The staff are very attentive and seem to be under a lot of pressure from the customers (the customers, from what I have witnessed, are not so kind to the servers).Scarlet was in charge of making my coffee last time. She gave a kind compliment about my hair. Additionally, she was very quick with my order despite a very long line! Seems like a hard worker.The rest of the staff are also very kind.“

“My husband, daughter and I very much enjoyed our cabin dinner experience. The food was delicious and Paula has to be the very best server we’ve ever encountered! She was friendly, efficient and very compassionate when advised I was immunocompromised; she volunteered to wear a mask when coming into our cabin and did so each time. “We tried a burger and poutine today and both were exceptional! Hot juicy burger, and they do not skimp on anything- SO much cheese and gravy on the poutine. My 7-year old said "this is the best poutine in the world!"Customer service was excellent and genuine. I forgot that they were cash only and when I came back with money they were so nice about letting me add to my order even though they had already started it. As we left, they had everything we could need all in the bag ready to go. I cant wait to come back“

“We had a beautiful dinner here. As a family of four with one school-age child and one toddler, we felt very welcome and we all thoroughly enjoyed the special views of the falls. We made our reservation online in advance, which was for 5:30 on a Saturday evening in March. Upon arrival we were very pleased to have our parking ticket validated ($35 value) and to be seated right by the window with a spectacular view. Since it took about 2 hours to enjoy all aspects of the 3-course meal, we were still there at 7:30pm when the lights came on to illuminate the falls.Our two servers were named Michelle and Cindy, both of whom were extremely efficient and helpful. They made sure our whole family was taken care of. For example, we were given a high chair for our youngest, able to order our kids' meals right away to get them eating first, kids' drinks were served in cups with lids, extra napkins without asking, etc. Michelle offered some great guidance on menu choices. We chose the prix fixe menu for both adults, and every dish was delightful. The arancini and samosa appetizers were each a great mix of different textures and fresh flavours. The lamb shank and pork main dishes were unique in flavour and generous in portion. I found the combination of roasted pork and sausage with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes was delicious, though the sauce was a bit sweet for my liking. For dessert we had a triple chocolate mousse, which was very rich, and an apple caramel cheesecake, also rich and quite sweet. Honestly we were full and a few sweet bites was enough to finish a really lovely meal.We felt the value for money was good. The 3-course meal was $65 per person, non-alcoholic drinks were $5, and kids meals with drink included were $12-$16 each, plus $5 per kid dessert. Thanks to the wonderful service and the special setting of this restaurant, it was worth it. Very memorable and enjoyable!Parking: Park in the gated Niagara Parks lot across the street, then be sure to bring your parking ticket in with you to be validated at the desk when you appear for your reservation. Keep the validated ticket with you to exit the gated lot for free ($35 value).Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming and family friendly.“

Service was ok, place smelled like disinfectant but they also just opened. No kid-friendly food but again, food was very tasty. Compliments to the chef ❤️“

“Stopped in for lunch. Haven't been here in a minute, but I'm glad I stopped.My kind of place. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and good food. I ordered the Nashville Chicken sandwich. The side pickle was crisp and tasty, the fries perfectly cooked and seasoned. If I had to pick on one thing that I would improve i would change the bun and toast or grill it. Other than that, the sandwich was also delicious. Service was fast and friendly, and though service was quick, I was not made to feel rushed. $ value for food was good, and I will be back.Parking: There are a few nice size potholes to be aware of at the Netherby entrance.“
