“Nice deals on Tuesdays - $15 Filet Mignon or $25 Surf and Turf are just a few of the many specials. $12 Bloody Mary and $6.00 bottled Blue light are the everyday price, making this night a great find!Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access throughout.“
“My brother and I eat here every Saturday. We just love the French dip sandwich. I get the sweet potato fries with it. I eat half while there, and take the rest home for another meal during the week. I've had a few of their other menu options - which are very good... however, Mike and I are addicted to the French Dip (appropriate... French Road, French Pub, French Dip!) He goes there 2 or 3 times during the week all by himself (he's a widower.) He enjoys an alcoholic beverage with his meal. We discovered this place about a year ago - now it is on our regular rotation. The waitresses are always efficient and friendly, the bus boys are even attentive and on the ball. Atmosphere is casual, but clean and welcoming. I can recommend this place without any reservations... ok, bad pun... Try it! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!“
“We absolutely LOVE Tully's! Most recently we had the buffalo chicken tenders meal, raspberry vodka lemonade, gatorade drink, and the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream (I can't rememeber what it was called, but it was SO GOOD!)They have really great food, tasty drinks, and great staff. We love going here with friends for the chicken tenders and drinks! Highly recommend :)“
“The bartenders are the best! They put with a lot of stuff and always conduct themselves pleasantly. Matty is the best as well. If you're looking for a place with a midage crowd, this is the place for you. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with this experience.“
“When I'm in Buffalo or Rochester and go looking for wings, this is the kind of place that hits the mark! I took some coworkers here for dinner and everyone enjoyed! We were there for wings, but also shared the pizza rolls, cheese curds, and beef on weck. Order extra and save for tomorrow's lunch! And anyone who's not from the area...ranch is for salads and blue cheese is for wing dipping...:>)“
“This is very small restaurant on Sheridan Dr., near Millersport. There are 5 tables set for 2; 5 tables set for 4 and one table set for 8. I ordered the falafel wrap. It comes with hot-out-of-the-fryer fries. These were great. The very large wrap is filled with several falafel balls, tahini and chopped salad. It has been a while since I enjoyed falafel. This wrap did not disappoint. It was delicious.“
“Loved it! Very nice gathering place. Also provides parking. I was there for a benefit/fundraiser and found it to be a great place to hold such an event. There's plenty of space, a kitchen and Bar. It also has multiple rooms for use. Two thumbs up ?“
“Clean, worn but cared for. CASH ONLY, atm on site.Highlight- consistent high quality simple food with a rotating special menu at more than fair pricing, easily have a drink, and meal for $20-25 with a tip.Bar is cozy, restaurant roomy on the simple side.Parking: In front, and to the left of building NOT TO THE RIGHT, that is private parking for the business next door and may be ticketed or towed.“
“*EDIT 3/5/24*Been a few more time since my recent review and the wings have been absolute ? lately. The last 5 times I've been were right on par with some of the best wings around town. Sauces are spot on, big fan of the hot-cajun and bbq-cajun. Service has been exceptional as well. Boosting up to a 5 star now since the last 5+ times I've been have all been perfectBeen to this place twice now since Ive been told best wings in WNY. My first time was a major letdown, I did the Double Dip with Cajun and Honey Mustard, the wings were so overcooked that all I tasted was other leftover food from the char marks. I wanted to give them another try because I always feel like these types of bars have mediocre food during the days and then they step up at night when the rush comes in so I went in again on a wknd night and ordered the Cajun-Medium Double Dipped. Once again, I ran into 3-4 of the wings extremely overcooked but the other ones were 100% spot-on, flavor was killer and the chicken was on point. Only if I could get a full order of decently cooked wings then my review would be higher. Also docking a bit of a point because I was told their top shelf whiskey was Seagrams 7... I mean, I get its a local bar but really?Positives were that the bartenders were all super friendly and were flying around the bar. There was a large wait for bigger groups to get tables but that is expected on a Friday night in a smaller location like this. Parking lot was a zoo with people trying to find spots. Ample televisions on to watch the game and overall seems like a fun local spot. All in all, Id recommend stopping in if you are in the area. Its a good group of people but the Wings just haven't left their mark on me (yet). Im hoping that changes though.Overall 3.5/5“
“Walked in during the Raven and Texans game. Ordered 2 beers, had them in 2 minutes. Ordered 2 fish dinners. Received them so quick while settling in at the table. The food was so good I forgot about drinking my beer. Was greeted by the owner and some local friends. Absolutely a great time.“
