“We went for brunch and it was awesome. The eggs Benedict, cappuccino, Bellini, smoothies, were great. Best eggs Benedict I've had in a while, and the Bellini was one of the best. The service was a little slow but we didn't mind as we weren't in a rush. Doggie's are welcome too, which is a big plus! I highly recommend going here!“

So I checked out his restaurant and was impressed with everything - the service, the menu, the creativity, the atmosphere, and the incredible food from start to finish. “Very nice restaurant, a part of an inn. very specious inside but there is also sitting outside which is nice as it is between 2 buildings and you have plenty of shade. We had the Claude's Tacos (recommended), Fish and Chips ( a it blend, but I loved it), Lobster Roll (on a ban, but still excellent).“

“As a starter, we opted for the Chicken and Lemongrass dumplings, and let me tell you, they were absolutely divine! They're delicately steamed and served in a zesty ginger glaze, accompanied by a Thai dipping sauce. They're so delicious, you don't even need the dip! The marinated filet mignon steak tips also never fail to impress – they're consistently tender and bursting with flavor, making them a must-have every time we dine here. As for the main course, we invariably choose the baby back ribs. Good ribs are hard to come by in New York, but this spot has by far the best ones on the North Fork! The prices are reasonable, the cocktails consistently deliver on flavor, and the service is consistently excellent... all in all, just exceptional across the board.“

“Ate there only...priced as expected.Food & drinks: My partner found that a good fish wasn't well served w/a sauce of lobster.. (sometimes simple rings the bell!) Sadly nothing vegetarian or gluten-free offered - (mashed potatoes a bit watery?) Creme brule cinnamon-y?? We ate in the downstairs bar - described by true friends as 'cosy'... the service was perfect! It's always full it seems so res a good idea.“

“Usually very reliable, but an 18 minute wait (yes, girl I timed it) for a 9:00 reservation is just not cool. Grit in my mussels, half of which hadn't opened and the artichoke was, well, very large. My friend's pasta looked like your sink drain catch after a dinner party wash up. Burger was delicious and the fries!! Great fab gay hang, go for drinks! And say hi to Allie, the best server in town! Owner is a sweetheart and very popular!“

“From the owner welcoming you at the door to ther sing along music playing overhead, then comes there food- OMG! Plate portions are huge so don't order too many appetizers-2 can share with a party of 4. Meals are also large along with dessert, so again you can share with your partner. Homely feel, not Hamptons fancy pants, snobby over priced kind of place, but this food and service is worth it. We are customers for life now and will work our way thru the menu until we have eaten it all. Victoria and her husband who own the place and are your bartender and server, love it, what a story!“

PS~ our menu started out with baked sourdough bread~ of course even though I prefer an Atkins lifestyle ?, it looked soooo good I had to eat it~ but don’t get toooo full to fast! “Cove Hollow is a home run! Table was ready even though they were busy. Waiter was adorable and helpful and got all modifications right in our orders. “Great food and great service. I had the Berkshire pork and my friend had the swordfish. They were both wonderful, simply prepared very fresh and properly cooked. The ambience in the place is very nice and the artwork on the walls is very pleasant all in all a great experience with definitely go back again.“

“Service is excellent. $4 Biscuits nice treat. Ribs are to die for. Stringy fries were hard to eat they were so thin. Creamed corn was insane. Chicken sandwich was spicy but really good. Iceberg wedge salad delicious but quite small for $28. Maybe 1/4 head of lettuce, beets and tomato were great with it. Mixed drinks $20 but what else to expect in the area. They were pretty good. Overall, looking forward to going back.“
