“My wife and I had a wonderful lunch at Prime 13. The steaks were cooked perfectly and a very nice size for a lunch entree. Looking forward to going back for dinner. The tomahawk steaks looked absolutely delicious. After lunch we walked across the street to their butcher shop and purchased an incredible double cut pork chop. Just cooked that on my grill and it was fantastic!”

“Great experience at Rosie’s. Friendly staff, clean and pleasant seating area. The pizza tastes fresh and simple. We ordered a round plain pie and a square plain pie—the square was especially delicious, with very light, flavorful dough. Would definitely come back.”

“Ordered catering for family party. Food was SO good! Delivery on time. Quick setup. They even provided serving utensils. I had to make a few last-minute changes and they were super to work with. The ribs were tender & not fatty at all. And the mac ‘n cheese & cornbread were big hits! Definitely recommend. I’m already ordering again for next weekend.”

“Overall rating is based on the food itself. The meats in the combo platter were more tender and flavorful than nearby alternative(s). Ribs and the chicken in particular. The street corn side is awesome. This feels more authentic than some of the semi-chains around.”

I don’t toss around superlatives lightly, but this was the most deliriously delicious, sanity-questioning sandwich of my life. I needed two hands, seven napkins, and a brief moment to collect myself between bites. If you’re within 50 miles, reroute your day and go. You’re never going to see a sandwich the same again.”

“Literally the best cheeseburger I’ve ever had in my life, and trust me I’ve had a lot of them! My husband got the chicken cutlet sandwich and it was also phenomenal. Wish we lived closer because this would be a weekly spot for us!”

“Great bar. I visited Point Pleasant last year and loved coming here to chill, grab a few drinks, and have a quick bite. The staff and bartenders are friendly, the vibe is relaxed, and they have live music too.”

“The service was attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant. Even though the food was good, we were surprised that the entrees did not include a pasta or vegetable.
For example, the veal parmigiana did not come with pasta and the pork chop had no potato or vegetables. The entrees were priced above average, so the least expensive components should have been included and not treated as a side for an extra charge.
For this reason, we will not be returning.”

“When you get iced coffee they offer regular ice or a coffee ball. It’s a ball of frozen coffee so it doesn’t water down your drink as it melts. It was good. I also had a pumpkin muffin. It would be nice if there was a mocha on the menu though.”

“A little confusing to locate; the sign for Black Anchor is on the wall of the stall for Crepes & More. Even when mapping it and standing practically in front of it, we had difficulty finding this. Being avid coffee drinkers, we came to this boardwalk ONLY for this coffee house, which wasn't a house at all, just a stall. There's no seating. I'm not sure if this was formerly just a coffeehouse and they've changed directions with their business? The coffee was good.”

Watching her work was like watching a cross between Serena Williams, Lionel Messi, and Tom Brady at the peak of their careers. Amongst the chaos of a weekend dinner shift, she was a sea of calm and a breath of fresh air. If there were a server hall of fame, she would be our nomination.
