“Jonnie was our server and amazing! I got 2 tacos and an empanada. The flavors are all outstanding and the seafood is very fresh. They also have homemade salsas which are unique and pack a punch. Definitely a place to come to whether or not you’re “
“I had got 2 bowls and 2 nachos bags with queso sauce for a responsibly price and the workers was very fast and polite . and not to Exaggerate I almost cried the way the food was so good I totally recommend everyone to come to this this spot !!!“
“My friends and I ordered a burrito, enchiladas, torta, and guac. Everyone was very satisfied. The food is delicious, portions are sizeable, and price is reasonable. The vibe of the place is quiet nice and cozy. The service was great, everyone was very hospitable; I split my water all across the floor and the server was very understanding and kind. I really liked the salsa and salsa verde. Oh and the cherry on top was a dose of nostalgia with the chicklets we got at the end, hadn't seen those in their little cardboard box in years!“
“They are always packed which is good but not when it gets too crowded which is often expect to wait about 30-45 min for your food however their food is decent. I had a chicken quesadilla and the chicken was dry. i tried it again but this time birria and it was much better but once you get to the center its dry overall their decent and good for cravings and btw there is no parking!!!!“
“We got the pork and shrimp spring rolls, chicken dumplings and the chicken tacos. All items were really tasty. Very quick service. And reasonable prices. Would recommend coming here again if you’re shopping in SoHo and want to eat a nice meal after all the walking. It was easy to get a table on a Friday night too! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was not bad. Want to come here again and try the banh mi sandwiches next!“
“simple and fresh! not the most flavorful tacos i’ve ever had, but on the flip side i really appreciated the lower salt content and lack of grease. this is a great homestyle option you could eat regularly and still enjoy every time as much as the last.my one critique is that the beef definitely needed the lime and sauce to make up for being on the drier side.i’ll be coming back!“
“Excellent Mexican food, the best tacos in all of New York, the spectacular attention, the service, the speed with which they prepare your food, the location. 100% Recommended, if you are close to the area, it is worth stopping by to try the carne asada tacos!!“
“Run don't walk to get the egg biscuit sandwich! Literally one of the best breakfast sandwiches I ever had. Don't sleep on their coffee either. VERY reasonably priced as well, friendly staff and just a great place to work on your laptop. A gem of a place in Sunset Pk.“
“My wife and I came here for lunch this past Saturday and we loved it. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. We got a few tacos, a quesadilla, birria, a torta and a tequila flight, We also had a custard type dessert with a coffee based dessert cocktail. We sat at the bar and had a blast. The bartender was super friendly and informative on anything we had questions about. Watching him craft the cocktails was an experience in itself. We will definitely be back.“
“absolutely amazing!!! great local spot to visit in bay ridge. such a warm and welcoming environment, although the space was small the vibes were not haha. the staff was very welcoming and friendly and stopped by often to refill water or ask if we were in need of anything :) highly recommend because the food was AMAZING!!!“
“This place is super bueno. I recommend the tacos, sopes con carne, tortas, and of course the chips and guac. Their food is made with love! Very good burrito. Order was on time. I also had the mole de callo soup, it was good but i need to try the pozole.“
“SLE what can I say about this place. Superb customer service!!! The owner is such a nice and humble guy. Always has a smile on his face and greets each and every one of his customers. Again, customer service is outstanding!!!! The food: OMG impeccable. My absolute favorites are the plant based steak burrito and the oyster mushroom sandwich. I drive a good 45 min to get to get to SLE and it's worth the drive. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. Many Blessings to all the staff at SLE“
“Damn. I should have gotten a picture but THAT’S HOW GOOD IT WAS. We got chicken tacos, an al pastor quesadilla and an asada quesadilla. Everything came with a bunch of guac, was freshly cooked, with good portions, and very (and I mean very) spicy salsa on the side. Al pastor was my fav, but that’s cause I’m a sucker for the savory/sweet. Get anything here and I’m sure it’ll be good.“
