“This is the place for bagels in bronxville. They have a full proof system to get customers served. They have a good high quality ny bagel and so many options for spreads, breakfast sandwiches, as well as a large salad and non breakfast sandwich menu.I came to pick up a dozen bagels and I got myself an everything bagel w sausage, egg cheese and hashbrown.Sandwich was perfect and bagel was toasted just right. It was filling and didn’t fall apart upon eating.I got a dozen bagels of various variety and eating them again today they are just as fresh as yesterday when I bought them. They toast well and have a perfect taste with butter or cream cheese.Would recommend to grab a quick breakfast sandwich or dozen bagels for the family.Only downside is there isn’t much seating inside or outside. Definitely a take out spot.“

“This restaurant, homey and inviting, has delicious Italian food worthy of least a three star establishment in New York City. In the case of the veal dishes, I would rate Rosies a 4 star restaurant. The tomato sauce is also superb, more nuanced in flavor, with hints of wine and garlic, so that every possible pasta is enhanced enormously. The specialties are often creative and delicious, but I prefer the originals, which this establishment creates with care and pride. The fish is fresh and well made, the meat is tender and juicy, the pasta is neither hard nor flimsy, the wine is great--cheap or expensive--the desserts are lucious, if one can fit more in the stomach after the cornacopia already sampled. My family and friends are so grateful to have an establishment near our home, vs in. NYC, where we often have to shlepp to get the level of cuisine and service that we hope for. A warm, inviting, yet unpretentious establishment with food that is out of this world!“

“I'm over the moon with how my daughter's fifth birthday party went at Flowerbake. We had fourteen four- and five-year-olds at a drop-off party, and the bakery attendants handled the, um, spirited guests with aplomb. It was a tight 90 minutes with chef hat decorations, cupcake decorating, pizza, birthday cake, and a little dancing that may have turned into a full on race around the tables. Everything was included in the birthday package price, right down to balloons in my daughter's favorite colors and cute boxes for kids to take home their decorated cupcakes. I mean, hello, the take-home cupcakes ARE the party favor, so you don't have to buy goodie bags full of plastic crap! Felt especially good about that on Earth Day :-) Also, the cakes were genuinely delicious. I kept thinking to myself, ok Flowerbake, you didn't have to go this hard with the immaculate decor, personalized cake, top-notch baked goods that I sampled after my daughter went to sleep! A+++ would recommend to any parent.“

Everything bagel with lox (10/10): Creamy, salty, and fresh. I love how Park Place never skims on cream cheese even when there are other topping in the bagel. The lox was soft and salty, no fishy smell or taste. Capers and tomatoes are standard. The everything bagel itself was toasted to crunchy perfection, every bite crunching under your teeth. The way Park Place seasons their bagels and makes them is irreplicable. The line could be out the door or super short, and the service will always be swift and easy. The workers ensure you are in and out with no hiccups along the way. I appreciate their speed and kindness that they can offer in our short convos. Love coming here whenever I visit Bronxville. “We were on a long road trip when hunger struck at 9:30pm. Found this gem off Hutchinson Parkway. They were about to close but they happily served us a delicious Pad Thai and Seaweed Salad. It has a super chill atmosphere. Highly recommended for a quick bite on a Saturday afternoon.“

“We finally found a new Thai spot in Westchester! We decided to sample a number of different things. The soup dumplings, wings and curry puffs to start. The soup dumplings were good but the best part was that all of the starters were affordable which was nice. For the mains we got pad Thai and the drunken noodles without peppers. Both were exactly what we wanted in terms of flavors. We’ll gladly order from here again.“
