“Such a gem in the heart of Hudson that actually stays open for Millennial/ people who work all day-hours and the food is amazing too which was a delightful surprise when we first came in. We try to pop in once a week when we can and Tara is our favorite bartender and always brightens our day! Loving how cozy it is inside with the wood burning stove now that it's cold and also love how much space there is and missing sitting outside in the summer. Can't wait to come back on a Friday for the live music which also blew my mind tonight. Thanks for being our local watering hole!“

“As an industry professional for a Michelin guide restaurant, the bad reviews of Maker are a load of bull. This was a great experience from the moment we walked through the door and were kindly greeted and continuously met with professionalism and kindness from the staff. Great recommendations and they were able to accommodate a vegan diet by modifying a dish + the smoker king oyster mushroom dish is already plant based and was LIFE CHANGING.Atmosphere is so beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful evening.Please serve your beers in a chilled glass or maybe my Rothaus needed a few more minutes to chill in the fridge ;)“

“This was our first time here and it was delicious. we are so happy to have a new favorite Thai food place just across the river! the pineapple fried rice with cashews was excellent and the pad thai was absolutely delicious! We finished our meal with the perfect fried ice cream! We will be back very soon!“

“My partner and I’s favorite place to go! It’s close by, service is always great. Food is always amazing. I recommend the Monte Rouge breakfast sandwich and the Greek wrap. My partner loves the classic crispy chicken sandwich. The staff is always so friendly and working so hard! Bobs is usually pretty busy, but they keep up! We come here at least once a week to eat in and we get takeout once a week from here too. 10/10 recommend!Parking: Small parking lot around exterior of building. There is an extra lot across street.
