“I come here to treat myself for lunch sometimes, and it’s always such a pleasant experience. Their omelettes are delicious, as well as their sweeter breakfast options, and the servers are always really kind, attentive, and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends.“

“Surf and Turf is egg over bits of steak and shrimp over a bowl of spicy rice…very good if you like spice. Brussel sprouts are outstanding. The jerk chicken is served with a bowl of spicy rice. A coconut mojito is excellent with lots of fresh mint mixed in. Service is very good in this small venue. No doubt they will grow in size, hopefully the menu will grow as well.Parking: The restaurant is located on a corner lot plaza.“

“Great burger, great appetizers and a slew of fantastic drinks. There seem to be more staff and folks tending the bar that I seem to remember over the last couple of years but there's nothing wrong with that. For the locals the wherehouse is definitely a comfortable place to go, a great place to hang out on the weekends especially in the summer. Tons of parking around the area and lots of other little things to go and see as well on Liberty street. But with the live music and the good food you can spend a couple hours here without a problem.“

“Decent spot to stop by and grab a quick bite. Service is friendly and relatively quick. Prices are regular. Ordered their fish tacos which were pretty tasty. Also got a side of guacamole which was a bit bland. Noting for those looking for actual Mexican food, this is not Mexican food, but rather an Americanized version of Mexican food.“

“I work for Madison Square Garden and deal with Customers all night long. Bobbie Sue is the kind of person I want on my team. Not only is she pleasant and professional, but she acknowledged us while being super busy. I am a picky person and always request substitutions. Bobbi Sue was patient and extremely accommodating. The best service I have had in a while. I live 40 minutes away and I will come back just to see her.“

“Our waitres Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. I usually don't take the time to post any reviews but i had to congratulate her on her job.she had the nicest and most friendliest welcome .we ordered the bbq ribs, the Rubin sandwich and a cheese burger . My wife wanted her burger just a little more done .we got Stephanie's attention and told her if they can cook it just a little more.stephanie was so undetsanding and its the attitude you have with a customer that makes the difference of a good employee. She returned with a new order immediately. She took care of us with always a smile and made our dinning experience just wonderful. Also there was another employee that helped us, just as friendly and attentive. I didn't get his name but I think he had a beard and wore glasses .congratulate to both of them of being such good/caring people. To the management of the restaurant. You are very fortunate and extremely lucky that you have theses employees working for you .My daughter will be attending mt.saint Mary's in the near future and we will be visiting you again soon.PS.the food was absolutely delicious. “WOWThis was a huge surprise. I was visiting a customer in Peekskill New York, and pulled over to grab a small bite to eat from a food truck. I pulled into the lot and noticed there was a big line. When I got on line there were a lot of regulars talking about what they were going to order. I asked one of them what they would recommend, and they said you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. They were so right.I got an order of taco's. You got to pick any three taco's you wanted. and the order came with hand cut fries, and this amazing lime aioli. I had a chorizo, fish, and chicken taco. They might have been the best I ever had. After I finished I had to tell the owner how great the food was. He happened to be the nicest guy, and was truly happy to hear that I thoroughly enjoyed his food. He makes all of his food fresh daily, and makes his own chorizo.I went home that night, and told my son about the truck. That weekend I stopped by again, this time with my son and his fiance. Octavio remembered me right away. We ordered a braised short rib grill cheese on Texas toast, a Cuban sandwich that he made with his own smoked pulled pork, and his home made empanada's. All three of us were amazed with his food.My son was getting married in three weeks, and we had rented an Airbnb for the weekend, and were throwing a rehearsal dinner for about 40 people the night before the wedding. We had already planned on having it catered, but my son mentioned why don't we do something different, and see if Octavio would bring his food truck to the Airbnb instead of using a caterer. It wound up being fantastic. We spoke with Octavio, and picked five items off the menu to serve that night. Everyone at the party raved about the food, and Octavio surprised us at the end by serving his home made caramel stuffed churro's with chocolate sauce. If you love great food, you must give him a visit...“

“I came here relatively late on a Friday night. I had a ticket back home on the Metro-North and I didn't want to miss my train, but I also wanted to grab something to eat. The restaurant staff were very helpful in getting me a bacon burger to go. The burger was fairly greasy. It would've been nice if they included a plastic fork for the coleslaw. Overall, they came in clutch.“

