“I had been to del arte before and always had a wonderful experience. When my mother passed away in december we reached out to have her repast there. They were WONDERFUL to work with. Everything went seamless and was perfect. The staff is wonderful! The owners are the kindest people ever & especially during such a difficult time were caring, understanding and just really great to work with. We were so happy we booked my sisters baby shower and again had the same experience. I can not recommend them enough.“

“Just had the absolute pleasure of dining at La Casa Bronxville for the first time. Where do I start? It had been recommended to me by a couple of friends as a really unique, quality twist to the Mexican dining genre and were they ever correct. Started with the warm and friendly greeting and spacious well decored bar and dining areas. Once seated and presented with the menu - I was pleasantly suprised with the cool spin on some of the more traditional Mexican menu items (ex. Oyster soft tacos to die for - and I don't even like oysters but these were out of this world). The quality of the ingredients and food items are clearly a top priority for the management and the chef. The owner Spencer Pingle is very present and you feel it. He explained that the chips, guac and many other main items are freshly made in house daily - any wow the flavors pop!!! I can go on for quite a bit about this Westchester GEM but I will simply recommend that you go for this experience and see for yourself. Very reasonably priced for the impeccable food quality, portions and presentation. YES YES YES!!!!“

“There is nothing not to like about this place. The variety of breads and rolls and bagels is outstanding and the fact that you can go in the back and pick it off the conveyor belt as it comes out of the oven makes it fun, too. In the front, you'll find the most delicious pastries, cookies and cakes. Yum, yum!“

“We used A Little Cake for our wedding cake and they truly were incredible to work with! They offered a cake tasting in person, gave us time to think and discuss, didn't rush us to make decisions at all. Their cakes are super moist, not overly sweet, and their designs are so special! We chose coconut cream and cannoli as two of the fillings and guests raved about their desserts! We can't wait to use them again for future events“

“I don't usually write reviews on Google but I feel compelled to write in support of Lisa, Dan and The Tasty Table. My husband and I are frequent weekend guests at The Tasty Table because we like the food and the way we are treated as guests. I've noticed some less than positive reviews focused on difficulties getting a table during their busiest weekend times. This should indicate to all who are interested in going to The Tasty Table of how wonderful a restaurant it is. My suggestion is to take advantage of the 30 minute call aheads that are offered. You won't be disappointed!“

“We were in Nyack to walk around before we headed back to BK and thought we'd stop for coffee and a pastry. I was hoping for a cappuccino but the machine looked like it was out of use so I got a black coffee -- not bad. What was great was the apple tart: lots of juicy apples, delicious crème patissiere, and a laminated crust. The pastries are HUGE -- the apple slice was more than enough for both of us. They have a small selection of macarons, which we didn't try, and a lot of other pastries (no eclairs, alas). Plus it seems to be a family owned business. I would definitely go back.“

“BEST coffee in Irvington!!! I'm there often for large orders to bring to work and Mike and Brittany are so patient, kind, and deeply care for their community. We always have such great conversation while they make my oat latte. So much love is put into what they do-- amazing coffee, incredible pastries, and do NOT sleep on that egg sandwich.“

“This little pizzeria has the cutest little front. It's across the street from the library and it has little seats outside. You could sit and have a nice cuppa coffee or slice of pizza. “We stopped by for the first time tonight and were thrilled with our experience. Alex and his team are making some of the best thin crust pizza in the area.We came in with a group of six, and they happily accommodated us. They were friendly, welcoming, and the food was delicious. The crust was thin thin thin, and the cheese and sauce were the perfect mix of salty and sweet. I wish I had taken photos of the rest of our food, but we ate it too quickly (that’s how good it is!) We had two plain small thin crust pies, a half pepperoni/half sausage, and a small thin crust with half “the works” and half veggie. We also got a salad and two Italian subs and an arugula salad. Everything we ate was fantastic!We also got to meet the owner Alex, who has put his heart and soul into this place. He is a stand-up guy who really cares about his customers. If you get the chance, stop in and try their pizza - you won’t be disappointed!“

“Amazing service by the staff at Sweet Grass Grill. I was able to visit for lunch and pictured the blood orange margarita, mushroom cheesesteak and chicken sandwich with the kale Caesar. Their beet ketchup was truly amazing. Everything was delicious. The service was super attentive even with a busy lunch rush during the week. Reservations are recommended. Stop by at Sweet Grass for a quick meal and leave feeling satisfied. Looking forward to stopping by again“

“Went for a nice breakfast. Tara was very nice and attentive and quick turnaround on the food. Eggs were good and had flavor. Home fries were properly cooked and delicious, and the waffle had a crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. Will definitely recommend but they only accept cash payment.“

