“My boyfriend and I came here thinking it was a restaurant, and then realized it was a fresh fish market. We had some fresh oysters, sushi tuna, and their delicious smoked fish dip, as we sat out front. Totally recommended for a fresh quick bite. I think the smoked fish dip was our favorite- AMAZING is an understatement!“

“Awesome brewery. I honestly expected it to be much larger since their beer is all over the island. The tap room is a little small for winter but no biggie. They have beers that are only available at the brewery, which is cool. It's definitely worth a stop in.“

“When looking for a casual lunch spot or takeout, my fiancé and I love visiting Seaside House Bar. The quality and consistency of the sushi is superb and the array of drinks (Sapporo being my favorite) complement the food well. Jun and his entire staff go above and beyond when it comes to food presentation and quality control, and have made the extra effort to get to know us as customers personally. We recently brought in some fresh bluefin tuna that we caught on our last fishing trip and the chefs at Seaside House Bar turned the fillets into a beautiful sushi platter that my entire family enjoyed. If you haven't yet been, I highly recommend you give them a try.“

“The Firepit is a fabulous outdoor lounge at Gurney's Montauk Resort and Seawater Spa. It has a chic, resort atmosphere with beautiful ocean views and amazing fire pits.During the day, you can enjoy the relaxing resort life, with the ocean views and nice breeze.At nighttime, it becomes a trendy bar. It does get chillier after the sun sets, but you can stand by the fire pits to keep you warm.Last night, which was a Friday, they had a live band from 6-9pm, which was awesome.The food and drinks are pricey, with prosecco being $20 a glass, but I guess that's to be expected in the Hamptons.It's a great place to hang out and I would love to come again!“

“If you love caesar salad like I do, you HAVE to go here during the open season. Their caesar salad incorporates dill into their home made caesar dressing and it is delicious beyond words. The croutons are made of toasted croissants. I mean, do I really need to say more about how insanely wonderful these salads are?! I have never craved salad before in my life until I tried this one. Every year I look forward to my trips to Montauk and the highlight of the trip is always my meal at the gig shack. There is nothing like it!“

“I have been a member here for three years. This is the finest marina in Montauk New York. Their staff are not only professional, but well-versed in all areas of boating. This marina caters to fisherman in that they stay open longer than most marinas in that area, have great accommodations and service. They have my unqualified recommendation.“

“Excellent - dare I say, "Best" - coffee in Montauk. They have a fantastic selection of coffees and everything is rich and full of flavor. I was particularly excited to see an espresso freddo on the menu (a rarity outside of Europe).“

“My friend and I were having a short three day trip in Montauk during the Jewish holidays, unfortunately most of the places weren't open since it wasn't the high season of tourism yet. We struggled to find a place for lunch until we discovered Tauk. We decided to go with the most typical lobster roll, about half of a lobster was finely chopped and stuffed inside a bun that was perfectly grilled with butter, paired with a bunch of deep fried golden fries that were definitely hand cut and fried based on their appearance. There were almost no other customers at the restaurant again that hour, the owner started talking to us about his previous experiences, how he trained in the military and worked in Southeast Asia before. It was very interested to listen to and definitely an unforgettable experience in Montauk.“

“Delicious coffee. Delicious breakfast sandwiches. Lots of outdoor seating. Vegan options!!!! Quick and friendly cashiers and baristas. Definitely a very fitting place for montauk as it is super relaxed and coastal. Not the best place to work since most of the seating is outside, but on a beautiful day it could be possible. Love the vegan breakfast sandwich though omg I want one every day!“

“Clam Bar is so busy that we had to come back the next day early to give it a try. It's out with the hype? Absolutely! Not fancy and you feel like you're at the beach, but the seafood choices and service is very good. There are so many choices that I would advise coming multiple times to do the menu justice, but we did enjoy the fried choices by going with fried tuna bites, fried clam strips, and fried onion rings. The only exception was the Manhattan clam chowder. Parking is very challenging so I would recommend going early or going later otherwise the crowd is crazy. Def worth a trip.“
