“This little pub has been owned by the same family for 74 years . The owner is a musician and runs the bar like a music venue first . A music venue that happens to have 2 exceptional bars . Inside pub and an outside Tiki bar . Both bars have a stage and present outstanding live bands . NOTE * WE DID NOT OPEN THIS SUMMER (2020) It just wasn’t right . Wasn’t safe due to COVID-19 So we wait. I am painting and redecorating ,improving sound and lights and improving all the little thing that add up to an exciting reopening when the pandemic ends . I miss playing in the band with my friends in the Dog Bros.Band ! I miss our patrons . This little pub is like the family farm , so it will reopen when the laws allow .”

“We attend Rockin the Bay yearly, this was by far one of the best years. Starting with Rick, he rocks the door like nobody, always has a smile for you and sometimes a hug! Now, Saturday night was spectacular! Mike Farrar and the house rockers sure live up to there name, super nice guys and the patron interactions were so much fun! Not sure who owns or runs Skiffs, but they need to reserve this band for next Rockin the Bay! Sure did bring in a terrific crowd and dance floor was PACKED! Thanks again for another great weekend in the Bay!

“Best food and wait staff (service) in the A-Bay area in my opinion. Friday night fish fry is the bomb. Fresh Haddock fried to perfection. Broiled and beer battered are very good but the fried is hard to beat. Sides aren't an afterthought as they are at many restaurants.”