“Food is never a disappointment! Burgers are massive. Local favorite. The place is small and fills up quick during peak meal time. Quick service. CASH ONLY! I had a craving for a burger. They were able to accommodate my takeout order because it wasn't busy yet. Thank you- it hit the spot!“
“My son and I love 99 Brick Oven. He always gets the margarita pizza and cheesy garlic bread. I try to try some different menu items. Food is always amazing. Staff is always amazing. When they first opened I called to ask about the pizza because my son if very picky. They told me if he didn't like the pizza it would be free. He LOVED the pizza!! We love sitting outside on the patio regardless of weather.“
“Outstanding experience, best wings, and handcut fries in Buffalo. The wait times might be long but your food is brought as soon as it is ready as well as "ordered". Two spots to order from being the bar and one of the 12 tables located behind the hostess. Expect wait times of an hour at open and some open seats by 7/7:30. Went on a Saturday and had a great time talking to both tourists and locals. Order a drink so that the wait feels less like an hour and a half and more like twenty-five minutes. Cannot wait to come back and try the HOT wings as opposed to MEDIUM. They are known for their hot sauce.“
“My family came here looking for a place to eat and this ended up being a sleeper hit! This is basically an Applebee's but obviously way better! The food was very good. I could not believe the portion sizes though. With the prices they charge for the food, it's basically a steal. I honestly wish there were Tully's back downstate. Definitely worth bringing your family and friends to!“
“Love Duff's wings. Always huge and cooked to perfection. Great service too! Only reason they don't get 5 stars is the prices. They remain very high even though chicken wing costs have come down. Don't go there as often as I used to because of it. Who can afford $2 per wing? Hoping that changes at some point.“
“Great atmosphere, great staff. Had the ribeye, asada and pork belly tacos and split chips, queso and elote. Asada taco was good, queso was a bit too salty and was the 1st thing we had so it may have stepped on the other food a bit. Best thing was mixing queso into elote and dipping chips into it. Together they were Great! Would absolutely go back.“
“This place is not a dive bar. Yes they categorize themselves that way but they have great food at a great price. Their burgers weigh at least a half pound probably more, drinks are super cheap and the atmosphere and staff is awesome. Love this place it's a new regular for“
“Food specials are delicious deals. Ten wings or 3 tacos and a domestic bucket for 20 bucks. Hot, saucy and crispy? Jen is an amazing server, juggling the bar kitchen and tables. TVs placed just right to watch the game. New outdoor patio is perfect for warm summer nights with friends. Dart and cornhole tournaments and of course karaoke.“
“Missed out on the kitchen but stayed to enjoy a couple brews. The bartender was attentive and made sure my beer selections were in alignment with my preferences. I like to start with a light blonde, enjoy the taste of a nice red, and end with a thick & sweet stout or lager.“
“I had the carnitas it was delicious. It was served with rice, pico di gallo, beans and tortillas shells and it was excellent. My sister had the supreme quesadilla and it was delicious as well. My husband had the beef chimichangas and really enjoyed them. They where crispy and equally delicious. Our waiter was incredible and took great care of our table. We had a wonderful meal and excellent experience.“
“My current favorite place to order fish fry takeout. The beer batter is fried to a crispy perfection. The sides are hit or miss, the potato salad was not good the last time I ordered. But was still pretty happy with meal overall. Do recommend!“
“I was recommended Sean Patrick's by family, so I decided to try it out. Overall, it was fine, and really, my only gripe was an obnoxious party filled with loud children screaming nearby. The staff clearly looked annoyed with them, so I think it wasn't something last minute and totally out of their hands. The food was good, I enjoyed the shepherd's pie and drink prices are very reasonable as well. Not to be taken negatively, but it seems like most of the crowd were older, so it's probably a quiet and easygoing atmosphere any other night. Our server was balancing a few tables and the party guests, but she was handling it very well and got our drinks and food to us in a timely manner. I'd recommend people to try it out.“
“I keep asking myself why I don't come here more often. Over the years, I have never had a bad meal at this place. Plus, if you're just stopping for a drink, the bar has always been pretty fun - always a nice group of locals, down to earth folk here. The menu was a really good mix of options with plenty of choices for everyone, no matter what you're in the mood for. Located just a short hop outside of East Aurora, I always find it's worth my drive from Williamsville to do a little shopping in town and grab a lunch or dinner at Kodiak Jack's. My latest choice was the prime rib and stuffed hot pepper sandwich. It was some of the most tender prime rib I have ever had on a sandwich. Chicken wings were half price, so we started with wings as an appetizer to split between us. The wings had a nice light crisp on the outside, and were tender and juicy on the inside. Perfection. Portions are hardy, there's no skimping here. If you're looking for a new restaurant option and want to turn it into an afternoon, drive on out to East Aurora and see some of the most beautiful shops and have a lovely meal.“
