“We brought our family here to eat because we heard it was good. Oh my goodness.. from the greeting at the front door until we finished.. this dining experience was the best! The food was delicious, fresh and the presentation was gorgeous! The server was friendly, attentive and didn’t make one mistake despite several specific requests. She was on point at every single interval. I’m so glad we chose this cafe!“
“In town for a quick weekend business trip and we took a short walk to this cute house turned coffee shop and market. It also has table service upstairs for a more intimate setting. This is a really cozy spot with delicious food and neat flavor profile. We really enjoyed the meatballs and polenta. The mains were equally pleasing. I will probably be back before we leave for a morning coffee. Enjoy!“
“I was super impressed to find good Caribbean food in the middle of new Mexico. Fish tacos, harrisa fries and plantains were great! I was disappointed with the lack of flavor in the beans and rice until I found out that if you mix it with the curry sauce that comes with the plantains, it's amazing!“
“Food was excellent and places was great! Staff was very friendly and personable. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because though I waiter was nice, after taking our order he never came back to check on us... no one did. We wanted a refill, needed more napkins and another fork and could never get anyone's attention, though our waiter passed by us a few times. Next time we are that way we will stop by again. I'm sure it will be better!“
“Johnny and his crew at Reel Burger have awesome food at some of the best prices in town. I love the roast beef burritos smothered. I love their chicken fried chicken awesome. The burger deals are awesome and the ribbon fries are the best. Johnny and his crew are the best very friendly. I love eating there.“
“@cowgirlsantafe served up my next treat for my #saturday #restaurantreview! Since we drove through Texas, this makes up for the chicken fried steak I didn't get to enjoy while there. This one was really delicious... and we could taste the sweetness of cornbread contrasting the spice of the seasoning just perfectly. The atmosphere made it feel like we were on a ranch and watching our server run around with cowboy boots and a cowboy hat was entertaining (she really has a lot of pep in her step!) The price was also appropriate for the portion given (I enjoyed the leftover for lunch!). Definite 5/5. #gourmetrecovery #santafenm #santaferestaurants“
“TLDR; good food, atmosphere, and service — good but not greatWent on a Saturday morning and didn’t wait at all. Was greeted and sat promptly. 5 starsThe atmosphere is nice and was reminiscent of an old diner. I like the multiple bars — one for alcohol and one for coffee with an open bakery kitchen next to it. 4 starsIt had a large menu and I got the Green Chile Biscuits and Gravy (Fri/Sat only) and a Mocha and my friend got the Green Chile cheeseburger. Both dishes were good, but I’d argue as a NM native that green Chile doesn’t quite suit biscuits and gravy (probably a minority in this opinion). The eggs were cooked over medium (although I asked for easy) but still made well, the hashbrowns had a good crispness but the portion on them was small, and the gravy was decently thick and there was enough to satisfy each bite. The biscuits could have been fresher as the top of the biscuit was a bit stale, but overall I was satisfied. 3.5 starsThe green Chile cheeseburger was okay, but rather plain. Hardly the best in the city I saw some reviews claim. The cheese and bun they used were great though — definitely the winners on the burger. The chile and patty were lacking something (it could just be the seasonal NM crop being unflavorful). I do like that the garnish was on the side versus in the burger, but that’s a personal preference. The chips seemed homemade but lacked seasoning. 4 starsThe mocha was good, but it lacked chocolate. Mostly tasted like a plain cappuccino. They do roast in house which was a plus. 4 starsPrices were higher than the quality reflected, but they seemingly used quality ingredients — just wish execution on the dishes we had were done better.4 Stars“
“The food is well prepared and tastes great. The menu items are very affordable. The staff are kind and keep the establishment 9clean. The dining area is spacious and pleasant. The only negative thing I can say about Baja Tacos is there condiments are in little packets. I minor inconvenience.“
“As a newbie to the El Dorado area, I decided to try this restaurant in the Agora Shopping Center. The lady at the register took my order and they had my food ready for me in less than ten minutes. I decided to try the Greek Feast so I could get some vegetables, protein, hummus, and the sauces all in a serving. It was very pleasing for a NM native raised on beans and chili. The vegetables were fresh and not brown. The meat was succulent and came apart easily with a plastic fork. The warm pita bread, hummus, and the sauce that comes with it made a flavorful combination. The sauces are the underrated stars but used that red sauce sparingly, it’s so good you’ll run out quickly.I’m coming back on payday to try a Cubano and a tuna melt.“
“The food was really good it was really worth the price I had a torta de Barbacoa freaking bomb and they are not stingy you get every penny worth, if you want some real Mexican food this is where to find it and get your money's worth and...they were fast“
“Had lunch there today….loved it. Service was great and staff was friendly. Loved the farm to table concept. Had the best chicken Cobb salad and loved the chicken stew. My son loved his burger and the sweet potatoes fries were a big hit. We’ll be back for sure. Highly recommend.“
“Casa Bonita now occupies the wonderful setting that was formerly the Second Street Brewery. One of the best outdoor dining areas in town. The train tracks are just a few feet away, and it's fun when the Rail Runner comes by. Our first time there. Enchiladas were very good, medium spicy red chile. Free chips with excellent salsa. The menu looks good and is varied. New Mexican and comfort food (steak, meatloaf, fish and chips, etc.). Nice place to go with good prices. Other tables were very happy with their food. Attentive, friendly staff! Wine and beer license will be active soon. Please check it out and help them get off to a good start. Recommend highly!“
“Bring back the duck fries!! They did have the oil to make us some even tho it wasn't on the menu and OMG they are so good!! They taste cleaner as weird as that might sound. But to be honest their hot dogs are waaaay better than their burgers. The burgers are average no complaints really. But man get a hot dog and some duck fat fries.“
“Great burgers. I NEVER eat hamburgers EVER!!! But while in New Mexico I seen a review about Blake’s burgers,… so thankful I did. WOW! Amazing! You will not be disappointed and they are fresh, cooked to order while you chat with the friendly staff! ?️“
“After my last review.. Carls has done nothing but got better and better. Every time my family goes to Santa Fe for any types of arrons we all was stop at carls any time. Breakfast. Brunch, Lunch. Dinner. Any time is a great time to eat at Carl's. The staff has done above and beyond there duties. I'm ♿ and they always go that extra step to help where ever it's needed the staff is there“
“Everything is usually great and I love it every time. I love the breakfast burritos with red chili, I love the cheese burgers, the chicken sandwiches. The only issue I have is that they don’t make it noticeable on what isn’t on the items. A lot of the time I get a cheese burger, I do it online so I remember to add cheese. I wish they would ask more questions like “do you want cheese?” Or “any sauces with that?”Everything else is great tbh and I’ll always be a fan of the food here :)“
“The habanero chicken sandwich is the best spicy chicken sandwich you’ll ever try! It’s so consistently good, and my mind is always blown at how good it is, every time. It’s not actually spicy at all, but super flavorful and sauced well.Great happy hours with cheap apps and drinks. I recommend the wings, nachos, and fried picklesI’ve had pretty meh service here at times though, which is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars“
“First time in today, and the guys nailed it right from the start! The service was prompt, my server was super social with everyone that came in, the food tasted amazing, and dessert was on the house! The guys' sense of humor and personality were gifts that gave for the entire time. If you're looking for a gem, hidden in plain sight, look no further than MacSantaFe; it'll be worth every penny and second you invest.“
