“It's a fun place. We enjoy it. I had been there before with my son Jason Rupp. On Labor Day, I went with three other women to enjoy a reception for the art of the Women Surf Film Festival. “Went with my best friend after a great "girl day" at breezy point. Eating here was the best end to our day. We ordered the coconut red lentil soup. So good. It was warm and creamy and fully of flavor. We also order the Manti stuffed with squash with a Filet Mignon skewer. Honestly, the flavors all exploded in my mouth. “Went here last weekend to have lunch with our daughter who goes to St. Johns. Parked right on the corner (Metered ) no parking lot for those wanting to know. Mostly college crowd. Service was quick and good. Photos from others are the same as ours so i won't post. We would definitely go back again.“

“Beautiful restaurant with a variety of options, including those for the calorie conscious. My family tried the trout and salmon - both were cooked well and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the spinach and strawberry salad. There was an issue with our order so it was delayed, but when we spoke to the manager, he took care of things quickly. We appreciated that he took responsibility and his courteous manner and hospitality. The decor is very nice as well. A good date spot. Will visit again.“

“Their falafel mahshea might be my new favorite falafel in Queens. Stuffed with feta cheese and green olives. Served fresh and hot, perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They have another version stuffed with eggplant and harissa that I’ll have to go back and try. Really enjoyed the chicken shawarma bowl too. The toppings and sauces made this a great dish — artichokes, garlic eggplant, feta cheese, garlic sauce and harissa. They also have excellent lemonades. I had the peach ginger and my husband had the Moroccan mint. They have a lovely covered backyard to eat in. Great choice for lunch or dinner near the beach.“

“One of my favorite bars to go to on the weekends! The food and service is great. Nachos and the sliders are always the best, great selection of beer and cocktails. The music could be a little lower since you can barely have a conversation with another person.“

“I have had this bar on my radar since I saw multiple posts about this place on Instagram in the past. I came in for brunch, and I think this place is super cute, and I got such a great view of the water while dining outdoors. Owen was my server, and he was very friendly. The service getting my food and drink was a tad slow, which was understandable as I saw the restaurant was having a private event inside. They have a decent sized menu with reasonable prices, and the Meatlover Omelet I ordered tasted really good. They also make a great bloody mary as well. I was surprised that I didn't have an issue finding street parking in this area as they don't have a parking lot. Overall, I was happy with my first experience, and I will definitely stop in again the next time I drive to the Rockaways.“

“Batagor and nasi bungkus the two best things on the menu and honestly the two most unique things I've ever eaten. The nasi bungkus was a nice variety of spices carbs and protein, wrapped up in a banana leaf and cooked, enjoyed the variety of spices and items there. The batagor was a nice assortment of a variety of fried items that were smothered in peanut sauce, super interesting and really tasty. Overall I really enjoyed the sheer variety these two dishes gave, really gave me a different perspective of Indonesian food“

“I called the restaurant today on my daughter’s birthday (2/26/24) to ask for a table for 5 people including two children. I was told there’s not enough seating for everyone but they would gladly accommodate us at the event space next door. I agreed. My family arrived at around 6 and the two ladies took our order and Yvonne took a few minutes to prepare the table for us. When she led us into the room we were so delighted and astounded! The place was so beautifully decorated, and she managed it in a very short time! All the food was delicious! She made my daughter feel so special, she danced with the girls and helped cut the cake! I was very lucky and blessed to have been given this wonderful memory! It was such a pleasure to meet Yvonne, she is so sweet and has such a good heart! The staff was super friendly and very patient, which was very appreciated because we were a party of 12.The food was delicious and very flavorful with a good amount of spice. When you order, you are able to choose the spice level from Mild all the way up to Thai Spicy (which I don't even dare to try, haha). Both the Thai Iced Tea and Lychee Thai Iced Tea were very good but a little too overly sweet for us, so we had to dilute it with a little bit of water.Wonderful little restaurant with great food and a wonderful atmosphere. “My grandma and I always go here and get pad Thai with mock duck. The food is heavenly! Anything good you could say about the food is true! The duck is crispy on the outside and buttery melt-in-your-mouth on the inside, and the flavor of the sauce is just incredible! The glass noodles are light and have a perfect texture. The regular noodles are filling and also perfect. Oh- and the peanut sauce that comes with the salad is the best peanut sauce you could ever imagine! It’s so addicting, and has a tad kick to it (I think you can only get that at lunch though). My grandma and I only ate there in person a couple times, but the service was great, considering how crowded the restaurant always is (I think the fact that it’s always stuffed to the brim is a sign of a good restaurant :). They had good vibes and a really chill aesthetic. We always get the food delivered, and it comes in a really short amount of time. My grandma also loves this food; we get food that’s not spicy, because we are both sensitive to spice (but if you like spice, they have dishes with that too). I wanted to think of something I didn’t like here, but I can’t! All in all, eat here!! (Also, hack for more duck; when asking for extra mock duck, ask for it in a separate container; that way you can see just how much you’re getting, and they can’t skimp! Naren was our server-very friendly, very attentive, and so sweet with my daughter. We enjoyed the food (we ordered a lot) and my one year old loved the dal tadka and rice-she basically ate half of an adult entree and finished the rest the next day! My cousin and I ordered the beef biryani and butter chicken for main dishes (two parathas too), and the samosa chat for an appetizer. All great. The beef was spicy but we could handle it as Bangladeshis. Highly recommend this adorable place with excellent service!“

“It was a cold Saturday and I was yearning for a carb filled meal topped off with drinks. This was my second time coming to Queens Bully, the first time was literally 5 years ago and I don't recall my experience here much. I drove on over from Brooklyn and sat at the bar. Inside is a very rustic setting with a open space concept. The bartender was extremely professional, attentive and very nice. He overall knew what he was doing when I asked for a cosmopolitan and it was by far one of the best I've had in quite some time. I then ordered a painkiller which he recommended and boy was it good. I had to drive so it was a 2 drink minimum for me but I surely felt tipsy. I ordered the shrimp Mac it was so cheesy, creamy and packed with flavor. The shrimps were grilled just right and had a jerk taste to it, it did not let me down one bit. The atmosphere within Queens Bully is pretty uplifting with modern music, the staff is very friendly, the food is delicious and so are the drinks. I'll be back for sure“

“The best poke ever. I live in San Diego and thought we had great poke. Then I tried Sherry Blossom on a whim while visiting my mom in NY and I could eat here every night. The fish melts in your mouth. The mango was so fresh and such a unique topping. The chili oil is *chefs kiss.* They also have boba tea which is delicious and such a great little dessert for after your poke bowl. They have plenty of seating inside and it's super clean in there as well. Everyone who I've come in contact with that works there couldn't be kinder!
