“I eat here 1-2x per week, never fail. The food is always ready when I arrive. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is always delicious. I am SO grateful to have this restaurant in the village - it’s needed! I hope Hidalgo and the whole entire family running it is here for a long, long time. Honorable 5 Star mention to the chicken rolls, any fajita variety, ACP and their outstanding guacamole!!”

“This is the lodge I prefer of the lodges offered at Holiday Valley. I like the bar area upstairs, but one bartender might lead to a little of a wait. Great bartenders when they get to you.You can get you lift ticket here.Plenty of room to sit and eat.Fire places on the main floor and upstairs.There is a store to purchase clothing and ski accessories.The food is fine for quick finger and American style food , ie burgers, fingers, fries, and pizza.”

“We have been coming here for over a decade and can always rely on an incredible atmosphere, quality in-house brews and cocktails, and fulfilling cuisine. First time trying the calamari and we’re excited with the variation of tentacles and rings! Grilled cheese and tomato bisque was comforting, and the shrimp rolls were accompanied well with the pickled vegetables. We always look forward to continue being loyal customers of EBC!”

“We had such a great time here! Stopped by for a drink and had one of the managers, Jess, as our bartender and she was FABULOUS. I asked if I could get the Loganberry lemonade from EBC even though it wasn’t on the menu and not only did she happily make it, but it was delicious. Excellent customer service, and great recommendations for places to go in town. We even specifically went there for our six packs before we left, to show our support again. 10/10 - can’t wait to go back next time I’m in town.”

I would definitely recommend this place it’s just a great atmosphere and the bartender and owner were just amazing. I highly recommend trying their New style old fashion. “We drive over an hour just to go here! The sweet and savory pizza is a masterpiece! I'm not a beer drinker usually, but their brewery is amazing, and I enjoy trying their beers on tap. If you like liquor like I do, they have an amazing selection of specialty drinks with their own liquors. We try to get to Steelbound at least once every few months.”
