“Play offs is cool right. Payed $50 to get in. Ok cool. Went to the bathroom and there’s a lady holding napkins and mad cuz you ain’t tip for the napkin. I mean I gave her $10 cuz I was drinking and not thinking. But hell no playoff check her please. Napkins in the bathroom are free. Especially with $50 entry. Am I right or am I right!!!“

“I like how it's a diner with counter and booths, the food is good, prices reasonable, always clean. I did take off a star because their personalities could be friendlier, no one says good morning or afternoon, hardly ANYONE smiles, there's no greeting you which would be nice to be acknowledged when you are there.“

“We had my son's Confirmation party in the garden and it was a huge hit with the kids and adults! They were able to play games and run around, and the firepits/televsions were a nice touch for the adults. The outside bar made service super easy. We were so happy with our event that we booked a retirement party this last week. Another success! This time inside the party room with a view!“

“My husband introduced me to the Ranch, he’s from the Bronx and has been going there since he was a little boy. I’m from Brooklyn and we moved to Florida... Whenever we are in NY it’s a must that we have breakfast at the New Ranch... The food is absolutely amazing and excellent customer service!!! Highly Recommend!“

Friends had a alehouse burger, said it was alright, needed more BBQ sauce but his parmesan fries were amazing,other friends said their burgers were great and fries were amazing. Drinks were great. But the bad stools were uncomfortable to sit on but other than that, was great visit. Would come back.“

“Every time I order from Prospect, the man taking the order is so nice and courteous. The food is great and the portions are big. They are so efficient with delivery orders, it's like they knew I was going to call. If they don't answer, its because they are busy. Just call back and NOT leave a nasty review because of that! Cash only. Tip the delivery guy also. He works hard.“

“I love everything about this place. They deliver to my house when I’m lazy on Sundays and I brought two of my kids there and they’re very picky and they love it. Also, the quality of the food you would think that the prices would be way more than they are. This place is a hidden gem. I don’t understand why it’s not packed all the time.“

“Had a great experience at Applebee’s. The all-you-can-eat deal was well worth it, and each new plate arrived in about 5 to 6 minutes, which kept the meal moving without long waits. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted good overall. The service was excellent. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable, though it was a little busy at times. Overall, a very good experience, and I would definitely come back.“
