“Furci's was never my favorite however I tried them again, it was awesome! Their specialty pies are so good with a thin crusty pie is my favorite. They do not disappoint, quality and with chef skills. So I would like to say - if you haven't been check them out.“

“I had dined at Stella Trattoria only once before, at Christmastime 2022. I can’t for the life of me figure out why I didn’t get back there sooner. This restaurant is spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. We were seated immediately upon arrival, & had drinks in less than 5 minutes. Our waitress, Julie, was the best. The food was nothing short of wonderful! It arrived at the table hot, in very generous portions, and was absolutely delicious! When I took out my “doggie bag” to enjoy a second dinner, I found Julie had marked all our containers making it easy to identify the contents, as well as making sure everything came home, sauce and all! Each one of our party of four thoroughly enjoyed their dinner. Stella Trattoria is FINE DINING.“

“Recently visited with friends for lunch. Table service was excellent with server explaining the specials along with recommendations on the basic menu items. Dining area was clean and overall ambiance simple but appealing. Ordered the chicken roll which they specifically cooked for me and a vegetable which were cooked to perfection. Overall service was great. Server checked up on us multiple times and we felt right at home, not rushed at all. Restaurant located on the main road but entrance and parking are behind the strip center off Hawkins.“

“This is the perfect place to stop and grab a slice. Great pies. Local spot. Lots of variety. Super fast, super cheap. Amazing quality. I will say I throughly enjoyed the chicken buffalo but it was super mild. I was hoping for a kick. The pepperoni was amazing. I could have eaten 3 more slices. I'm gonna hit this place at least two more times while I'm here working to try the others. Bbq, veggie, garlic knots.. all looked amazing and the perfection on this crust and sauce leads me to believe they likely are. It's a self seating, get your own drink, and don't hold up the line kind of place. I can see how lunch with kids would be tough. Can't wait to try another slice!“

“We had a very friendly waitress. She recommended the rice balls, and they were excellent. There was also a tv in the dining room and they changed it to the NASCAR race for me. The bread was nice and the garden salad was surprisingly tasty. Usually tomatoes are pale white and bland this time of year, but they had some nice ones in the salad. My entree was the Chicken Monachina. The portion size was very generous. Maybe a little more cheese than I would've liked. The chicken was of good quality and had no gristle. I will come again if I am in the area.“

“I've lived in the area for years and never been inside this place until two weeks ago. The inside of the establishment has this classy old-school charm about it. It was a tiny bit confusing because they had the podium in the front by the door and the sign on it said to wait there I noticed everybody walked in anyway so I just went. Maybe they can hide that somewhere else until it's that time of the night or something? Anyway, one of my favorites slices is the grandma slice and I had to try theirs because it was suggested over and over to me by many people. So after finally trying one slice, I ended up buying a whole pie and taking it home. Yes, it's a tiny bit expensive in comparison to the other places locally but the quality of pie is worth the extra money. If you want to be taken back in time and enjoy a great slice then come here.“

Trio deserves 10 ⭐'s for both.This restaurant handles two types of food service, restaurant seating and catering for small to large parties. I've now experienced both. My most recent was a repast after a funeral. When everyone is emotional, the last thing the family needs is problems with the food service. Well, in our case, more people showed up than were originally expected. The staff at Trio didn't miss a beat. They set up additional tables in a flash and quickly had the tables set. We had buffet style dining and the selection was outstanding, with something for everyone. From soup to nuts, everything was delicious. They had fish, beef, vegetarian selections and even offered coffee and dessert. (by the way, if I had known how good the desserts would've been, I might have eaten a little less dinner.)The service is impeccable, everything is clean and fresh, the linens and tablecloths were spotless.I'd like to add that Trio is on the grounds of the Holbrook Country Club. “Whoa, I did not expect this. About 30 minutes ago I just left the restaurant, having eaten a dinner with all my wife’s colleagues and friends. I really thought this was just a pizza parlor- but let me tell you, from the table bread with Tuscany oils and herbs, to the main course, this was by far one of the BEST experiences I’ve had eating out at an Italian place. The fettuccini Alfredo was excellent, the penne a la vodka was also excellent- pastas cooked perfectly and well-sauced with freshest ingredients. . Even the house salad was fresh and perfectly balanced with dressing, not too much, not too little.But that’s not the highlight of the night. The Manicotti dish was one of the best I’ve ever had. Delicate pasta shell cooked magnificently, in a homemade sweet marinara with fresh melted mozzarella on top…you ask yourself- with a beautiful presentation like this could it get any better? Well, the ricotta inside blended slightly with fresh herbs and cooked exactly to perfection, was the creamiest Ive ever known a manicotti dish to be. I work every day in NYC and can tell you this dish was better than most restaurants downtown. Clearly a 10/10 with a friendly staff and a clean environment, I had no idea this gem of a restaurant existed outside of the 5 boroughs. “I stopped at Alberts Pizza about 2 weeks ago with my son before going to Shop Rite. I've lived on Long Island my whole life and I have to tell you that this was BY FAR the best Pizza I've had in years! My son had the BBQ chicken slice and another that I forgot the name of and he agreed that it was delicious. I had the chicken francaise slice and it was fantastic . The woman who helped us had long blonde hair, tatoos and a huge smile. She was beyond helpful, nice and funny! She explained that Alberts was under new ownership. I told her that the pizza was so good that it was "google review good" !! However with work and other things being crazy the last few weeks, I forgot to leave a review but here I am finally! “I love Papa Nick's but what a disaster. Look at this slice of pizza. Portnoy would have a melt down. This slice should of never been allowed to leave this pizzeria.