“The fish fry was so good!!! The fish was crispy and they gave me a huge piece! The tuna Mac salad was delicious and homemade. The fries were fresh cut and cooked perfectly. It also came with a sauerkraut pasta salad, coleslaw and bread with butter. Overall it was a excellent meal and I will definitely be ordering from here again.“
“My 1st time here tonight. The bartender is super!! i asked if they could do a hot cajun wet wing and they said yes. let me tell u...these wings may be THE BEST hot cajun wet I have ever had. And extra crispy as requested. Put it on the menu STAT!! Not to mention the prices are amazing. We will be back!“
“Fun place , met a guy named Hammer there ... he seems to be the mascot of the bar. Hammer turned out to be a funny guy who really like to talk about pro wrestling , and he even got in a friendly but heated debate with a patron about Hulk Hogan vs John Cena ...Would have stayed longer but there was NO food available .“
“Vinny's is such a great local dive bar. They have great wings for a reasonable price. Their fries are really good too. Cheap beer and drinks. A bunch of TVs all around the whole place to watch football games. They have an indoor and outdoor section so you can have a good time there all year long. They are cash only.“
“The food here is tremendous (wings are on par with Bar-Bill and they have a great fish fry), but one word of caution - do not expect to be able to order meat on Friday’s during Lent. Long time regulars are probably well aware of this policy but we were caught a bit off guard. Given that they were absolutely packed with people ordering the fish fry, it makes a lot of sense, just something to be aware of.“
“It's a nice little friendly bar. It's like cheers on most nights meaning everybody knows everybody. They have a kitchen where you can get wings or complete meals. I have had fish and shrimp, fries onion rings, okra, macaroni and cheese, greens and cabbage and I think that's it. Oh I've had they're wings too many times. They typical cooked they way you ask so be specific. The hot wing sauce is not hot. That's not a plus for me. The drinks are nice a reasonably priced. Almost Every time I go someone's is offering to buy my drinks.“
“Coupked with new open container laws allowing residents to walk around with their beers, Fattey Beer Co is the best thing to happen to Central Av in the 25 years I've lived here. Staff is consistently fantastic. We joined the mug club and go there frequently. Having a selection of sodas, waters and juices is fantastic and meeting all the doggies that are welcome there always makes us smile.“
“Food was tasty and prepared well. Burgers were delivered without condiments on them or on-the-side; we just had to ask. We also ordered the air-fried wings which were among the best wings I’ve had!Of note, guests have to order food and drinks at bar and choose their own seats. A team member will bring the food to your table.Select menu. Healthier twists on pub fare (ie nothing deep fried).Great beer and hard cider options. The ambience is like an adult coffee shop that encourages gathering.“
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The Lion and Eagle Pub is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a cozy, welcoming haven filled with character and charm. The ambiance is unbeatable, with warm lighting, comfortable seating, and an inviting atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and a recommendation from their impressive selection of drinks and dishes. Speaking of which, the food is absolutely delicious – each dish is prepared with care and bursting with flavor. Whether you're craving classic pub fare or something more adventurous, The Lion and Eagle Pub has something to satisfy every palate. Add in live music nights and special events, and you've got the recipe for an unforgettable experience. I can't recommend this place highly enough – it's truly a five-star establishment in every sense of the word!“
“Love this place. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere with tons of options. They are huge supporters of local breweries and ciders. I’m gluten free, and they have always had ciders of all kinds available-both seasonal and year-round cider. I have to make a stop here anytime I come to Buffalo.“
“Loved this place, Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. Menu had so many options it was hard to choose. The food is homemade, large portions and very good. It seems like a very busy place just about every table was full. They have a lot of interesting things hanging on the walls, a machine that tells your fortune. I definitely could have spent more time walking around the place to see what else they had but like I said it was busy and I didn’t want to be in the way. We had artichoke dip for an appetizer. For entrees we had chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak and beef stroganoff.“
