“Was headed down to Latham Sunday to hit some shops we don't have here in southern Vermont and my husband joked, as I was leaving, "so we're having Indian for dinner?" I hadn't even thought of it (usually it's just when I am coming home from the airport). I ordered through yelp/grubhub as I was finishing my shopping and then headed over. I'd never tried Karavalli but it came highly recommended from a friend and she was right: it's awesome. As far as the takeout experience using yelp, it was easy to order and add a note (I always get takeout without napkins and whatnot to eliminate waste), ready right at the earliest moment it could be and REALLY well-packed. When I entered the space, which is very nice, I was greeted by a friendly host and then by the bartender who grabbed my order for me. The food was delicious and still hot when I got back home (about a 50-minute drive). The saag paneer is insanely fresh and had a nice amount of fresh ginger -- yummmmm. The chicken tikka masala was decadent and while I think it could have had a bit more chicken, it was delicious. We got the plain naan and it was chewy with a little crispness. You can order an 8 oz side of tamarind chutney. I did and have been putting it on literally everything. I will DEFINITELY make Karavalli a regular stop when making my trips to Latham for ulta/homegoods/michaels/target runs. I'd also like to try their Sunday brunch and to eat in the restaurant at some point!“
“Oh my goodness gracious, hands down the BEST food we’ve eaten in the capital region. When I tell you that every single dish we ordered was packed with layers of flavors and we physically couldn’t hold ourselves back from “just one more bite”, I am not exaggerating. Each dish was prepared fresh with equally fresh and top-tier ingredients making every bite one worth savoring. I have enjoyed so many variations of Tom Kha up and down the East Coast, and in PDX but none come close to the deliciousness that we had tonight. Beyond the excellent food, you have the friendliest, fastest, and most attentive staff with the kindest service paired with a warm, welcoming, energetic atmosphere. Bangkok Kitchen just won our hearts and we are loyal fans that will be back again and again!“
“It is a short menu, but what the have is generally good. In the fork and knife part of the menu, when they say small, they mean it. I got the chicken breast, then ordered the flatbread because the small was, in fact, small. “We had a Caesar salad, the halibut special, and a shrimp pasta special. Everything was delicious. Milano is a gourmet restaurant and I have never been disappointed with the food. Service was excellent. Ambience is nice, though noisy as the tables filled up. Cocktails are well made and generous. Pricey but probably in line with the ambience, service, and gourmet food.“

“Stopped by Three Pastas today, and went with the homemade fettuccine with carbonara and added chicken. It was incredibly good quality for the price (or any price) - everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!“
