“One of my favorite restaurants in all of Astoria! My husband and I always bring friends and family here when they visit the neighborhood. The staff is always so incredibly nice and generous (Miljan is usually our server and is so attentive and hilarious). We always have a wonderful time here, whether it’s a quiet weekday lunch or a packed Saturday night.“
“I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. This was our second time here and it has quickly become one of our goto places in Astoria. From the greeting at the door to the selection of great wine and cocktails- all unique because the are craft brews- to the staff answering our many questions about the very different and delicious menu to the quality of the food- an awesome experience. Last week we were there and enjoyed live jazz and the musicians mingled and talked with us. The decor is very comfortable. Looking forward to attending the special event nights, too. See you next week- if not before!!“
“I brought my daughter for dinner this past Thursday night. I didn't know there was live music. I was a little worried at first that my daughter would find the music too loud but she loved it! The honey truffle Brussel sprouts were so delicious. I can't wait to go back and have it again. We also had the risotto funghi and banana bread pudding....both also very tasty. I also tried the happy jalapeño drink...so delicious and not sweet. Overall a wonderful night out!“
“Italian restaurant in Roslyn village but not easily seen as its set back by the water. Food is good, service was good. Noisy and dark, needed a flashlight to see the menu.Sales are large size. My favorite in the Bronzino cooked in paper. There is a nearby municipal lot, street parking, and valet parking available“
“Beautiful, small, cozy wine bar located on Queens Blvd. The bartender/ server was friendly and made some good recommendations. The Chicken Tagine was so tender and flavorful, the pasta with meatballs was just spot on to perfection. Everything about this place is amazing.. Would definitely return here.“
“I decided to check this spot out on a whim around two years ago, and since then Bee has been my go-to spot to grab a coffee and to sit and get some work done. The staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the ambience - from the decor to the lighting and the music - is incredibly warm and inviting. I love that customers have the option of selecting from various types of seating including swerving stools, booths, tables, couches in both indoor seating and outdoor seating. My personal favorite is the beautiful Bee garden in the back end of the cafe which offers "outdoor" seating which is closed off but still gives you the option of getting some sunlight. Off the menu, my favorite is the Kimchi fries. I have already introduced multiple of my friends and family to Bee, and would recommend anyone to check out this spot if they can.“
“One of my favorite dining experiences in a while. The prices were very reasonable, but the food and service were amazing. We went on a Saturday and our server (I believe Argentinian?) was incredible, not pushy at all, and timed out the meal beautifully. She didn't try to upsell, but was attentive and we had no problem being there for almost four hours while having different dishes. The food itself was fantastic - highly recommend the steak, empanadas (amazing sauce), and the croquettes. Also a very nice atmosphere and great drinks. Will go back for sure.“
“This wine bar is a GEM. The atmosphere is super cozy and welcoming with impeccable interior design down to the exposed brick that looks a bit like earthy coffee beans. It feels European and festive and the staff is extremely kind, attentive. Great place to catch up with friends or go on a date. I think there’s also live music in the evenings in the weekends.“
“So, we were expecting a large crowd and the party room that they had, was not available for that day, so we decided to host the party in the community club room of our building and cater their food in.They did not disappoint! It was amazing! ? Sometimes when you had food catered, it loses its quality and taste in the quantity. In this case, that was not true at all. The sliders were amazing and very tasty. The Sangria was amazing and very delicious. We ordered the shrimp and veggie wraps and they were the best wraps I’ve had in a long time. The best time is that they have amazing relationship with other notable spots. So, the cake we needed for the event, they took care of it. Delivered, with the plates, the wethe flatware (and very nice flatware), the sternos, the containers, the servings trays, the everything!“
“My favorite gluten-free spot. The food is delicious and seasonal, so you know you're getting the best ingredients. They also make some mean cocktails. Well worth an evening out with friends.Dietary restrictions: Gluten, shellfish, peanuts“
“This long time favorite continues on with great service and delicious food. Parking during the day is hit and miss but that aside for those of us who love a local red table cloth Italian with Italians at the helm DiMaggio's is it. One tip try the Lasagna and you will be hooked for life. Large menu and it is all delicious.“
“Pretty nice Restaurant, I like this place. Only thing that disappointed me is my entree Easter menu, the lamb chop milanese, the most expensive one on the menu, but it was over deeply fried, too dry, I can bearly taste it's still a lamb.“
“I had received a gift card for this restaurant as a Christmas gift and decided to dine out and use the gift card that night. Although I had reserved a table, the wait time was lenghty. The staff were very pleasant and we didn't mind the wait. We ordered the Salmon with capers. It was perfectly done and quite delectable. I would order it again. Thank you. It was a nice dining experience.“
“Went to F&J Pine with my wives for my birthday. Place was packed with family & friendship. Had a delectable spread of seafood, Zuppe de Pesce, Calamari Calabrese, & Penne a la Vodka. Ate like king & queens!! *Chef's kiss* 10/10 recommend. Bring a friend & stellar vibes.“
“I just love coming here! Such friendly staff, and the food is always so fresh. I never have anything bad to say about this place. The ambiance is perfect, the food comes out in a very timely manner and just an always pleasant experience! The gyozas and rock shrimp are always the best appetizers.“
