“When it comes to eating, this place has that Sonic Drive-In/Friendly's vibe; the food (burgers, fries, chicken, etc.) may not be something to write home about (much of it is "alright" at best) but the desserts (ice cream, shakes, malts, floats, etc.) is where the menu truly shines! Each ice cream concoction (including one of my faves, Rocky Road) is stuffed to the brim with mix-ins and the shakes are just the right kind of thickness.The girls who served my friends and I were very friendly with warm smiles and polite suggestions to get the most out of our eating experience. They even let me sample a flavor of their ice cream (after which I knew I was getting dessert with my meal!) so I knew what I was in for.The ambiance has that charming Pizza Planet vibe to it (If you've seen the movie "Toy Story" you get it!) filled with outer space decor and space-themed names for the menu items making it very family-friendly. If it had an arcade (or at least just a few cabinets), that would be pretty cool! (I'm not knocking points off for that one btw!)The place is definitely a good place for quality desserts and customer experience. As for lunch or dinner, it's good but I'm pretty sure your local diner may satisfy you a bit more. “Peter’s is our new place for breakfast when we go out. We used to go to the place down the road but the staff at Peters is so warm and welcoming! Our breakfast always comes out quick is plentiful and reasonably priced. Peter’s will be our place from now on, you won’t be disappointed !“

“Truthfully, to return to a restaurant I've loved since childhood is a happiness I am thrilled to be sharing with my own children now. Sadly, my childhood one in Ronkonkoma closed and all who had fond memories were SO incredibly sad. However, we will continue to be thankful for the ones still open and functioning! The friendly staff is up Serving no frills burgers, chicken sandwiches, dogs and sides in an unassuming road site location this place sparks up instant nostalgia. The food is simple and affordable and family friendly. They have limited seating inside and additional seating outside which is great when the weather is warmer. The perfect place to take the kids after baseball practice for a burger and a delicious milkshake. The shakes and the root beer floats should not be missed. This spot is a neighborhood gem!!!“
