“The pan seared roasted chicken is amazing!!! My family and I found this place a few weeks ago. It's a beautifully decorated, clean and fairly new establishment with a very polite staff. And we had just gotten back from the Amalfi coast in Italy. So that has to say something for this place! Our waitress at the bar was so lovely, taught us about the restaurant name meaning “fireplace cave” in Italian, and showed us through the menu and even helped us order an off-menu favorite the cacio e pepe, which was very tasty and the perfect amount of al dente. “Words really cannot express what a perfect setting La Parma III Italian Restaurant was for our family.
I was trying to plan a luncheon to take place after a funeral remotely from San Diego, CA, and had nothing to go on other than a recommendation from the funeral home
I called and spoke to Guido on a Friday and the lunch was being planned for the upcoming Tuesday 8-27th a few days later.
Being in the catering business myself and immediately hearing "no problem" we can do it all, was simply music to my ears. Guido said he would not be in on that Sunday when I wanted to come check it out in person but gladly provided me with the Managers name that would be available that day to meet. When I arrived at the restaurant, I met Richie, and he could not have been more helpful in confirming everything that I had expected to happen.
Not only did they have us set up in a beautiful room with everything ready to go but both Guido and Richie were there during the lunch and worked the entire event in coordination with their amazing team. From the initial contact over the phone, all the way to the completion of the lunch we could not be happier with how professional and accommodating the people at La Parma III were, especially considering we had just lost our loved one. We would call them again for this or any other meal we needed to be catered. In summary, the food and service were five stars, A+, or whatever is the best grade possible!“