“Great spot in Red Hook! Came in on a Saturday afternoon and was not too busy at all. TLDR: Staff was attentive, food was solid! Food: came in with a group and we got the shrimp tacos, Carne asada taco, guac, cheese quesadilla, and butternut squash quesadilla. Everything was good but I definitely preferred the quesadillas!Service: wasn't too busy when we visited and the staff were very nice and attentive. They had run out of tortillas for burritos and a couple taco meats but our waiter was helpful with suggesting alternativesGood for: casual spot to catch up with friends Inside tips: nothing really, just highly encourage you get the butternut squash quesadilla (:“
“let me start with place itself the atmosphere is super nice ,the colors and the graphics are a mix between traditional and modern. food : we tried first 4 items on the menu they were super great we loved them tostada's was my favorite also we had their home made dessert. very very good . staff : that's another topic . Ive been in so many restaurants in many states . there are alot of good a great servers but like our server last night we never had . he is so educated about the menu and the way he explained the food made it more delicious. very polite person. I'm very bad with remembering names but my next visit I'm going to update the post . we are as halal meat eater so happy and thankful for this establishment“
“First coming here date night with my boy friend and actually I am having dinner right now everything is so good ! I ordered the salt fish fritters oh my god !!!! Small black own business I really really enjoyed the vibe the food the drinks - drank one drink spicy mango margarita and I’m lit !!! Please come support them you won’t disappoint they takeThere time making food but it’s worth it !!“
“I've been here twice and both times the staff were super nice. The logo is super cute as is the design. The food was great; On the first visit, I got a bunch of different items because I hadn't seen any of them before. I got a mixta, an order of pupusas, a shuko, and a rellenitas. They were all delicious. I had never had a pupusa before so the staff were super nice and taught me how to dress it up properly. On my second visit, I had the tacos, fresh lemonade, and a terminator shuko. The terminator shuko was massive. You ever watch Parks and Rec and Andy recommends the Meat Tornado to Ron? The Terminator shuko is how I'd imagine the meat tornado looks. I could not finish it. The lemonade was not too sweet and perfect for a hot day. It had these little chia seed things in it.I will definitely be visiting again.“
“I love buying delicious Spanish food from this food truck. I love their tacos (bistec my favorite) but I see other people ordering meals which I plan to do in the future. Clean environment inside & outside from what I can see and friendly server.“
“Great new discovery! If you’re looking for awesome Mexican food this is the place! We tried the lunch special: 3 small tacos Al Pastor, Carnitas & Tinga (this was our favorite, meat was tender with a lot of flavor) served with a green sauce which it was delicious. Also, includes a soda everything for $10. Love the decor & the vide with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were super nice & friendly! Excellent service! Can’t wait to return and try more things!“
“Had a nice night after a concert with my brother :) great reasonably priced draft beer selection. The bartender was so sweet helping me pick a cider and giving me samples. When my brother left but I was waiting for Uber, but looked tired as heck bc I came after work, she checked on me and asked if I was OK and needed anything. I've lived in New York for 5 years, and no bartender has ever done that for me. Good people and great place :)“
“Partner and I went this weekend and it was some of the most delicious tacos we have ever had. We really recommend the salmon and fried chicken tacos! We had our dog with us so the outside seating was a giant plus :) partner said the atmosphere inside was amazing and that he’d really like to go back! We ordered it to go and they thought ahead and separated the taco filling from the tortilla to prevent them from getting soggy- so genius. Thank you!“
“Every time I go to Brooklyn, I end my night at this Taco spot. Everything they have is very flavorful and unique. Their vegetarian options are also insanely delicious. My two favorite things off the menu are the huaraches and the choriqueso.Vegetarian options: Mostly all dishes have a veggie option“
“This is a great neighborhood spot! The food, drinks and service are all great. We had the crispy pork tacos with the peanut sauce, beef and tomato tacos and the shrimp crisps. All flavorful and unique in both texture and taste. For drinks we had the ube pain killer and the mezcal kalamansi margarita. Great happy hour too with nice friendly vibes. Highly recommend!“