“Little long time gem hidden on Broadway, & I always wanted to stop in for a cheese burger. They were all very pleasant, the cheeseburger was delish,& what I liked best is that is not pre-made. All burgers & hot dogs are made while you watch them cooking. Great place to visit!“
“My husband and I tried the Bird and Bottle Inn on Friday. The burrata and peach appetizer was delicious. The mint flavor in the pasta and lamb special really made the dish. I had the sesame tuna special with the coconut carrot ginger purée. Everything was perfect. So many good flavors. We tried a few different cocktails and they were all amazing! The building is also beautifully restored and we loved reading the history of it on the back of the menu. We will definitely be eating here again!“

“On our way down Main Street, we were drawn into Reserva from the live music playing inside. We changed our plans and decided to grab a bite here. The menu is pretty limited, as it is a wine bar. But the food was very good. The croissants melted in your mouth! The quiche was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh. I was disappointed that they do not offer pão de queijo on Sundays.“

“I had my daughter-in-law‘s shower here, and everybody still talks about it three years later! We had it in the restaurant part, as long as you have 50 people or more, you can have the Champagne Brunch. We had about 80! It was one of the best showers ever! UNLIMITED mimosas and champagne, and the buffet goes from breakfast foods, all the way into lunch foods! Everything imaginable from baked ziti, Penne vodka, fresh shrimp, eggplant parm, chicken parm, AND the owner/Chef himself was slicing up fresh Prime Rib!!! The service was impeccable! They treated us like royalty! Very attentive and efficient and also sweet. Evan really works with you and your Budget to achieve one of the best celebrations you can imagine! We ALSO go there for dinner, and always have the NY strip steak smothered with onions, peppers, and fried potatoes. It’s absolutely amazing! We recently booked a dinner party in the main dining roomfor my husband’s 60th birthday! I’m sure it will be fabulous!“
“Despite all the restaurant competition in Beacon, this place is still a stand out. Nice venue to see some of the old time greats. Food was absolutely fantastic, but they seem a little short on the front end. Not enough staff. But if you have a little patience you have a wonderful meal.“

“My mother in law and I went to Beacon to celebrate our birthdays and chose the diner for our lunch. They have a wide selection of food on the menu. I had the farmers breakfast wrap and home fries. Mom had her eggs and lox. We didn't see it on the menu but asked the waitress if it was available and she said sure. We were very happy with the service, quality of the food and the prices.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a small diner with a ramp for a wheelchair, walker and stroller accessibility. I didn't walk around much through the interior as we were seated next to the entrance. I cannot verify the comfort level of spacing throughout the restaurant. The bathroom was accessible.“

“This place is amazing! We had 25 people coming from an Army game and called to see if they could take us all in an hour- they said yes and we are so glad they did! Servers Michael and Justin were incredible! We walked in, tables were set, water glasses filled and menus ready. They handled separate bills with ease, drink orders, soups, appetizers, meals and desserts with amazing customer service- and the food was a home run!! True comfort food with a flare! The Schwing burgers & Mac/cheese, deviled egg appetizers and skillet cookie were just a few of our favs! The list of beers on tap was long and something for everyone's tastebuds for sure! We will all be back!!“

“I work at the DMV in Beacon and we had our holiday party catered by the Beacon Daily. The food was delicious! Everything was hot and portions were plentiful. The bang bang cauliflower not too spicy and was a big hit! And the Big Mac tater tots was another fun appetizer that was overloaded with all the trimmings. We also added chicken sandwiches and the portions were huge and very tasty. We highly recommend this establishment and would not hesitate to order again.“

“This is a wonderful place to eat!! We were visiting the area, and wanted a place that was somewhat unique. It was perfect!!! The atmosphere, music, and the food was delicious!! I had the scallops, and my husband had the pasta carbonara. Both were exceptional. Our server was attentive and kind. He made great recommendations. Finally, the owner made an effort to say hello, and check that all was well. What else can I say…it was the perfect date night experience.“

“Excellent local casual restaurant. We’ve only been here twice in the past five years, mostly recently March 2024. This past visit we had the steak cafe salad, which was delicious. We also split the garlic bread, which was a very smart inventive take on it, cubing the pieces which made it much more enjoyable of a bite rather than ripping apart or gnawing away at a big loaf. Service was friendly and timely. Cute place and nice atmosphere. Nicely located by the restaurants and shops.“
“This was our seventh time celebrating Thanksgiving here and we were so happy to be here! Genera was our server and she was wonderful and kind. Dad is a Marine living at The VA Nursing Home at Montrose and this is his favorite place because they always treat him well and the food is delicious. George and his team make it look easy though you can taste the effort and love the team puts into every meal. I highly recommend eating here. GO!“

