“My wife and I have been looking for a place to enjoy some Mediterranean staples, and we’re so glad we found Kilim. Firstly, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, wherein you can feel the passion and love the owner has for their space. The food was beyond delicious. Highly recommend the babaganus, I could have ate buckets of it if given the opportunity. Everything tasted fresh and was so flavorful from the bread service to the dessert. And lastly, the service was impeccable. The restaurant was very busy, and the waitstaff made us feel like we were their main priority from the moment we walked in. Truly a hidden gem tucked away in an unassuming location, we cannot recommend Kilim enough.“

“This was my first time at Capital Grill. I sat at the bar. Bri was professional and knowledgeable about the menu and beverages. Very familial aura. It was amazing. The atmosphere was elegant yet open. The menu was well composed with great suggested parings from Bri the bartender. The service she provided was truly amazing. Made me feel warm, welcomed, and appreciated. It was such an experience we had to return for a night cap on the way out!“

“The food here is excellent! I love when a chef has seasonal menus. We arrived the first night of their ‘Spring menu” and it was amazing. I had the crab cake appetizer and the scallops for my entree. The favorite thing I tried all night was the fried artichoke and calamari dish - omg a must try! My aunt had the cod for her entree which she loved. The portions are on the bigger side. The hostess, the staff, and Chef were all so friendly and welcoming!“

“I was once, several years ago (& prepandemic) down in Florida somewhere, at a Seasons 52 for dinner with friends we were visiting. I remember way back then, being impressed with seasonal vegetables, reasonably priced and reasonably sized portions. My lunch in NJ with two friends was just as good! Apparently the menu changes seasonally, hence the name. One friend had the caprese sandwich, the other had the crabcake sandwich, and I had the chicken and farro salad. All 3 were beautifully presented, well prepared, and tasty. Mine was a variety of greens, a small scoop of perfectly cooked farro, watermelon radish slices, very pretty and delicious. Normally we wouldn't have had dessert, but my friends asked our kind server, Cartier, for the dessert array. I thought it was an odd way to ask for a dessert menu...but in a few minutes, he returned with a spiral rack that held several small dishes. He described each one lovingly, but started by telling us that those weren't real, so he could touch them to demonstrate what was in each one. Three of us ordered, each a different kind! My friend told Cartier that he gave the best presentation of any time they'd been there! So I rarely take food photos in restaurants but I had to take our 3 mini desserts! And I would come here again.“

“My good friend and myself stumbled into Dolce Vita not too long ago when it was the only restaurant in Nyack that was opened very late. We struck gold. We have been back several times and the food, the service, the owner, the atmosphere are the very best . All are wonderful.“

“My first time visiting here was amazing Amy the owner & host was so nice & humble & immediately let us know happy hour drinks were 2 for 1 which was amazing, also they had soft shell crab which is usually hard to find, the bartender/server Tolly was amazing as well the drink were so good & strong alot of places water down they drinks but not here, which is most important to me lol. “Was in the area and was highly recommend. It was dinner time to I decided to do a takeout order. I called ahead for a lobster roll that would be ready in 10 minutes, it really only took 5. It came warm so I was really excited. Would recommend paying cash as they do charge the 3% credit card fee which wasn't disclosed when I asked if cash or credit was better but it wasn't a big deal. It ended up being $30. Getting into the sandwich, then bread was buttery and toasted with huge chunks of lobster stuffed in it. I should have mentioned that I would have preferred Maine style (butter) vs. Connecticut style (mayo) but honestly the Connecticut style was not bad at all and I'm usually not a huge mayo person. It wasn't drowning in the mayo or too overwhelming and the finely chopped celery added a nice subtle crunch, again not too overpowering. Totally worth the money in my opinion. I would definitely come back here to try the other items on the menu or even to pick up some fresh fish for cooking. They have seating in the back for the casual restaurant part.“

“We went for the Flamenco show and received a call that we should change our reservation to earlier so we were eating during the show. Great advice! Our server was not the best, but the food and the show made that a minor issue. It was a Prix Fixe dinner, but had a wide range of selections for Appetizers, Entree and Dessert. The food was delicious. The bright & lemony seafood salad with avocado and Veal Madrid were perfection. The Flamenco show was amazing. The performers were true professionals and engaged the audience. “I spent about $140 on take-out for Mother’s Day. After getting home, I realized that my $10 virgin pina colada drink was not in the bag. I called the restaurant to ask if it was included in my order and they confirmed that it was ordered. So I told Carma that I’d come back to pick it up. Upon arrival I jokingly said to the front desk lady that it would be nice to have a second drink for free since they forgot my drink. She went back to get my drink and I heard over the restaurant handheld radio, a woman saying we are not giving him a free drink and he’s gotta pay for it. So you mess up my order and I gotta come back there, and that’s the best you can do. Truly disappointed in this poor disregard of customer service.“

The first time we did the “Experience” which comes with unlimited meat selections and we found it to be a bit too much so this time we did the one meat selections which is limited by amount but it was the perfect portion and it included the buffet. “If I have to choose one Korean sushi/sashimi restaurant in NJ, then Bada Story Englewood Cliffs is the one. The staff are extremely well trained. The back of house staff knows a thing or two about culinary excellence. And the owner/executive chef has put together an awesome items in the menu.Bada Story’s dinner feast boasts the most extensive assortment of appetizing sashimi in the tristate area. No, it does not come cheap. But the quality of fish they bring out totally justifies the pricing. Even the side dishes (aka tskedashi) is consisted of noteworthy seafood items. Dessert - the seafood soup - is the only thing that’s disappointing, but you are probably 120% over your capacity by the time you get the soup. By the way, isn’t it funny that Koreans eat a bowl of rice and seafood soup for their dessert?Their lunch special is outstanding as well. Whenever I crave sashimi, but I don’t want to spend $250 for a meal, I go to Bada Story for their lunch special. Nicely priced, but not compromised in quality.When the warm drinking water is exceptionally tasty (aka seung-nyeung) you know you are at a well operated restaurant. Highly recommended.“

“Cool new spot in town! I was reluctant to try this place out but I decided to give it a try after seeing a nice crowd in there. It turns out there is a new owner, he just kept the name of the place the same. A mistake in my opinion but at least he did one good thing. He hired a great bartender named I know from Barrel and Brew. This guy can make a great drink and he is so personable. He interacts well with guests and designed a great menu of drinks. I enjoyed a couple of delicious margaritas while I was there. They also had a DJ named Bronson playing some great music. I look forward to seeing how this place does because I've always said this spot would make a great bar because of the nice patio outside. It would make a great hangout for the summer. I can't really comment on the food because I only tried an order of wings but they were good. The ambience though gave me reason to believe this place could make it at this spot.“

“Came in last week to try Haitian food for the first time. A coworker from Haiti recommended this restaurant specifically.I got the oxtail stew and it was amazing. Tender meat in a flavorful sauce. And it comes with a weeks worth of delicious rice and beans, Plantains and baked mac to boot.Stopped in today for the fried pork and it was the best food I've had in a long time.
