“This was a new experience. I was surprised that the seafood was fresh coming from a plastic bag.
It was great that they separated fried foods (in tray)from the boiled(bag). The corn on the cob was overcooked (mushy).
It's important to know that this is NOT a KID friendly restaurant. Under 4 1/2 ft is half priced. My 6 year old was 2 inches over, he had $70 french fries and some shrimp. The all-you-can-eat price is $59.95 and they automatically add 18% tip, so BEWARE.
Remember to leave the kids at home.
Is good place for adults to meet up all-you-can-eat includes sodas with refills.(beer is available at additional cost)
Hope this helps you with your decision.”

“It was a wonderful experience , considering it is my first time. We had to wait a few minutes to get our table for 4 but that’s okay! The employees were super nice and went out of their way to pull and extra table for us. I loved the authentic atmosphere. The lighting, decor, and the overall feeling of the restaurant was great! And amazing food. My family loved what we ordered and the matcha cheesecake for dessert was so good! Compliments to the chef! I could definitely see myself coming back here again, whether alone or with family or friends. Well done, Nippon Cha!”

“This place is adorable. I love that it has a homey and genuine feel; the music isn’t too loud either so you can actually enjoy yourself here with good food/drinks (reasonably priced!). Staff are wonderful as well, would come here again!”
“Walked in for lunch because of the good reviews. The place look clean and spacious. We were welcomed and seated right away. They were not busy.
We ordered the lunch set (the price of the entree but you also get a small starter and a drink)
The fish maw soup noodle was delicious and broth was rich. I also have the blackear mushroom appetizer which was marinated well.
Overall a solid establishment that I would def be returning”
“Picture this: a steamy bowl of savory ramen in one hand and a sweet brown sugar boba from Tbaar in the other. Absolute harmony. The boba was fresh, chewy perfection, and the brown sugar milk tea? Like a warm hug for my taste buds. Sweet meets savory, and they lived happily ever after—on my plate.”
“This place is straight out of a film! step inside and you’re transported. The ambiance is extraordinary, like a scene from a classic movie, with soft, cinematic background music that wraps around you like a warm hug. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, and the host? An absolute gem—welcoming, warm, and makes you feel like a regular from day one.
What sets this place apart is how it feels ahead of its time while being steeped in history. Everywhere you look, there are stunning, authentic antiques—each piece telling a story. The attention to detail is top-notch, from the decor to the service to the perfectly crafted drinks and dishes.
I’ve never experienced a café this special. It’s not just a place to eat—it’s an experience. Can’t wait to come back.”
“The staff was so nice and generous! I got a jalapeno burger and Cajun fries and I only had cash and I was short, so I told them to take the fries off and they didn’t charge me for it but they put the fries in the box and just gave it to me.. I felt so bad but very grateful!! Amazing service, food, and price! Burger is a 10/10 and the skinny Cajun fries are so crispy and spicy! I loved it <3!! 10/10!!”
“The owner of worker of this truck is a godsend! I couldn’t figure out how to put coins in the meter and he offered to pay and did for me with his coins and refused my pay back. He is such a genuine man and deserves all of the business. When I feel better, will definitely try out his falafel! As a local dentist, I will definitely recommend his food to the patients nearby.”

“Delicious homemade Italian food different specials every week.”
“We had a dinner party for my husband’s birthday. The service was impeccable. The staff were helpful, polite and genuinely nice to my guests. The Manager, Maria was exceptional. She made sure that we were well taken care of in every way. All our dietary restriction were met. The Owner, Dennis was very nice and accommodating from day one. He made sure we had a great time. Everyone of our guests complimented the food, very well seasoned and flavorful. Great drinks. The venue is beautiful and clean. Great space. I absolutely recommend Laterna for big or small events. Thank you Dennis and team Laterna Restaurant & Catering”
“Modoo Korean in Queens is my go-to spot when I’m craving something comforting and flavorful. The beef ramen is honestly one of my favorites—rich broth, tender beef, and super satisfying every time. Today I’m having the chicken katsu udon, and it’s hitting the spot too. The staff is always friendly and the vibe is relaxed, so it’s an easy place to keep coming back to.”

