I’ve been at many establishments throughout my life, throughout the world, and have rarely experienced the type of service that I have here. Well done, kudos to your whole staff. In many respects, it started from the ground level, but your manager started out at the beginning of the night. I’m impressed and give you the platinum metal. The hand off with dinner to Daisy is to remembered. Look out for Maddie the bartender, she will give you the best experience and make your entire day! Also, Chau will make you feel welcome and like you’ve been coming here for years.

The one establishment that beat you out is Heart & Soul Country kitchen in Arnold, California. You should consult them on taking yourself to the next level.

“This is pretty much our favorite place to go in Reno. We love the Cajun Chicken sandwich or a burger for lunch. Always hard to decide between the homemade french fries or chips, however the Italian dressing for the salad choice is always delicious. We love the chicken noodle soup and the beef vegetable soup (I may have those names slightly off). In the evenings, we love the prime rib. The warmed sour dough bread is delicious, so is the side of beans. Prime rib is always perfectly cooked as ordered. Huge ice teas are always on point and refilled quickly. Staff is so friendly. Even during construction, we can easily find a space to park out front, in the back or on the side.“

“Service was on spot, Bryce gave us very valuable insight on the meals offered. This was also our very first time at any Ramsay's Kitchen. The Lamb Lollipops is a must order, flavor was great, texture and doness was fabulous. I don't have a sophisticated palate and have yet to venture out in the food world so this next review is to be taken lightly. It is regarding the famous Beef Wellington, the plating was beautiful, the wrapped patstry was fantastic along with the sauce and side items that come along with it. the Filet Mignon was very tender but personally the texture of it wasn't for me. I would still definitley recommend to order it if it is your very first time trying a Beef Wellington to cross it off your list. All in all a very good experience.“

“The ham & cheese omelette was on point. No haute cuisine, but carried the water for my breakfast. Staff was more attentive than most diners and the place is clean and convenient for guests. They even have power outlets by booths so I could get some work done on my laptop.“

grilled/seared salmon. Salmon was cooked great. Salad on the other hand, was not good. Mushrooms were old and like an hour away from having to be thrown away. They threw a ton in just to get rid of them and lettuce was wilting. Not fresh at all. Our waitress wasn't a happy camper either. Her voice was raspy, so not sure she had a cold or was coming down with one. Didn't want to deal with her and go through the trouble. But again salmon was cooked perfectly.“

“I dig this place. Blown away it was not jam packed. $5 kid meals. Awesome service. A few min drive from GSR. Food was cooked just right. Had an old school Reno vibe.

My only minor concern was the placement of the air-conditioning unit directly above our table, which unfortunately caused the food to cool rather quickly. Additionally, the extensive selection on the menu was a little overwhelming.“

I asked for crispy potatoes and they were not. The country fried steak and eggs were bland. I get the idea of a lowest common denominator when spicing food in a restaurant but this goes too far.“

“The food was very good! It was a nice little gem we found in Reno after living here 3 years. We got Brussel sprouts amazing dish, tuna tacos sooo good! Then burgers, salmon and risotto (salmon needed a little flavor but risotto was delicious), and sausage and shrimp pasta. Pasta had sooo much cilantro and needed a tad more salt but was delicious.“

I will never get that because of that. They put Tabasco in their Thousand Island that is stupid. But nice atmosphere good service and you can play Trivia that was fun. I had the pastrami it was good but I wanted regular Thousand island for it so that sucked. next time burger or Meatball Sandwhich“