“This was our first time at Dolly's. Choice was based on convenience to a near by art opening.Boy we were surprised...The front of the house, and wait staff were the epitome of hospitality. Even on a cold winter with a spectacular sunset, the parking was as great as the meal *truth be told timing may have been part of it, we arrived early for a 6:00pm seating“
“We had an excellent al-la-carte dinner here on Sunday. The standout was the roasted half chicken -- shocking tender and juicy, with crispy roast potatoes and a delicious complex asparagus-caper sauce. The tempura scallops were also very nice. For such delicious food and large portions, reasonably priced too. Highly recommend.“

“We just had a wonderful memorial luncheon here. The Inn is a very old hotel and the rooms confirm this. It has a charm all its own, only to be found in the Historic Cold Spring. The food was awesome. We had a party of 20. The food was delicious every plate was hot when served. The horse radish mashed potatoes where a crowd favorite we ordered additional!. The management was attentive and flexible. Our Server was spot on and very busy. The only thing that we would have changed is having more than 1 server for a large party, She did an excellent job, our service was not harmed in any way. However it just seemed just to much for one person to handle. Our service in no way lacked, only concerned that the server herself could have used some help. I highly recommend, food was very yummy. So good I was actually surprised.“

“All of it...Food, Service and Ambiance were excellent! Lady who waited on us was one of the best servers we've ever had, plus she was taking care of bar patrons at the same time. Food - lobster bisque, steamed clams, meatloaf and Philly steak sandwiches - all large portions and great flavor (altho the mac and cheese seemed out of a box). The pub itself was temp cool, interesting and comfortable. Just a lovely, local, great place to stop for a drink or a meal. And, prices were very reasonable.“

“Simple burger spot in Beacon - stopped by to eat a well deserved burger after a long hike. I got the single Dutch Burger ($11) and some fries ($3.50) to go. I loved all the veggies in the burger; lots of spring salad mix, tomatoes, slivered onions and lots of pickle slices. It was a pretty messy burger though, lots of water was on the bottom of my to-go container and the toppings kept on falling out. I thought the patty was a bit on the smaller side and the fries were way too soggy, but overall a decent spot!“

“Their double double burger is so good and their truffle fries are a hit! You will not miss with that :) we order also a pretzel as an entree and it was pretty good, specially the cheese sauce. I love the open patio, but I wish they had the patio umbrellas, so you get a little shadow from the sun. The servers are nice but the service is a little slow. So be patient, when the food arrives is going to be worth it.“

“'twas open Easter Sunday. Vegetable hash seemed to be expensive at $21, but was so good, we ordered second one. Baileys coffee at $12 was ok. Breve coffee was good, but the beans were overroasted (say, compared to Undeground Breve). Overall, good place, food, and Service. Only one restroom, always busy, but clean and great soap there.“

“I had no idea the restaurant had changed. Last time I was there, it was the Tressle. I absolutely LOVE the absence and decor of the restaurant and bar. Everything is electric blue and a little eclectic. The menu even has back lighting! Every menu needs this feature. The piano keys across the piano room was my favorite. Evidently, they also.habe live music on occasion. We only got drinks and apps and sat at the bar. We decided on Bang bang shrimp and Tempura Fried Cauliflower. Both were delicious... we had to get a second Cauliflower. The drinks were great and the bar tender took fabulous car of us. I will definitely be back for dinner.“

“The breakfast there is the ideal and classic NY diner style. The food is always hot, and cooked to perfection, not under seasoned, not over seasoned. Their use of oil and butter is also great, as it is not too greasy but just enough to add texture and be used as a cooking agent. Pancakes are great, and the eggs, bacon and sausage are all great as well. Home fries are what I would consider ideal, not to greasy or over seasoned, but crunchy on the outside and stuff on the inside. The atmosphere is what you would expect at a classic dinette, small and cozy. The aesthetic tastefully combines modern with the 50s "lunch car" decorum. The service is very good and all the waiters/waitresses we're very attentive and kind. Would definitely recommend.“

“The LH Burger is the best burger in the area. Always comes with an abundance of fries. Food is made fresh & always comes out hot. Add a house salad for a great meal. The staff is friendly and accommodating.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is a bit tight & the accessible spaces are quickly taken. People usually don't pull in straight and park on harsh marks. That said, I rated it a four for atmosphere because it is a biker bar with a restaurant and that is honestly not my thing.