“Run don't walk to Sobol Bay Terrace! Something for everybody in hot or cold weather. Delicious variety of healthy acai bowls and smoothies. Also waffles, egg bites and other warm treats. Staff so friendly and make adjustments to ingredients based on allergies/tastes. Very reasonable and a meal in itself. Great seating in and out.”
“Love this place so much! The food is amazing, never been disappointed, the yakitori, nabe, octopus salad, mocktails, happy hour deals are great!! The service is on point, and food comes out quickly, as it should for an izakaya. The interior decor is super cute, with lantern lights, cat posters, and one piece anime everywhere.”
“Small cafe with many food options, had the beef brisket with radish noodles soup and their milk tea. Both were pretty good! Definitely worth stopping by if you are craving for Hong Kong snacks/dim sum, noodles or rice dishes. The only thing is that they only use single use plastics :( even if you are dining in. Giving it a 5 star based on the food and milk tea I had today!”
“Vietnamese restaurant serving up classic Viet dishes as well as some fusion options.
Big bowl 8/10
The pho broth is beefy and great, there is a nice mix of meat and the quality is worth it. The portion size is enough to get full on. It comes with jalapenos, sprouts, line wedge, and sauce.
Grilled chicken 8/10
The grilling gives it a char outside. The inside is still juicy, but the grilling does make it slightly tougher. Lots of large pieces included.
Crab party 7/10
Don't confuse this with a crab cake. It's very different. This is a super savory mix of crab, pork and other stuff formed into a patty. The salt content is high and the flavor doesn't capture the best of the contents.
Green mussel with coconut and red curry sauce 6/10
Mussels didn't taste fresh and the texture was tough like it was very overcooked. The best part was the pieces of mushrooms in the sauce.”
“Been going to Jimmy’s for years. Has been the place for many family gatherings. Love the food and service. Jimmy is an amazing and gracious host.”

“Best fried chicken wings! It was so crispy and delicious. I highly recommend it. Winner winner chicken dinner! Support local businesses and stop ordering from the fast food chains. ???”
“Went here after a horrible experience from a server @ Mad for Chicken. When we walked in my mood switched to fast- the energy in this place was so amazing. Our server, Julia was the best. She was so nice and attentive despite the place being a little busy. One of the best servers ive seen :-)”
“Sushi is always fresh, the rolls were very well made- Chef is great :) . Everyone is friendly. Sue is great. My mom always asks about Sue, we love her! The other staff is nice ad well. You definitely can’t go wrong when you get sushi here! Delicious. Bayside roll, wasabi roll, giants, summer, dragon, rainbow, winter, are my Favorite. Also the orange sashimi”
Takeout Restaurants
“I picked up a few different types of kimchi- one cabbage, the other made with bachelor radishes. Both are delicious. I also picked up a non-spicy white kimchi for my wife. For lunch, I chose a package of dumplings- 4 kimchi and 4 pork. And I couldn’t pass up the spicy tuna Kim bap- and I am glad that I didn’t!
My first time here- extremely clean, and the staff was very helpful. I was hoping to buy a small package of the regular cabbage kimchi but they did not have any in the display cases. They were kind enough to go back to the kitchen and put one together for me.
There isn’t any option to dine in- no tables or anything, but well worth the visit for take out. :-)”