“Oh my god Reyes is an absolute gem. I got the Al pastor burrito toro bravo (rice beans pico jalapeño cheese) and it’s one of the best burritos I’ve had in NYC.Also their chips are so fresh and salsa (which they sell separately if you want a little jar) is so good—flavorful and smokey and fresh. Can’t wait to come back.“
“Best taco truck in Williamsburg. Hands down. This food is so good; I’ve come from Staten Island to Williamsburg just to have it. The guys in the truck are some of the nicest guys around. They always make sure you get the best service and never fail to provide it! Next time your in Williamsburg, get yourself some Taco Rapido!!“
“taco truck right outside vital that seems to be open late-ish (00:30 on a wednesday). pretty nice chicken burrito. satisfying size and i’d rec the hot sauce on the side. nice owners. i’m interested to try some of the other stuff they have tooTakeout: Yes“
“I've tried to pinpoint what makes these tacos so amazing, then came to the realization that it's because every individual ingredient is delicious. Can't get enough of them. Also, the salsas are a must. Don't you dare put that taco in your mouth without pouring the entire container on.“
“I first found this spot years ago because someone reviewed their chilaquiles well. Since then I've eaten many items here and everything is good. Chilaquiles Verde with steak and eggs is still my fav, but the Malinche Enchiladas, Taco Placero w Suadero and Arabe Burrito are all in heavy rotation.“
“Sadly and underknown mom and pop restaurant. And not the best, off the beaten path location. So tell your friends..Usually have the mexican steak. If I ask for it rare I get it rare. Plates are big big enough for a hungry couple. Igenerally switch out avocado for tomato, and never a problem with a request in englishBut once you find them...you won't lose them. Fresh fair, honest food. Do yourself.a favor.“
“Whoever said NY doesn’t have good Mexican food hasn’t been to Super Burrito yet. As an SF native who grew up eating mission style burritos I can attest to how incredibly delicious super burrito is. It’s a must!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan option“
“Amazing tacos !! Amazing service !! Amazing prices (tacos = $4 each) !! The burritos are great but the star of the show is definitely the tacos !! All the food is made to order with fresh ingredients. This truck beats out every other Mexican food truck/restaurant in the area with an array of options including customizable burrito bowls and nachos. Personal recommendations: -- chorizo (spicy Mexican sausage) taco ; steak taco -- horchata ( a beverage that includes milk) (Announcement regarding the photo attached) Please don't mind the messy presentation, it was packaged better but got swished around during my walk home.“
“Stopped by for bottomless brunch on a Saturday and it was packed. The 2 people working the floor had it under control and they were very personable. We opted for the $29.99 bottomless sangria+ 1 entree option. They gave us a pitcher so we never had to worry about getting refills. They also offer bottomless mimosas and margaritas for slightly higher prices. We ordered steak and onions with rice and beans and steak and eggs with rice and beans. While the food was good the portions were a bit small for my liking. We ended up ordering a burger and fries to split. (FYI the burger was our first choice, but you cannot get the burger as part of the brunch deal.) if you're looking for cheap tasty brunch the price is right at Limosneros.“
“I enjoyed their vegan jerk chicken tacos. Though the jerk seasoning was subtle and definitely not spicy, it was flavorful. It paired well with the plantains. The aioli was tasty. It was just a bit dry and the portions of ingredients were small. I also tried their mango thyme lemonade. The mango flavor came through, but not the thyme. It was also way too sweet.“
“We love Jefe Tacos! The food is delicious and so authentic, the homemade corn tortillas are fantastic.Plus, they catered my daughter’s birthday party and everyone LOVED it. The kids loved the food and the portions were generous. Brianna was super helpful. Absolutely fantastic experience start to finish. Highly recommend!“
“Anas has great customer service the food was prepared quickly. He even gave me a small sample off a few items on the menu to help make a decision on what I wanted. That alone satisfied me as a customer and would recommend him if your in the area. Food gets a 8/10“
“We weren’t sure what to expect when we wandered into this spot. It’s a laid back neighborhood place with plenty of outdoor seating and a straight forward drink menu. Nothing fancy. The tacos, however, were pretty amazing. Really can’t recall when I’ve had tacos that were packed with so much flavor. Can’t recommend enough.“
