A perfect night at Charlie Palmer Steak House Our waiter Arland was top notch. He worked for Harrahs Steak house over 30 years. The food was spot on, and I’m a icky home gourmet Chef. My amazing host, Austin McDaniel and I thoroughly enjoyed his first time at Charlie Palmer’s. I felt special as his first player to be treated to this wonderful experience. We are locals and LOVE going to Charlie Palmer at GSR, whether it is locals Happy Hour night or not. We like to sit at the bar and split a couple of appetizers and have a cocktail, then a glass of nice wine.We like to go when Bianca (Cupcake — she will know what we mean) is on duty as she remembers us whether it has been a week or two or a month since we have been in.