“Their Zuppa Tuscano soup tastes homemade, and amazing!! The soup is served hot, with a very filling consistency of sausage, potatos, spinach, a few other vegetables. It is a hearty soup that is perfect for a cold day(or any day). I also had a 2X Grilled Cheese with Cheddar and Pepperjack cheeses. It was a warm, cheesy mouthful of delight, with each bite. My husband had the French Onion soup, which he entirely enjoyed, coupled with a roast beef on kimmelweck. The horseradish had a good kick to it, according to my husband, and the sandwich was perfect.“
“An institution and just a wonderful hole in the wall. Great wings and prime rib. Just go. You probably need a reservation as it is a very popular local spot. But such warm people very glad we went. They didn't realize we weren't local.“
“Decided since it was a Friday, we would get a Fish Fry. We settled on Rock Kitchen as where we would go. They don't have an online reservation system so I had to call to make a reservation. We took advantage of their early bird Fish Fry special. The Fish and the Cole Slaw were good but the fries were too greasy for my taste. It is served with a house made dipping sauce for the fries. I didn't care for the flavor of this mayonnaise based sauce but others seemed to enjoy it. Maybe if we came l later so that the french fry oil had more time to get hot, everything would have been worth a 5 star rating.“
“Mandy-Doo at the helm, serving fresh brews of Buffalo's finest, AMI jukebox chocked full of hot fire, and the opportunity to rub elbows with clientele that would make any A-lister blush are all reasons why you need to stop by Gordy's Inn. If you are not completely satisfied by your experience, put your next drink on Andrew's tab.“
“Honestly one of the greatest bar experiences I’ve had. Wings were ??? and the service was excellent. The owner Mr. Glinski is a prized gem of Kaisertown… With his new burger additions to the menu, they’re sure to be a hit; they were with my group! The drinks were super affordable and delicious but not as tasty as the bartender???“
“I love this place so much, the first time I step in Here I felt welcomed. Cathy the owner made me feel like home ? everyone I met the 2 times I Been here became like my long time friends. Great conversations and the energy was amazing. I will visit you now often Cathy thank you for having us and welcome us with a big smile and warm hugs.“
“Very updated a modernized look and feel to this restaurant. Our bartender was also our server and she was amazing. We were the first couple to dine this particular Saturday afternoon and had the bar to ourselves. The service was outstanding. The cook went out of his way to make a couple of non-menu items such a really great garlic bread. Overall I would rate the entire dining experience at a solid A.“
“Talty's is a South Buffalo institution. Great place for multigenerational groups and families. Dennis is an authentic pub host/owner always making everyone feel at home and welcome. Junior does a great job of keeping your glass full even when the pub is crazy busy. Great local music and musicians. And Monday night open mic is a real treat. Wonderful Irish pub for any day of the year.“
“We stopped here on our way home from Canada - so glad we did! Everything was homemade - even the pickles and potato chips. The food was outstanding and service was great. Would absolutely recommend going out of your way to stop here for a bite- you will not be disappointed!“
“Their customer service is exceptional. The food is good. Reminds me of Pakistan. Their food is good addition to BuffaloVegetarian options: It's labeled that what is vegetarian and they are very friendly if you want to ask them specific questions“
“Located in a strip plaza off Millersport Highway, Elmo's has been a reliable spot for lunch or dinner for at least 40 years that I can remember. They are as good today as they were in the 1980's, they remained open during Covid, and the quality has remained solid. Whereas chicken wings at most other establishments have been getting smaller in recent years, Elmo's continues to serve large, plump wings cooked exactly as you like them. In my case, I like them extra crispy with medium sauce. Their chili as they prepare and serve it is mild, but they will bring hot sauce to your table so you can make it as aggressive as you'd like. Their burgers are a decent size, they cook it exactly as you order it, and they are generous with the lettuce tomatoes and onions. For a dollar upgrade you can get onion rings instead of fries on the side and the onion rings are quite good. They don't have a huge selection of beers, but the beer they do carry is served, icy cold, in appropriate glasses, and their inventory turns over quickly, so you know you're getting fresh product. The bartenders mix a decent drink, not overflowing with ice. The restrooms are more than adequate. They have a dartboard for the patrons to use and very attentive waitresses and bus staff. They charge slightly less if you pay in cash. I have never been disappointed at Elmo's.“
“Really enjoyed the fried pickles(great batter) and cheese fries. Good American Menu. The band was WAY too loud and the sounds were very unbalanced, couldn't hear or understand anything. We had to wear ear plugs.Vegetarian options: Really good veggie wrap.“
