“Let's face it. You don't go to Sportsmen's Tavern for the food -- it's all about the music! This is an outstanding music venue which continues to spread through the community. But you may be surprised to learn the food is very good! I'm not sure if the kitchen is always open but be sure to order food when at Sportsmen's for the full experience.“

I could tell many of the people there knew each other they all welcomed me with open arms, I had the wings and pizza logs both very good along with great service. “I stopped in for lunch with my daughter for the first time. The two ladies that were working were outgoing and welcoming, with fun personalities. You can tell the customers love them by how they react when they come in. It was fun to just watch them interact. The food was good. I had the reuben and it came on huge slices of bread with delicious fries. My daughter had loaded tots and said they were delicious, as well. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was too. We only wish this little gem was closer to home for us. We will be back again when in the area.“
“The Best. Very clean and modern establishment with tons of TV's. Huge bar, and plenty of seating. The staff is absolutely outstanding from ownership down! Large selection of beverages. Now, onto their wings.... oh the wings. 50 cent wings for dine-in and they are OUTSTANDING. Big, crispy, juicy wings. I highly recommend the Cajun Garlic Parm and the Hot Garlic Parm flavors. Sauces are spot on, big fan of the hot-cajun and bbq-cajun. Service has been exceptional as well. Boosting up to a 5 star now since the last 5+ times I've been have all been perfectBeen to this place twice now since Ive been told best wings in WNY. My first time was a major letdown, I did the Double Dip with Cajun and Honey Mustard, the wings were so overcooked that all I tasted was other leftover food from the char marks. I wanted to give them another try because I always feel like these types of bars have mediocre food during the days and then they step up at night when the rush comes in so I went in again on a wknd night and ordered the Cajun-Medium Double Dipped. Once again, I ran into 3-4 of the wings extremely overcooked but the other ones were 100% spot-on, flavor was killer and the chicken was on point. Only if I could get a full order of decently cooked wings then my review would be higher. Also docking a bit of a point because I was told their top shelf whiskey was Seagrams 7... I mean, I get its a local bar but really?Positives were that the bartenders were all super friendly and were flying around the bar. There was a large wait for bigger groups to get tables but that is expected on a Friday night in a smaller location like this. Parking lot was a zoo with people trying to find spots. Ample televisions on to watch the game and overall seems like a fun local spot.All in all, Id recommend stopping in if you are in the area. Its a good group of people but the Wings just haven't left their mark on me (yet). Im hoping that changes though.Overall 3.5/5“

“Brick House Tavern is one of the first places I think of when friends want to meet for drinks, casual dinner, or a late night snack. The food is always consistently good, especially the salmon, tater tots, and knockout shrimp, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The comfortable atmosphere and great staff welcome you to settle in and relax at the bar or a table by the fire. If you do choose to sit at the bar, you will likely have the good fortune of meeting Danny, who expertly presides over libations and spreads good will to everyone there. Danny takes the time to talk to each patron and easily makes connections with people, to the point where on return visits, he remembers what you usually order and suggests, or even designs new drinks for you, based on what he knows you’ll like. There is no better ambassador for Brick House than Danny, from his talent at mixology to his genuine interest in people and expertise in building relationships. Every time I go there, it’s like hanging out with a trusted friend or member of the family. Danny has bartended, served, and even has helped in planning several large gatherings that I have been a part of at Brick House. He truly gives his time and attention to every person in the party. “I'm just a ranch girl living in a blue cheese world taking the midnight train to Judi's Lounge But for real the ranch is out of this world! I'm a purist and dont use condiments on wings so don't worry it's for fries only The red flag was they asked if we wanted them crispy and we said just the way they come is fine which was a mistake since they were a bit underdone. We like ordering wings just standard first visits because usually if we order crispy specifically it's usually dried out - just make wings how you make them right?! Oh well. Overall nice place. “As a middle-aged dude for whom sleep has replaced sex as the ultimate goal in life, this place has reinvigorated me. Met some friends here for drinks and had a great time. Emily the bartender was on point all night. A brilliant host, her sarcasm and wit were superior to mine, which pissed me off at first but eventually I conceded defeat. Worth every penny. Will definitely be returning as often as I can!Also, they have dart boards!“

“We loved the Audubon North the food was amazing and priced well. Warning ahead of time though the place is just a bar that serves food. So although the food and service were great the atmosphere is a little less family friendly. Also please note they bake their own bread and rolls.“

Were attempting to go to a " Wing Trail" establishment but they were closed. This was a recommendation so tried them out. SHOULD be on the Wing Trail list. “Located in a strip plaza off Millersport Highway, Elmo's has been a reliable spot for lunch or dinner for at least 40 years that I can remember. They are as good today as they were in the 1980's, they remained open during Covid, and the quality has remained solid. Whereas chicken wings at most other establishments have been getting smaller in recent years, Elmo's continues to serve large, plump wings cooked exactly as you like them. In my case, I like them extra crispy with medium sauce. Their chili as they prepare and serve it is mild, but they will bring hot sauce to your table so you can make it as aggressive as you'd like. Their burgers are a decent size, they cook it exactly as you order it, and they are generous with the lettuce tomatoes and onions. For a dollar upgrade you can get onion rings instead of fries on the side and the onion rings are quite good. They don't have a huge selection of beers, but the beer they do carry is served, icy cold, in appropriate glasses, and their inventory turns over quickly, so you know you're getting fresh product. The bartenders mix a decent drink, not overflowing with ice. The restrooms are more than adequate. They have a dartboard for the patrons to use and very attentive waitresses and bus staff. They charge slightly less if you pay in cash. I have never been disappointed at Elmo's.“