“This place is incredible! the plantain burrito is a MUST HAVE! With the jalapeño lime sauce. I drive 20 minutes for this. Burrito is nicely grilled, plantains are sweet and delicious. Confused why there are bad reviews though I haven’t tried the meat. Me and my girlfriends love it here. The staff is also insanely kind and accommodating and the place is super clean and adorable!“
“Love this place. When I come here I only eat Carne Asada Tacos they are amazing and very flavorful. My sister always has the vegetable tacos and says they are pretty great. I can’t speak for the rest of their menu cause Ive never had anything else but if you are in the area definitely try them out.“
“Let's start with the service: so kind, so attentive and helpful. Food trucks are a different breed here w so much love. Literallly loved the tacos here so much. 100% get al pastor tacos -- comes with radishes, cucumber slices and a charred scallion. The salsas that come with the tacos are also unbelievably flavorful, the green is herbacious and tangy. The burrito was stuffed with flavorful fall apart meat (I got carnitas). Absolutely recommendOnly thing I wouldn't particularly recommend was the birria quesatacos. The flavor was good but there was something lacking. Consume was delish though.“
“Truly this is one of my favorite spots in Sunset Park. I usually like to try something new each time I go to a restaurant, but I got the burrito with Birria and now this is my weekly splurge. Staff is always friendly, place is clean, leans into the millennial pink aesthetic with games for groups and a beach adjacent theme. But it’s all about the food and I’m sold. ?“
“Amazing tacos !! Amazing service !! Amazing prices (tacos = $4 each) !! The burritos are great but the star of the show is definitely the tacos !! “Craving authentic Mexican flavors for delivery? Look no further than Taqueria Milear! This gem delivers melty, mouthwatering tacos alongside perfectly seasoned rice and beans. Their delicious nachos are ideal for sharing (or not!), making them a fantastic option for a casual get-together. With fresh ingredients and generous portions, Taqueria Milear is a top choice for a satisfying and affordable delivery meal.“
“This place is tops in every way. Hospitable, pleasant atmosphere, decent music and superb food. The huevos rancheros were served with fresh tomatoes, onions, cheese, beans, on two perfect tortillas. Excellent potatoes and bread on the side. Thank you so much!“
“Well, I think the food is very good. The only thing I don't like is that the tongue tacos are mashed long before, they gave it in pieces or slices, but I don't like that now they give it very mashed. That's the only thing that's most good about everything.“
“My husband and I were in the mood for something different, so we decided to check out Sweet Talk. We absolutely fell in love with the place! The decor inside was beautiful and really easy on the eyes, and the overall ambiance was fantastic. We were there for the live music featuring The Buff Bunnies, and they totally rocked our evening. The food was fresh and delicious, with some cool twists on classics like tacos and elote off the cob. And let me tell you, the dessert was a delight! Definitely leave some space for that. Despite being pretty busy, the service was still on point. We're already planning to come back, especially for another dose of live music on a Monday! The only downside? Parking is a bit of a difficult around there, so next time, we're ditching the car and taking our bikes instead! Cheers!“
“My go to takeout spot whenever I'm hungry during lunch hour! Sadly I have yet to dine in. One day I will go for happy hour or dinner. They have an impressive looking bar. Tacos or burrito bowls and more! They have the standard chicken, pork, al pastor, beef, veggie, and fish. They always give you two types of salsas to go with your meals. The meals are filling and worth the dollar.“
“Literally a deli, order at the counter where you would usually ask for a Diet Pepsi or pack of smokes and toss a dollar. Instead, get one of the best burritos in Brooklyn while you enjoy a nice cold beer! (Charges extra to drink inside the deli but totally worth it!!!) Will definitely be coming back.“
“I don’t order takeout often but when I do it’s usually Jauja. A++ authentic Mexican food it’s a hidden gem. My faves are the birria, al pastor, and shrimp tacos. The beef birria burrito is an honorable mention. Honestly nothing here disappoints. The food is consistently good. Sadly I have no photos because I scarf it down every time“
“Welcome to Birria island. Delicious well seasoned marinated beef Birria. I had the grilled cheese and dumpling. It was E V E R Y T H I N G!! What a immaculate taste. Service was amazing. Ashley took her time while assisting me and Evenin recommended her favorite dish. She was super sweet. Overall I'm extremely satisfied that I gave this franchise a try. It was very clean, spacious and organized. Thank you to the amazing chefs and wonderful staff.“