“This place is great. Ate here multiple times and each time it was good. Ramen especially very good. servers are very friendly. Only thing is the chair on one side is the bench type without back so it can be little bit uncomfortable. But this is one of those places that you can keep come back to and you won't be disappointed with food each time.”
“neptune diner in bayside feels like it’s been there forever and probably will be long after we’re gone. the kind of spot that doesn’t care about trends or hashtags. just coffee, chrome, and the steady hum of people trying to keep it together.
you walk in at midnight or seven a.m. and it’s the same. cops, night-shift workers, teenagers chasing fries with milkshakes, old couples splitting toast. the waitresses move like they’ve seen it all and have the patience of saints.
the food’s what you expect from a diner — pancakes, burgers, omelets the size of small planets. it’s not about the menu. it’s about the ritual. you order, you talk, you stare out the window while the world keeps turning.
neptune’s the kind of place that holds you when life’s too loud. something about the buzz of conversation and the smell of coffee makes you feel less alone. it’s not perfect. it’s real. that’s worth five stars.”
“Update: No longer HMS verified. I will never be eating here.
I’ve ordered from here a few times within the last couple of years, so you could say I’m a loyal customer. Restaurant could use some work from the inside for customers who like to dine in. It doesn’t seem like they give particular attention to the customer experience but it is fast food like Dave’s so that is to be expected. The spice levels are not on par with Sam’s Hot Chicken in Hillside which they are allegedly partners OR share recipes with (I am unsure). I wish the price wouldn’t increase practically every time I order food from here. There needs to be transparency with payment methods and tax, which other customers have brought up. Once I came during lunch time, they refused to apply the lunch time price specials which is a bummer. Please don’t advertise deals you won’t actually enact, it’s extremely disappointing. However, the food is good enough for me to keep coming back. Ordered from here last night and got the single slider but was given a single tender instead.”
“Great place. Amazing service and food. Took care of my dad meal for being a USMC veteran days after Veterans Day. Class act. Would recommend to anyone in the area or traveling! Danny and Geraldine were amazing. We will definitely be back! Thank you again!”
“Relaxed environment, good margaritas, well kept tables. There was only one person working Labor day, and he still kept drinking service moving steadily. He needs a raise and a promotion. This place is located near a lot of good restaurants so it's an ideal date locale.”
“I’ve tried both the smash burger and chicken sandwich from Bareburger, and they are absolutely delicious. The fries are great too! What I love most is knowing that their food is real, organic, and healthier compared to the fast food options around here.
Plus, their prices are amazing, especially since so many other places have raised their prices—some are even more expensive than Bareburger, and they aren’t even organic. I don’t trust the other places, and they charge way too much, so Bareburger is my go-to spot.
On top of the great food, the atmosphere is fantastic. The restaurant layout and theme are so unique and inviting—it really adds to the experience. Everything about Bareburger is perfectly amazing, from the service to the food to the prices, all of it is top-tier. I just wish more people knew about this place!
Please consider putting ads in colleges because we need more affordable, healthy, and tasty food options like yours.
Thanks for the great service!"”

“I come here at least once a week and everytime I try a new flavor from the assortment of flavors in their store. The workers there are very ecstatic and always ask about my day. Great ice cream with different toppings. Everyone who gave a bad review is mid and obviously wrote their bad review on the wrong store. Keep up the great work!”
“I really enjoyed this spot for traditional Korean jjajangmyeon. The noodles came out hot and fresh, with that rich, savoury black bean sauce that tastes just like the classic comfort food it should be. The portion was generous, and it felt hearty and satisfying. The restaurant itself has a simple, no-frills atmosphere, which makes it feel even more authentic. The service was friendly and quick. Definitely a place I’d come back to whenever I’m craving proper Korean comfort food.”