“We love the unique design of the bakery and the beautiful flowers on the window. My daughter always wants to takes pictures out front. The cake pops are my son’s favorite and mine are the macaroons. “A very good canele—it had great flavor and the outside was crunchy, but the inside was mushier than I like.Also a solid croissant—it had a nice crisp outside and also excellent flavor, but it’s a softer croissant whereas I prefer a more structured croissant.A pity they don’t have the space for indoor seating. “passed by this place during black friday and they immediately hooked me w/ the buy one drink, get one 50%. i got the lychee crepe and it was honestly super delicious, i was tempted on getting another one. we absolutely inhaled it LOL. the staff was super fast and efficient (although it took about 10 minutes to get our order due to the long long); but honestly, seeing the workers working nonstop and genuinely doing their job made me respect them and give them the 5 stars+tip. may be just a stand in the mall but they're better than the store in fort lee! definitely check it out if you're in the mall“

“We just moved to the neighborhood and this is our second time eating Cousins Pizza (first time ordering delivery). Delivery was quick, and the pizza was hot. We ordered a nonna pie and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was great, and the tomatoes were flavorful. We will be ordering again soon, we’d love to try some of the other pies.“

“Looking for pancakes and other breakfast dishes, I ordered several items for takeout from this place. The food took a reasonable 20 minutes to prepare for pickup and was ready by the time I arrived. I sampled a bite of a few dishes - pancakes and omelettes were up to my expectations. However, my actual order, the Wrangler skillet, was quite a disappointment. It was heavily loaded with bacon, but without a generous portion of potatoes as a starch (there were some, just not enough), the dish was quite salty even for my taste. So I don't think my skillet was prepared badly, just that the recipe needs to be rethought. If I come back here again, I'll try a different dish.“

“We did not order pizza, we ordered burgers and lamb gyro. They were extremely good. They were not super fatty or salty, had lots of flavor of their individual ingredients. We ordered a pitcher of white & red sangria for our table of 12. It tasted like juice, not an ounce of liquor in there. Also, we were asked multiple times from making a reservation, confirming reservation and even at the table if we were celebrating anything. We said it was the birthday for someone who we pointed out to the waitress however nothing was celebrated. He even ordered dessert but Happy Birthday wasn't written on the plate at least. I don't understand why ask multiple times if we were celebrating something if you don't do anything special. If you like meat red meat, since it was mainly cuts of steak going around then I could see it being worth it.“

For a rice dish, I always get chicken or lamb biryani. For appetizers, we love veggie and lamb samosas, onion bhaji, and cauliflower pakora. “Everything you’d want in a small town bakery. Fresh pastries and coffee. Their babka is the best. I special order a box when I’m going to see family upstate. Their almond croissants are popular as well. Martine’s has a quaint and cosy atmosphere. They have a few small tables out front, if you want to sit and eat there. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars across the board is due to mediocre customer service. You’d expect a neighborhood staple like this to be friendlier and more approachable. Instead its small town bakery appearance and perfect vibe is maligned with its big city customer service. Quick, short and the sense that those working there are slightly annoyed they have to take your order or wait on you. “The atmosphere here is very warm and fun! I started coming here alone to sit on their wonderful patio and to just unwind after a long work day/week, and I have met some of the most wonderful people. The bartenders and the patrons are so friendly, social and some silly and make you feel very welcoming. When the weather is nice you can sit outside and watch the numerous hawks flying overhead which is a sight to see! Bridget and Desi are such wonderful friendly owners also. Check out the woman's bathroom and observe the beautiful fresh flowers! Food is excellent and the drinks are affordable and made perfectly by the fantastic bartenders! “I've been here a couple times for different things, a drink, a night out, and a couple showers. The place is perfect for a smaller shower. They have a buffet option that allows for a brunch option. Their food is delicious, especially their breakfast potato & onion option. They also have waffles, fresh made pancakes and omelets, pasta, chicken, a carving station, and more. Would recommend hosting something here but again, it's limited spacing.“

“I would probably give 3.5 stars, but can’t do it. I have been shopping here for a very long time, since it’s opening. The staff here are all very hard working so not sure about those other comments, if one person doesn’t know the answer they will ask a coworker. Whenever I look like I am wandering around looking for something worker always asks what I am looking for. I never see a worker not doing anything. The prices are high unfortunately. I use flour a lot and it’s almost double the price here compared to other places. One time within the past year or so the chocolate I like was 8$ for a bar and now I see it’s $4, why? They give sale prices but for things that will expire soon. I don’t eat at their hot food section bc I did have a bad experience years ago, not sure if they fixed that, but now I can’t even think about buying from the ready to eat side. I continue to shop here bc it’s the best in the area and there are a lot of health food options that I do like. I use to have to go to back to nature in new city which is now much smaller and doesn’t seem to be doing well. This place has a larger variety. I just wish I could do a one stop shop for all my groceries but I can’t with some of the prices.“

“Had some appetizers, drinks and dinner. Most of the food was really good. Some dishes were a bit on the salty side. Drinks were not so great. Every cocktail we tried and the sangria was way too sweet and tasted like juice rather than a cocktail. Overall enjoyed it, but the drinks need work!“

“Great food and service. Employees care about the customers wants and give perfect recommendations for first timers (which we were). We were so thankful that they were open on Christmas as not many businesses are. The inside of the restaurant feels like you're being transported to Greece. The food was the tastiest Greek food I had ever tasted. Definitely would like to come back.“
