Came here for brunch on a Sunday - reservations are needed as they don’t accept walk in (there are only 12 seats).The service was great, as was the food. The fish was cooked perfectly and the side vegetables/miso soup was delicious. We got both a regular ($30)and a large set ($38). Personally, I don’t think the 2 extra side vegetables were worth the $8 difference. However, all in all, it was a pleasant meal and I would recommend it.
Walked in on a weekday, very cute small setting. Set menu. Miso soup, seasonal vegetables, variety of fish. Presentation is wonderful, light, not too heavy. The tea is a really nice touch too

This is true Japan. Real Japan. A modest restaurant of the highest quality. A small space on a side street. This is authentic Japan.There are two tables and a counter - 12 seats total. The chefs are right there. The server too, all are soft spoken and focused on their craft. The food is... The food is... The food is so good.
