Exactly what I was looking for. A 'working man's' hamburger like I used to have in my youth with my parents in Ohio. Before McDonalds and Fast Food. A smashburger I guess you'd say. Blue Collar Burger is the perfect name for this place. Thin well done patties (get a double) with no chance of pink or red anywhere. Lettuce, tomato, pickle and packets of katsup is you like. Cheeseburger, fries, and a milkshake delivered for $20. Not a bad deal! The fries were very crispy - such a nice crunch, especially for delivery. The burger was comparable to Shake Shack and Harlem Shake. Classic smash burger, can’t go wrong.

I visited here around noon on a Monday and to my surprise, it wasn't busy at all. So service was fast. The atmosphere is very simple. I think there were about 7 or 8 tables.
