“Table of five with my sister from out of town. The service from all of the staff is always excellent. Our server Mallory was very attentive. JJ and Sean behind the bar are always professional mixologist. Heather makes it all gel. Very enjoyable evening as usual here !! spring time is here soon and the outdoor patios will be open “
“BOCO is a hidden treasure in the southtowns. The prices are fair, and the food is beyond compare. I would recommend anyone in the city make the trip out for their pasta, and appetizers. Vegetarians will find plenty of dishes available!Dietary restrictions: Great vegetarian options and gluten free options as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access“
“The name of the restaurant reminded me of an old Dr. Seuss book, but I didn't see any parades, magicians, or long-bearded men there. The atmosphere was very nice, and I can't comment enough on how friendly our server was. The food portions appeared to be very large, but very tasty.I ordered the Meatball sandwich (minus the cheese because I weirdly don't like cheese, except on pizza and some other miscellaneous items I don't have time to go into), thinking I would get a sub with a number of meatballs on it. But oh no! I received a hamburger bun with one giant, and I mean GIANT, meatball sandwiched between the bread. It was grand! It was fresh! It was amazing! I also got a side of fries that ended up, to my surprise, being freshly cut. And like any good little Italian restaurant, they had freshly baked bread with yummy olive oil and pepper flakes to dip in. I wasn't able to check out the dessert menu this time around, but if I'm back again, I definitely will! I'd love to check this place out for dinner sometime on a future visit to the area. Good thing Google will remind me I ate here now next time I'm in town. Check this place out if you like Italian and you're near the Port of Buffalo! The prices seemed fair, and in the end, there is no need to make up any stories about this place!“
“Diapalos was magnificent yesterday. The service and the atmosphere are better than any other Italian restaurant. The food was excellent and the portions were larger than any other restaurant. The prices were better than Mangia. In fact, Mangia's prices have gotten bad compared to Diapalos. Diapalos lasagna was $17. Mangia's $25. Then. If you want Mangia's hot sauce they charge you $5 more. Diapalos is the Best Italian restaurant for the food, Portions, price and service!“
“A well managed and courteous venue. We had chicken Marsala, ham, rice, vegetable (cooked from frozen but prepared acceptably) rolls and few other things (I didn't have them so I forgot). The chicken was tender and not over cooked. People loved the ham enough to compliment the staff about it.The manager kept us on pace for our three hour lease. The venue itself is nicely decorated in browns and wood accents. The compliments were abundant. The bar (we paid for the open bar option) was well stocked and the bartender was super professional yet accessible. We are definitely rethinking about rebooking for next year.“
“Tried this Pizzeria for the first time tonight, will definitely be back! Got a Large Cheese and Pepperoni, 10 Fingers with Fries, Single order (12) Garlic Parm Wings, order of Pizza Logs. Everything was very good! Staff were very polite and got people in and out. The 2 ladies in front of me were referred to by name so I assume they are “regulars”. I pay attention to things like that, repeat customers are a sign of good food and value (at least to me). Prices were VERY REASONABLE!! Would have paid considerably more at most places. I have gotten pizza from probably 20-30 different places in Western New York. Don’t mind going “out of my way” for good food at a good price and this place was worth my trip!“
“Used Bravo Cafe and Catering for my daughters birthday party. Tired of same old pizza and wings! Trays of hot delicious food were ready for the little ones to eat! Great service, delicious food, great price! Would recommend to all for your friends and family events! “
“Great food (I won't shut up about their pizza), great service (everyone is so nice and just want you to eat well)! The prices are so friendly to one's wallet, especially when factoring in how GOOD the food is! Each bite of the various food I'd gotten here had me thinking "This would be $x more somewhere else." Highly recommended. Definitely taking my little family here next time we're in Buffalo!“
“We had a fantastic experience at Mangia tonight!!!! Our server Wilyana (sp?) was probably the best server I have ever had. All of our appetizers and entrees were flavorful and very generous portion size. 2 glasses of wine, salad, appetizer, pizza and three entrées, and dessert were only $140. We can’t wait to go back!!!“
“Absolutely delicious! Best service I've had in awhile. Food was fantastic! Couldn't even finish my meal because of all the appetizers, salad and soup! This restaurant does not disappoint. This was my first time here and I have lived in Buffalo and drove past all my life. Don't drive by. GO IN! ❤️“
“As seen on Food Network's Restaurant Impossible, this place blew me away. The restaurant looks great on the inside. The service and food were phenomenal. The chicken parm is one of the best ones I've ever had. Food presentation was perfect, and everything was delicious. I can't wait to go back. Currently there is no alcohol, but would be nice if they implemented a BYOB policy.“
“I always fully enjoy my meal from "Mr Joe's". The waitresses are always so nice and attentive and the cooks always had everything perfect and so delicious. I love the huge variety of menu items so there is something for everyone, including the picky eater (me and my kids) but there are plenty of things we (especially the kids) will eat! I highly recommend the breakfasts and the souvlaki, they are so Delicious and two of my favorite dishes at 3 Star. They may have 3 Star prices but they have 5 Star quality food!!!! ??Parking: It is a smaller parking lot but there are enough spaces for everyone.Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs, and it is a casual place that is used to seeing young children so noise is not a concern, and there is a kid menu.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no marked wheelchair parking and the door is not automatic, however anyone would help hold the door open and move a could tables and/or chairs so a wheelchair could fit in there. I have seen it done before“
“Seriously the pizza here is the best. Fingers are always cooked to perfection! My oldest child is severely autistic and nonverbal has feeding issues and can't eat pizza so I'm glad they have that meatball dinner which he CAN eat. The menu says it comes with 4 meatballs but they always outdo themselves and give him at least 6! Amazing! They're delicious and always piping hot when they arrive. One time we left a really nice note while ordering online and they snuck in a FREE pizza coupon in the pizza box. What a nice surprise. Staff are amazing too. I love that WiseGuys is always out there in the community, helping out. That's why I think they stand out from the rest. Not many pizza joints are as generous. The drivers are always kind! We always make sure that we give the drivers at least a $20 tip because they rock at what they do!“
“My husband and I love it here. Need to give a shoutout to an employee of yours…he was one of the bus boys working last night when we came in for dinner. I believe our waiter said his name was Elliott..? He did a phenomenal job!! The whole time we were there he was very attentive, hustling and busting his butt with every single table!!! And so polite. You don’t see all of that very often with the younger crowd.“
