The person who served us was very friendly, the place was clean, there were two tables under a tent where we could eat.
The wait time was short considering that there were several people who had already ordered before us.
Very good size of the taquitos and mulitas in relation to their cost.

What did lack flavor were the beans and rice that came as an accompaniment to the onion steak. The steak itself was very well cooked, the vegetables fresh; but he lacked rice and beans. I just love it here. Sitting outside and seeing the beauty around me right now. Tranquil....just awesome. Great place to work from as well.”

This is the second time in 2 months that I’ve been there and I found the bowl of the toilet dirty because the chain of the toilet’s handle don’t pull nothing. “built my first ofrenda this year and came to la jarochita in search of pan de muerto. i have been trying to honor the tradition respectfully and felt that supporting a local mexican business was the right way of doing it.

this is an authentic mexican bakery, i could tell just by walking in. the environment is very homey and welcoming, the ladies that run the front are sweet and informative.
one of the women explained to me that you grab a tray and your serve yourself the bread you want and then you take it to the counter.

so i asked for a few opinions and chose a bunch of options. i left with pan de muerto and a bunch of other pastries / bread.
it was very affordable!

everything is fresh and a lot of them are still warm fresh from the oven!
the taste is very good.
