“This is a local bar, not uptown by any means. That being said, upon a friend's recommendation I decided to do a take-out fish fry. It was far and away the best fish fry I've had in a long time. I've also had their beef on weck which is as good as any around. The bartenders are very friendly as well as the clientele. I would highly recommend either dine-in or take-out.“
“First of all, The Towne House is not closed. This needs to be updated on the Yelp profile page. They are definitely 100% open for business. I used to hang out here over 30 years ago, and it still looks pretty much the same as it did then, and even then it wasn't modern or updated. To me that's a good thing since there was never any reason for it to change. It's a comfortable setting with a large rectangular bar that has plenty of seating. Good drink prices. Fantastic chicken wings. Make sure to check for the daily food specials to get a really good deal.“

“Stopped in last night for dinner and every item we ordered was delicious! I highly recommend the Rueben! After dinner, we grabbed a few smoked sausage links & cheese! So good! Prices are reasonable and the portions were big! I highly suggest you stop in soon!“
“Local dive in a new location with daily specials. Hat Trix got a face lift when they recently moved into the old L'Isola D'Oro. It's much bigger, cleaner, newer and nicer than it was. They have a real sign now too which is a plus. This is only funny if you knew their last location. We stopped in to visit some friends before the eclipse. It wasn't busy but we enjoyed some great company and took advantage of their $.50 wings. Wings were big, hot, crispy and saucy. We tried the spicy bbq, yummy and the heat crept up quietly. Darts, tv's with games and a video crack machine in the corner round this place out. They have a full bar and bar food menu options. Pricing for food was very reasonable. Service was great. The bartender was on the move and took care of everyone. He even greeted everyone with a special eclipse gift bag.“
“After going to 3 other restaurants at 7 pm on a Tuesday this was the only place that even said hello right when we walked in. The service and food was great even tho it seemed like just the bar tender and cook. They were amazing definitely coming back“
“Loved it! Very nice gathering place. Also provides parking. I was there for a benefit/fundraiser and found it to be a great place to hold such an event. There's plenty of space, a kitchen and Bar. It also has multiple rooms for use. Two thumbs up ?“
“A cute bar with a great selection of beers, on tap and in bottles. An extensive wine and cooler collection but what really makes the visit worthwhile is the AMAZING server who was very friendly, bright and you can tell she loved her job! She learned it was my birthday and gave me a complimentary Pink lemonade slushee!! It’s the small kind gestures that make your day and ensure you’ll always come back again! They also have a full calendar of events during the week to check out such as a Taco truck, BBQ night and even a Jazz band! If you’re in Hamburg and a laidback situation is your vibe, drop in!
