“The service was phenomenal. The food, delicious. Best italian restaurant in Philly, the closest thing I've seen so far to an authentic italian restaurant in Philly (I stayed in Italy for 6 weeks). We got the tiramisu and gelato, and we got the carbonara and pappardelle al ragù. All of it was just so good. I wanna come back again, but I need to save up for it because it was very pricey. We had to make a slight change in order for a vegetarian, and they had no issues. We tried their breakfast sandwiches & lunch sandwiches, and each bite was jam packed with substance & flavor (I mean, just look at the layers in my photo.) Fresh ingredients, and an overall quaint/bright spot. This would be an awesome place to post up and get some work done, do some people watching, and enjoy delicious food. Beautiful place, tons of coffee options, generous sizes without sacrificing it looking/being nice, food’s great too and rotating and actual thought seems to have gone into it rather than just pumping out 15 different croissants or something.“

“A hidden jewel for good coffee nestled in Old Rittenhouse Town, Wissahickon Park. (A Beautiful area to hike or mountain bike (two separate trails) or walk your dog ). It is a coffee shop and bike shop. The surprise was the quality and freshness of the coffee. My Americano was delicious. The beans were freshly ground, and the cup was Full of flavor. The young gentleman that served me (and my dog!) was very friendly and welcoming. It was a fun breakfast for us with friendly service.Be mindful of the parking as well, because you’ll need to parallel park and pay for the time you’re there. I am so glad that I did. Not only did I get a cup of coffee but I also got an egg & cheese sandwich on a croissant. My breakfast was absolutely amazing. The croissant was buttery and fresh. The sandwich literally melted in my mouth and the coffee was the finishing touch! I told the workers that this was the best breakfast sandwich that I ever had! A few things that were less than optimal: + Food did take a bit longer than you would expect. Our waitress said there were a number of large parties ahead of ours that lead to the backup which I appreciated. + Stool seats at the bar aren't the coziest. + My boyfriend's scrapple croissant on special was really good but not something he'd go for again. I had a bite and agreed it was a little too mealy/rich a sandwich to enjoy. + I would avoid the specialty coffee drinks and go for your standard diner coffee. Espresso was burnt and bitter.
