhance the experience. The owners do not have a liquor license yet. Forewarned, we were able to bring our own bottle of wine. We had a great time. Highly recommended.“

“Cafe Clementine left its location on West Broadway and moved to Greenwich and Duane (read "moved much closer to me"). Clementine has been around for over 25 years, but this new location is bright and inviting, and is a much-needed addition as a lunch option in the area. Expect lines at lunchtime--the risk of being to close to Citibank's headquarters. The menu is updated daily on their web site (cafeclementine.com/specials/). They won't steer you the wrong way with their soup, salad and sandwich offerings. I had one of the best lentil soups just last week, and was left wondering -- when will it be back on the rotation as a menu item? For good or bad, you will have to live with not knowing what they have for the day until the morning of. All said, an excellent new edition of an old Tribeca favorite. “Mostly crunchy coating on the calamari- it's not flaky like most other places, instead it's crumb-y (see pic for reference). Good flavor in the crust, and the squid pieces were cut from an actual whole squid, so you get fun little pointy pieces too. The squid itself was on the softer side, not as chewy as squid usually is. The marinara sauce was very disappointing, tasted watery (and just sorta bad). The portion size was a bit smaller than I would have liked. Ordered on ubereats ahead of time, but I don't think they started making it until I showed them I was there to pick up my order. I would recommend just showing up and ordering at the counter, you save on extra processing fees and you don't lose much on time. The friend that I went with agreed that the only place he had EVER had sushi on-par with this was in Japan. We both got the Omakase. I was firstly very affordable. Omakase is usually $100+, but their’s was under $70 (they also have plenty of sushi/ramen meal options in the $15-20 range for those that are looking for an even more affordable meal). “I can only recommend the Cappuccino because I have not bought anything else in the two years I have visited. RECOMMENDATIONS: Yesterday, it was raining and set up inside the cafe was not six feet from each other (especially the tables near the door). Maybe reminding people that they can’t linger in the cafe 60-90 minutes due to Covid19. Would be a great idea. Maybe giving the sitting would best. Especially with the weather impeding.“

“Was here for takeout yesterday and was blown away by the food we ordered. The service was quick and food was still warm/hit when we got home to eat them. We love variety, so we ordered Thai and Malaysian dishes along with sushi rolls. First off, the milk tea with brown sugar and boba has the right amount of sweetness in the tea and the right chewy boba texture. For sushi, we ordered fantasy roll, spicy kani, wild summer and Manhattan roll. All of them were special since they mixed a variety of fresh fish in there. For example, the spicy kani has salmon, tuna and eel! Yum! The beef rendang was so soft and green curry was so delicious. And we ended the night with some mango sticky rice. Got to say we were stuffed! Can’t wait to go back for dine in when the garden opens for the warmer weather“

“Best sushi in Hoboken, and the miso soup has the best flavor balance. I’ve tried a lot of sushi in Hoboken, and some how just came across this gem. Miso soup had a complex flavor balance that few miso soups achieve, fresh seaweed, a generous amount of wasabi, soft/perfectly ripe avocado and drum roll: extremely fresh fish. Thank you Avocado Sushi team for your outstanding service. I’m so grateful I found you.“

Warm welcome when we came in we ordered the Beef Nachos they were stacked high and the beef very tender. For the mains a spicy shrimp and buttermilk chicken taco all were amazing as you can see by the pictures. We had homemade key lime pie and bread pudding for dessert and they did not disappoint. From the minute we walked in the door, our experience was 100% positive. The service was fast, courteous, and intuitive. The food was sublime. This is not your run of the mill Chinese food restaurant. I rate it seven out of five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I never claimed to be a math whiz!)“

“Palermo Restaurant, we enjoyed an incredible meal on a rainy Saturday in March in NYC, the owner told us that he had been there for a short time, and without a doubt I have to tell him that I hope it establishes itself and lasts a long time. Being Spanish and knowing that Argentines have a special touch for meat, we couldn't resist the temptation and what a magnificent temptation, enjoying a good atmosphere and good people, with a Quilmes. What more could you ask for, well yes, a great dessert..... 100% recommended, we hope to return and visit Palermo again.Thank you!!!!“

It felt very authentic and the flavors of everything — soup, vegetables, hot appetizers, sushi and sashimi we tried were so subtle, FreshAnd nourishing. Very fairly priced and if I lived in the neighborhood I’d be there all the time! Thank you Sophia and all the staff there who fed and served us for a wonderful experience and wholesome meal.“
