“First I must say this place is very, very good for authentic Mexican food. My friend took me here and there was a total of four of us. As we sat down, we were greeted immediately and had chips and salsa brought. While we looked at the menu, we were asked about our drink choices. Clearly 3 of us ordered adult beverages. Two of us ordered the margaritas and they are huge and yummy! I ordered chicken mole, two people ordered the birria tacos and one orders the protein molcajete. When the food came out, I was surprised at the amount of food in the molcajete! It's huuuuge! So be forewarned, if you order this, you'll either take plenty home or don't eat all day before coming in to finish it! My chicken mole was delicious! The spices were very perfect and the lens to heat ratio was perfect! My friends stayed their birria tacos were amazing too! Full of flavours and everyone was happy with the amount of food! The ambiance was fun, and service was impeccable. They make you feel very welcomed and very family friendly, fun place to be. There's a parking lot in the shopping centre where this restaurant is located with lots of room. I'd definitely recommend this place for any occasion!“
“Food and service were excellent! Menu is very big with many options. It's a nice addition to Minden. I've been twice this month and both times everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. Their taquitos are so good!!!! Can't wait to try other menu items. Side note: If you pay with credit card there's a 3% fee, but that won't stop me from going.“
“Francisco's is about the best restaurant in the Gardnerville/Minden area. The food is authentic Mexican/American food full of flavor and always served hot, promptly, and with a smile and some friendly bantering. The service is outstanding. if you're dining with Adults only, I highly recommend eating in the bar. The bar atmosphere is relaxed and filled with adults there for dinner and a margarita. Ambiance is that of dining on a patio during a fun Mexico vacation. Great food, fun, and laughter.“
“Really great food and service at a reasonable price. The enchillada verdes (i picked 2 cheese and 1 asada) with rice and beans was huge and tasted great. And most importantly....the chips and salsa was top notch!! All for less than $14!! Can not recommend enough!!“
