“Great owner and staff. Made us feel very comfortable and welcome.. Food VERY GOOD! My wife, who is NOT a fish eater almost finished ger entire plate of flounder. Owner told her if she didn't like it he would take it back! Didn't happen. My dish was excellent Would highly recommend!“

“This place was great and so nice to hang out in. The bar is upstairs and they have many beers on tap! The downstairs first floor is set up in a way that makes casual hangouts easy. There is a small stage in the corner I assume for bands. It was raining so we were not able to sit outside but it looked like a nice sidewalk spot. I’d recommend this place to anyone in Greenport!“

“Great spot to stop at on your way out east. Menu has been updated. Why but play a round of mini golf too? This place is associated with Ellen on Front in Greenport. Another spot on my list to get to.

“My second takeout order in 2 weeks was even better than before. Teriyaki bento boxes with extremely generous portions of salmon and shrimp teriyaki, shu mai, two giant shrimp tempura and veggies, a sushi roll, rice, miso soup, and salad. Great value and very fresh and tasty.“

“Ate on the waterfront the last week they were open in the fall. The clam chowder lived up to its reputation, perfect balance of cream potatoes and clams. Local oysters and clams in the halfshell were excellent and the steamed mussels in fennel tarragon and cream broth were also well prepared and a nice variation on a traditional wine sauce. All in a delightfully casual sheltered setting on the wharf with our server Emily providing just the right amount of attentiveness.“

“Great find! On a chilly winter night Nookies provided the perfect last minute (a rare occurrence, I believe) dinner for two with cool easy vibes and really yummy warming food.
Fun retro decor and neat off the beaten path spot in Southold area.
We also got a nice quick little tour of the motel and would love to stay here on our next visit out!