“Can’t say enough about our experience last night. It was pouring raining but my husband wanted to go out for dinner. We showed up at around 9pm , after another restaurant wouldn’t seat us. Service and food was incredible!! We were not rushed even though we were the only ones left at that point. They kept telling us, to enjoy and not rush. Is definitely now our favourite place.“
“I've been here three or four times for dinner and I've enjoyed it every time. It's a great date night spot. I would say the prices reflect the quality of the food and service. I would recommend the oxtail croquettes, duck two ways, roast chicken, and halibut.“
“It's Saturday and decided to bring my wife for a quick date night. The place looks cozy and the food selection looks pretty unique. I had the Wagyu burger while she had the Beef rib with bone marrow. Both food came out good and we will definitely come back.“
“Fantastic experience! Defintely recommend to everyone. I've been here multiple times and will be back. Authentic Japanese flavors and fresh food! My only reasons for not giving 5 stars is because the service foh could be nicer. And it happens each time i go. I've worked in the service industry for years and I know what it means to be tired but the same brisk hurrying to finish and rudeness isn't acceptable. Otherwise it's Fantastic I recommend the boxes for dinner if your hungry! Ask to be seated in a booth for privacy and the back is pretty too :)Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options and salads.Parking: It's right on Austin Street so parking will be difficult.Wheelchair accessibility: It'd fairly open and not too cramped. Check out the back!“
“Love it here! I always love stopping by here. I highly recommend the coffee, mochas and pastries. I'm so glad that their second location in Yonkers recently opened, too. If you're looking for a cozy coffee shop with great coffee, I recommend stopping by this place.“
“My go-to Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. I love their pistachio martini(smooth&creamy) & tiramisu(moist). My friend and I would always get the seafood soup dish wrapped in side a piece of bread, called Cacciucco. It feels very light and healthy! And the taste is so good. You can choose portion for 1 or 2 people.“
“We have been going to this fantastic family restaurant for the past 30 years with all of our friends. The food is absolutely delicious and amazingly consistent. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. Abundant portions and very reasonable prices fir a family style restaurant.“
“Nino's Beach, a waterfront gem in Port Washington, offers a rich blend of Mediterranean and Italian fare with vegetarian choices to please all. Ideal for both romantic dates and group gatherings, its menu shines with stars like the pepperoni hot honey pizza, tuna crudo, lobster bucatini, tuna tartare, and spicy rigatoni, making every visit memorable.“

“Love the food at Aso Rock! I normally get the Jollof and fish and it never disappoints. I tried the fufu and veggies today and loved it! The customers sitting next to me raved about the boneless goat head with white rice which I will try next time. The owner appreciated that I knew much about the culture and food since I am not African. The other customers also appreciated my knowledge of the culture and treated me to a free plum wine which I also enjoyed. I normally have a good experience here and will definitely return!!!!“
“I think Mya's Bar & Kitchen is an underrated spot. The food and service have not disappointed me yet and the space is an overall vibe. I've gone here several times and whether it's the honey shrimp, oxtail tacos, mac and cheese as well as sorrel drinks...Mya's Bar & Kitchen brings me joy. It's a well needed spot to the neighborhood and I hope more people come out to support this place. I don't want to see it go.“
“Great foodNarrow restaurant with long bat on left side and single row of tables on the right side - front to back 2-3 couples @ tables and 10 folks @ bar - Wednesday 5:00 pmLots of TVs over the bar -- playing soccer/football while we were there( kept us entertained)Staff spoke English Spanish and PortugueseFood was fantastic - wife loved the ChurrascoNot a thin skirt steak this was very thick with slices of ham and soft fried egg over topServed with Fries and white riceAlso had side salad with very light vinaigrette beforehandHad a good creamy seafood soup first - lots of shrimp- some fish and croutonsAdded a Guarana soda to complete the mealEnjoyed it completely“
“We were 3 longtime friends who hadn't seen each other for awhile. Dinner was very relaxed and unrushed. We had pappardelle lobster, shrimp scampi and chicken parm with pasta. All were very good. Service was excellent. Novita never disappoints!“
“My friends and I went here to celebrate our friend's birthday, and we were immediately swept up in the lively atmosphere the moment we got there. The energetic ambiance, great music, new decor really set the perfect tone for our night out! The manager Alis was so accommodating - he made sure we were taken care of from the start! Our waiter was super attentive, which made my friend feel truly special for her birthday celebration. The food exceeded our expectations - from the appetizer, entree, and dessert! I cannot wait to go back - for a night out again, just for dinner, or even to sit at the bar. This place is amazing - come see for yourself!! Huge thanks to Alis and the team for an unforgettable time!!!“
“This was my first time visiting Royal fusion and it was by far the best dine in experience I have ever received from any restaurants.me and my friends came in for a birthday party of 5 and we left with happy faces and happy belly’s, compliment to the chef much love.“
“Our waitress Stephenie was very engaging and helpful when my friend and I were trying to decide on our entrees. I was impressed by the fact that when we informed Stephenie that we were trying to make an 8pm movie at the Malverne cinema ?, she made sure that our food came out in a timely manner. Loved the seasoned fries that came with my chicken basket. Before leaving, we informed her that we would ask for her the next time we planned to dine there. I remember coming to this cafe with my grandparents and friends while I was a student at Malverne high school!“
“Papazzio has this old school, mom and pop restaurant style that I absolutely love. Tonight, my baby and I celebrated our post Valentine's day dinner there.Appetizer's came out promptly, followed by the entrées. The timing was perfect.Service was attentive and professional. We came out tonight for a fine Italian dinner and found one at Papazzio.Keep up the good work. Thank you.“
