“My friend and I both loved this place. The food was so good. We shared, ceviche, the warm goat cheese, seared foie gras, pork buns, and the scallops. Everything was really good, but surprisingly, I think the warm goat cheese was my favorite dish.

The cocktails and the service were both good as well. The price was totally worth it.“

“Great restaurant for a couple night out! But if you show up before the restaurant opens at 5 PM you will have to wait in hall foyer. Their happy hour is 4 to 6 PM and there is no seating at the bar. My only complaint about the food was the cooked vegetables served with my main meal were not hot.“

I’ve been at many establishments throughout my life, throughout the world, and have rarely experienced the type of service that I have here. Well done, kudos to your whole staff. In many respects, it started from the ground level, but your manager started out at the beginning of the night. I’m impressed and give you the platinum metal. The hand off with dinner to Daisy is to remembered. Look out for Maddie the bartender, she will give you the best experience and make your entire day! Also, Chau will make you feel welcome and like you’ve been coming here for years.

The one establishment that beat you out is Heart & Soul Country kitchen in Arnold, California. You should consult them on taking yourself to the next level.

“This has become a tradition for us. Every time we come to Reno, we eat here. Cozy and lovely place. Not to mention the food that’s so yummy 🤤. The latest great change was in the kids menu, now they have pictures of the meals and I think that was an excellent idea to get the little ones to eat better.“

“This is pretty much our favorite place to go in Reno. We love the Cajun Chicken sandwich or a burger for lunch. Always hard to decide between the homemade french fries or chips, however the Italian dressing for the salad choice is always delicious. We love the chicken noodle soup and the beef vegetable soup (I may have those names slightly off). In the evenings, we love the prime rib. The warmed sour dough bread is delicious, so is the side of beans. Prime rib is always perfectly cooked as ordered. Huge ice teas are always on point and refilled quickly. Staff is so friendly. Even during construction, we can easily find a space to park out front, in the back or on the side.“

“The atmosphere was fantastic, the Bloody Marys were excellent, and the food and owners were wonderful. I highly recommend visiting and enjoying the delicious food and drinks.“

“Angel, the bartender, was absolutely incredible! Despite the overwhelming crowd during Hot August Nights, she remained attentive, kind, and sincerely apologetic to every guest. It was clear the café was understaffed for the influx of customers, yet Angel handled the pressure with grace and a smile. She stayed calm and organized in the chaos, never placing blame on her team or management.

At one point, a customer became upset, and Angel addressed the situation with a level of professionalism and empathy that’s rare to see in such a fast-paced role. She’s a true asset to your team—please thank her again on our behalf. She deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!

Also, a big shoutout to Kim, the busser, who was clearly juggling a lot but still made the effort to help out wherever she could. As a business leader myself, I recognize strong team members when I see them—and they’re a reflection of great leadership. Kudos to your whole team! Please consider allocating more budget for extra staff during busy events like this.

“I have literally only had breakfast here but absolutely love the pancakes they are big, thick and fluffy. The triple threat is awesome if that's to much the pancakes sandwich is close and a tad smaller and is not an actual sandwich is great. The biscuits and gravy are good would be better if the biscuits weren't so dense but all in good .I haven't tried anything else but definitely will when I get an opportunity .“

“Awesome food and Nikesh our server was outstanding. Told him we wanted to share an omelette and he brought it out already separated for us. And the food had amazing flavor (best biscuits and gravy I have had outside of the southern states). Definitely recommend!“

“We were searching for somewhere to have breakfast while visiting family in Reno. The Stone House Cafe popped up in the area and we had to check it out based on the pictures. It is a very cute location, we got seated right away, the service was very quick, and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend stopping by here for a breakfast or brunch.“

grilled/seared salmon. Salmon was cooked great. Salad on the other hand, was not good. Mushrooms were old and like an hour away from having to be thrown away. They threw a ton in just to get rid of them and lettuce was wilting. Not fresh at all. Our waitress wasn't a happy camper either. Her voice was raspy, so not sure she had a cold or was coming down with one. Didn't want to deal with her and go through the trouble. But again salmon was cooked perfectly.“
