“Always driving by never stopped. Stopped in for the first time today. The food was great( the #1 special). The staff was amazing( so friendly, like you were part of the family). This will be my new go to breakfast place. Wait let's not forget about how great the coffee was.“
“Cannot say enough good things about Brewer Union Cafe in Brewerton. I actually got pictures this time.I got the Ol Yeller - smoked turkey sandwich. The turkey on this sandwich was abundant and so yummy. My husband got the Bam Bam but substituted the burger for fried chicken. He rated it 9/10 because there is always room for improvement but he admitted that he was knit picking at this point. The portions are huge and the price is right. We both got the Sweet and Smokey fries.... soooo damn good.If you have not tried Brewer Union you are missing out.Best food in Brewerton hands down.Parking: Parking in back also“
“My # 1 diner to go to, it's never a let down. The food is always great and the portion sizes are incredible!.It's a small shack and a bit claustrophobic but the staff are amazing. You will easily miss the turn and the parking is what it is.One thing i would love for this establishment to do is open a second location with more space inside and out. But all in all when you come here you will NOT be disappointed.“
“Superb food & service! All around it’s great here. The parking lot is always full, but don’t let it bother you, pull in and park. You’ll be greeted and seated fast. The food is great and I can’t wait to return.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp isn’t steep at all.“
“Best food you could ever want at very reasonable prices. Hot turkey sandwich with fries and gravy is awesome!!! Fish fry is even better. Waitress are fast friendly and they make you feel at home. Thursday spaghetti and mb is better than any Italian Restaurant and only $10.95. Super good!!!!“
“Do not let the outside looks fool you. This is a place that you want to walk past all of the fancy looking restaurants for. The food is amazing, the staff are great and the atmosphere is worth every penny at this reasonably priced eatery. Breakfast was simply amazing! There is a reason this place pops up at the top of the list when you search for food.If you are in downtown Syracuse, this place is a must to experience.“
“I found a great place for brunch today and am very satisfied in many ways! Here are my reasons:1) Time Management + Customer Service: I believe the time it takes to be served after placing an order is crucial in any restaurant. I'm not suggesting service should be as quick as a fast food chain's, but I've often experienced extremely long waits, almost an hour, especially in diners during weekends. Since my visit was on a Sunday morning and the place was full of customers, I was concerned about a possible long wait. However, our welcoming server, Deanna, quickly took my order and kindly recommended options as I was contemplating among several choices. To my surprise, I received my food within 5 minutes. I was impressed and realized this efficiency was possible because all staff members were handling their responsibilities professionally and promptly. Therefore, I was very satisfied and wish to praise their professionalism.2) Food: Naturally, food is also a crucial factor in evaluating restaurants. I tried the ‘Biscuit Bowl,’ which includes biscuits, eggs, potatoes, and bacon with a special sauce. It was delightful. The dish was neither too salty nor too sweet, striking a perfect balance. Several other menu items looked enticing, and I'm eager to try them next time.Overall, I'm thrilled to have discovered this place and to see everyone enjoying their meals. It's a joy to share this find.“
“Going for breakfast at breakfast time. Suzie's is the place you want to be. The restaurant is on statefair Blvd just west of the fair grounds here in Syracuse. My wife had the eggs Benedict and said it was awesome. Myself, I had an egg breakfast sandwich which was cooked to perfection. With coffee, home fries and an egg sandwich, it came to around 12 dollars. With this and my wife's eggs Benedict, we spent less than 24 dollars. Not bad for two people. The atmosphere is quiet and homey, clean and pleasant. Parking is right next to the restaurant. The service is top notch. I highly recommend that everyone give them a try, you will not be disappointed.“
“Great meal at very good prices! We came for breakfast when visiting and were very pleased with the friendly service and fresh breakfast plates. We had strawberry pancakes and the breakfast platter and both were filling and delicious. The only disappointment is that I forgot to take pictures of our plates!“
“Always good food service is fine She takes care of all her customers well, We never run out of coffee prices are very reasonable.......Parking: Parking is minimal but there is always minimum 2 or 3 spots To parking there's always enough room for people and their cars....“
“Great sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a toasted English muffin. The sandwich normally comes with scrambled eggs, but I ordered mine with a fried egg over medium. The partially runny yolk added nice moisture and taste to the sandwich. The coffee was definitely better than you find at most diners. This was my first time eating here, but I'll be back to try other items from their menu. They are located just east of Westvale Plaza on Charles Ave.“
“OMG! The Lemon Ricotta Pancake!!! Don't mess it up with syrup, it is perfect as served!I've eaten here a dozen times, never had a bad dish or experience.Today, we got warmed up due to power outrages ... warming up with Sausage and Gravy (#5 special) & Sausage, Pepper & Onion Scramble (#2 special) with a tasting of those wonderful Lemon Ricotta Pancakes! ?I truly hope whoever buys this place changes nothing and gets the recipes!“
“It was a great, classic diner experience. When we arrived the parking lot was packed and assumed it would be a long wait, but we were pleasantly surprised that they had available seating. The staff were great and handled the volume of customers well. The food came out in a timely matter as well, and was reasonably priced. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re in the neighborhood!“
“I had Italian toast and coffee. Food is always good here and service is great. This place is a staple in Lyncourt, it's like a corner bar that doesn't serve alcohol, all regulars all the time keep coming back. Everybody knows your name?“
“Tried Nestico's Too today for the first time and will definitely return! They have a nice variety of items to choose from and have something for everyone on their menu. Unlike the main Nestico's restaurant, they're more like a diner, but also have excellent food. It was really hard to decide what to order because there were many items that sounded delicious. I sat close to the counter and was able to see other people's orders and everything looked great. The portion sizes were generous too. I also noticed they had some really good salads on their menu for those like me that love salads. However, I did not order one of their salads. I've decided to try one on another visit, possibly in the summer when it's warmer. Instead I opted for their chicken riggies, which were really tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant and if you're looking for some good riggies, give them a try! Their service was also very good and the kitchen staff is very efficient.“
“We stopped here randomly while visiting family on the east coast. We drove from Rochester to NYC one day and landed at Stella's for breakfast. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was classic, but the best part was our waitress! She sat down and talked with our kids like they were her own grandchildren and treated us all like extended family. It was honestly the best experience I could imagine!“
“Perfect diner experience down to the coffee cups. They don't make the pancakes like this down south.Parking: Lots of immediate and nearby parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a tall single step up into the diner that is not wheelchair friendly. I did not see a second entrance.“
“This place was just delicious, I got the strawberry cheesecake waffles and a plate of hash browns, which was quite a solid portion of food, and absolutely amazing. Not overly sweet, the actual cheesecake part was a drizzle that honestly could have used a touch more in my opinion. Hashbrowns were nice and crispy. My partner got the stuffed French toast I believe it was called which he said was great. The staff were polite, left us to our conversation but were attentive whenever we asked for something and food came out in a timely manner. Highly recommendKid-friendliness: Normal booth/chairs arrangement, had high chairs available, didn't see if they had coloring for kids or anything“