“I had the White Peach Iced Tea today
30% sugar and less ice.
I didn’t expect the lemongrass get along SOOOO well with peach and oolong tea ! It’s so refreshing and has an aromatic undertone.
Also I like the design of the label 😁🩷
BLACK PINK “peach” in your area!
Job well done Artisan”
“The two of us ordered large portions of milk mochi snowflake ice. We couldn't finish the extra large portion. We should have ordered the medium portion. We chose full sugar. The syrup and condensed milk were very sweet, but the middle was still a bit tasteless. place. The ingredients are not very sweet in comparison. There are four ingredients: mochi, taro balls, aiyu and glutinous rice balls, which are quite rich. There are two floors with seating. The layout on the second floor is very elegant and the environment is not bad.”
“We stopped in for a quick breakfast and I really enjoyed my avocado blast. It was a great combination and they were generous with the feta cheese. My husband ordered a breakfast platter and it was nothing special but the pancakes were fluffy and the hash brown was crispy. It came with a peanut butter & jelly sandwich which I thought was odd but it tasted fine.
This isn’t really a sit down place, it was hot and the seating area is really small. However, I will definitely be stopping in again if I ever need to grab a breakfast to go.”
“Been coming here for decades. If you are Korean and a NewYorker there is a 90% chance you know of this place. Classic Korean black noodle spot that doesn’t disappoint! They make less than 12 dishes here and they do it well! Not much more to say. Big space, lots of seats and chill vibes. Totally biased but maybe the single most know korean restaurant in nyc? Who knows but Enjoy!”
“Open until 10 pm on a Saturday. I was happily surprised! Store has a lot of great deals by using the store Club card. Needed a couple of beers. Had a nice selection. My cashier was very nice and professional. She was cleaning her area and when I approached to pay, she stopped and took care of my purchase.”
“The drinks were what was expected. Barista did a good job.
The cashier could be friendlier, especially when asking for additional supplies.
The napkins holder had no napkins.
The atmosphere is roomy for takeout, they closed off 2-3 tables in the back and added claw machines.”
“This restaurant only has one main menu item, donkatsu, but it is absolutely delicious. The sauce is the best donkatsu sauce I’ve had by a long shot. The wait time for takeout is maybe 5-10 minutes depending on how busy it is. I would definitely recommend coming here for good donkatsu”
“We’ve been to Rolly Kimbab in Bayside so many times, and we always end up getting their combo boxes. The combos are pretty reliable — nothing fancy, nothing “wow,” but definitely not bad. It’s just good, simple food that fills you up.
If you’re hungry and want something quick and solid, this place does the job. Just don’t expect anything high-end — it’s more like a tasty “eat till you’re full” kind of spot.”
“If you want to have a good day you need stop there Max and Shari the best couple that I faind ever, nice friendly they help me to get my rewards my baby can’t speak yet and they help me trying to figure out what that he was asking for, nice place nice people 🫶🏼”
“I’ve been eating at this place for years and if it’s anything, it’s the definition of consistent. The food is great (a little pricey but the quality and portions help ease the blow. I don’t mind spending a little more if needed) the service is always great and we could use more places like this around. Can’t wait to visit again!”
“The crepe I got was very good and I have been to another t swirl cafe and this one is much nicer has more seating and I love it also customer service was amazing”
“I walked in and was instantly greeted. The staff was kind and attentive. They even walked our food to us even though it was a takeout order. 5/5 very kind will return”
“The crispy spicy with the elementary spicy is A1. Truffle fries one of the best around and great service”

“11/8/2025 I tried the Just Salad in Bayside, and it tasted just as amazing as the one I had in Garden City! The restaurant was nice, clean, and bright — I loved the wall art and welcoming vibe.
One thing I really appreciate is that they ask how you want your dressing: light, medium, or heavy. Of course, I said heavy, because that Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette is so lovely! I honestly can’t imagine a salad without it — I’m officially in love with this bowl. 🥗💚
My only concern was the meat toppings being kept in tin holders — it made me wonder how long they’d been sitting there. Hopefully it’s a quick turnover and everything is freshly prepped, because food safety is important. As someone with allergies, I’m extra mindful about what I eat and where I eat.
Next time, I’ll go meat-free and make my protein at home, but I’ll definitely be back for that fresh, flavorful salad. This was my first time dining inside (the other times I ordered delivery to work), and it reminded me how important it is to visit the places that make our food.
Bon appétit! 🌱✨”

“First time trying both the Chicken & Beef Doner Boxes.I was pleasantly surprised how GOOD everything was! The flavourful meats with fresh veggies and feta, with or without sauces, all combined with the unique bread is a great new dinning experience unlike anything else. I highly recommend giving this a try ! We will definitely be return customers ! The ladies were quite helpful and informative about the food and it's history as well as super nice !”
“Excellent service by Mariano the server. Hands on manager-Jason. The food was excellent & fast. Manager & server were both very attentive & professional. Will definitely be making frequent visits. 5 stars ⭐️ for sure. Awesome work!”
