“I came here on a wednesday night with my wife after a day of travelling and our waitress Nia was very helpful. My wife had some questions about the menu and Nia was very knowledgeable. We don't eat out often and Nia helped us understand the promotions on the menu. The drinks were strong and did not taste watered down. Overall I am very happy with this experience. “One of my favorite restaurants. Food is just like homemade. Menu options are different and creative, alongside of the standards. Pecan soup is to die for. My husband and I are frequent customers who enjoy the cosy atmosphere both outdoors and indoors. Don't ever close!“

The staff was very friendly and food was very good. We didn’t get any starters and I ordered the pork cooked well done so it took a while to get our food, that’s not a complaint just a warning. I would recommend getting a starter, especially if you are drinking because my margarita was stiff! Wish they had some mocktails. It’s a lovely place. Great place for a date night.

“The wings are excellent, not only is there a good selection of sauces but the wings are reasonably priced. But also they are not the tiny sized wings you might find in other places. Good service and good food.
The indoor dining area is a bit small but still, does not matter, I liked the wings!“

“Fantastic! Just how a quiet town Cafe should be. Quick and friendly service. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese, everything bagel. I could tell just by how they wrapped it, it was perfect. Unwrap the paper and there it is. Perfectly stacked with perfectly cooked everything! Melt cheese, tender eggs, crisp bacon, and a pillowly soft bagel with just the right amount of chew. Great selection and range overall on the menu. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!“

“Here’s the thing—Season Bistro is the best restaurant in Long Island. I know how big a statement that is. Go eat there and tell me I’m wrong though. The chef is brilliant, creative, and does things with pork belly that normal chefs would rave about! The entire menu is amazing. And that menu changes 4 times a year—depending on, yes, the season. “Can't beat the convenience! We enjoyed a beautiful fall visit to the garden and just needed to sit down and refuel. Found a yummy salad and a shady table to sit. Very busy and a little chaotic, but so many options. Nice to see vegetarian options, but would love to see better vegetarian protein options. Thanks for taking care of us!“

“Joe and Brunie recommend City Island Diner. Stop in 7 am to 3 pm. Brunie had a delicious western omelette and hash browns with a coke. I enjoyed a turkey burger and a big fresh salad with good coffee. Lots of choices on the menu including specials. Really enjoyed walking city island avenue.“

“Stick to breakfast food and you will be fine. Do not order salads and other items in the menu. They make good bagels, waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon and fries. The pastries and desserts are also really good. Make sure to only order those things.“
