“It was a very busy night but we were able to be seated right away. The waitress was very friendly and realized we were celebrating Ramadan; she made us aware if there was pork in any of the food we were ordering and asked if we would like to customize our choices, if possible. The food was very good and each person who brought anything to our table was very courteous. There were just two moments of not being able to eat while waiting for grated cheese & and for someone so we could ask for salt.We were asked when the food was brought out if we would like grated cheese; but they never came back. The hostess noticed as soon as we started looking around and came over to see if we needed something. She brought grated cheese instantly. We wanted a little salt on the salad, but there was none on the table, and it took a bit before I was able to ask for it.Being it was busy, we assumed they were busy or got distracted. All and all... for as busy as it was, the two moments were not as bad as it could have been and definitely worth choosing to eat there.Highly recommend“
“This is a great place to go eat at because of the nice wall paintings they have and just the vibe is so homey and welcoming. take out is great too. i have had the pizza, the tacos, the sopes, and let me tell you you cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. it’s just too good. now if i really wanna put my food reviewer cap on i have to say there is one thing that is off, and that is the prices. the amount of food that you get for the price is crazy. they make sure that you are full and have left overs ?? love it keep doing what you’re doing ??Kid-friendliness: great place to bring kids“
“Went in to grab a couple of slices for lunch. I got the hot trio roni slices, which were square slices with a trio of sauces - pesto, vodka, and marinara - and little pepperoni with what I think was hot honey drizzled on top.Ok, it was absolutely delicious. It wasn't too busy when I walked in, but the staff were all chatting and it took a few minutes for someone to help me. But once they knew I was there, they were friendly and attentive.I didn't quite know where to sit to eat my slices, since it seemed like the whole room was for dine-in and table service but I grabbed a small table and ate my lunch and it was fine!“
“3/1/24 I read about Via Sposito having multiple restaurants serving family style dishes and their Pizza ovens are wood and coal fired so we went to the one in Old Bridge, NJ. Our gracious host Dolores is an Sposito who we had the pleasure to talk with.We started with Zuppa di Mussels, which was delicious and the sauce to dip the mussels in was so sweet yummy.Just look at the pictures before and after. Then my wife ordered the huge Pork Chop with mixed vegetables and potatoes, my wife couldn't finish her meal.I ordered a Margarita Pizza with homemade mozzarella and pecorino romano cheese and fresh basil with extra virgin olive oil. On top I added real sliced sweet sausage, outstanding pizza, will definitely order it again together with outstanding service see the before and after pictures. Well worth the trip.“
“First time here. Had slice of Sicilian. Not usually a Sicilian guy but it looked really good. It was fantastic! Light & crispy bottom and crust. Fluffy & light middle. Sauce was delicious! Definitely will be back & definitely recommend!“
“Went here for my step daughters birthday and everything was great. Even tho we were there for over 3 hrs the staff was very attentive and always brought what you asked for. The food was delicious as always. It's a BYOB. There is a liquor store in the same plaza. Great place for a dinner or out to celebrate a special occasion. I don't eat seafood and a lot of their food on the menu was seafood but they have other things too. I recommend everything!Parking: There is a lot of parking but If other businesses are open in the plaza it's a little harder to find a spot.“
“It was our second time there. The food is very fresh and authentic. Many traditional Italian dishes that are well prepared and presented. I had the seafood stew special which was excellent. It was $42 a little pricey but worth it. My wife had the eggplant Parmesan. It was excellent. We tried out the Jersey shore pizza. We thought it was very good. Service was excellent. We have tried many different Italian restaurants and would definitely go back.“
“Very good people run this place & the food is very high quality. ? Always cooked right & delicious. We get pizza every week here & it's always hot & yummy. We don't go anywhere for pizza or pasta. Actually their wraps & paninni's are good too. Lol. That whole menu is delicious.“
“My husband and I recently moved to OB almost a year now. We’ve visited this restaurant probably too many times. We’ve brought our family here and anytime there’s guests visiting from out of town we always make sure they try the pizza here because it is the best! We enjoy eating there since everything gets brought out super fresh. We’ll continue to dine here!“
“It's out go-to local place. I love the cozy dining area, where you can have a conversation without shouting to be heard. Over the years, I have found attentive and welcoming wait staff and consistently delicious food. Try the thin crust square pizza (Nonna's) with the pesto and chopped tomatoes. Additionally, the restaurant is handicapped accessible, so I can take my mom in her wheelchair to dine with her friends and family. For all these reasons, I give it five stars!“
“Love Nicolo's Pizzeria, we have a long history with this pizza place and highly recommend if you're looking for traditional style pizza place in the area, great service, they deliver. I usually stop in every week or two for a few slices, you have to check them out!“
“Great laid-back gem offering amazingly affordable homemade dishes. Fabulous service and the owner is a doll! Delicious, hot, & fresh food! Cleared the plates & had a happy belly! Recommended must try to all locals & visitors alike.“
“I’ve been coming to Lisa’s since I was in grade school. It’s the best pizza in nj in my opinion. The owner Joe is always there making sure everything is perfect. All around great place with a beautiful little byob dining area that reminds you of ItalyDietary restrictions: Vegetarian pizza availableParking: Decent parking lot with other lots available that are super closeKid-friendliness: We loved coming here as kids! They have high chairs and lots of food for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Not really“
“I had a chicken cutlet sandwich with fresh mozzarella, homemade balsamic and roasted peppers. . I got a half and it was 15 dollars at first I thought it was a lil expensive, but after eating it was worth every penny! Really enjoyed it , was delicious!“
“No one can beat your cheese steaks. I had one yesterday from another restaurant and it was terrible. They used slices of yellow American which were hardly melted.. We ordered other food too , which I wasn't overlall thrilled with. VINNYS Old Bridge going forward 100%.“
