“It’s a great dinning experience at the Solevo. The portions are generous, and the staffs are friendly and accommodating. One of the best lasagna I had in a while! The oyster Rockefeller was just ok. Overall a good Italian meal. Definitely be back to explore more dishes. The chicken scrap was delicious with crispy skin and heavy on spices.Street parking and lots too. Would definitely recommend to make reservations.“

“Went for Easter brunch with my mother. It was an à la carte brunch which I much prefer since I can no longer get my money's worth at one of the normal brunches (too old to stuff myself to the point of bursting like I could when I was younger since it is like drinking too much). Our waitress Sarah (sorry if misspelled) was great. As a former server myself, please leave your servers, their tips and cash if possible. It's appreciated. Also, the owner came out to see how everything was and I apologize for forgetting her name but a lovely woman. We've been there on several different occasions and haven't been disappointed.“

“Their Lobster Pizza is to die for. We live 300 miles away and will be back. They only have a few beer taps but a great selection of cans. Had a Heady Topper with the Lobster Pizza which just made my day.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free for my daughter and her girlfriend“

“Came here for a work gathering. We had a whole side/section to ourselves, with a shuffleboard table! The food they provided was great, sliders/tacos/pizza. Perfect hand held bites for milling around and networking. They have an extensive list of beers on tap and everyone found something that made them happy. The servers were attentive! Great laid back space.“

“When I have a Mexican food craving, Mexican Connection is my go-to. My husband and I sat at the bar and were just in time for happy hour. With our first round of margs (house margaritas only $5 each), we enjoyed the chips and salsa. They offer two salsas: hot and mild. I could eat the hot salsa by the bucket-full. Tacos were on happy hour special for $3 each. They offer hard or soft with a variety of fillers: veggie, chorizo, chicken, pork, or beef. I ordered two soft chicken tacos, while my husband ordered three hard chicken tacos and damn they were good! The bartenders were top notch - very nice, attentive, and prompt. From conversation at the bar, it seems they get a lot of regulars. One couple comes all the way from Pittsfield Massachusetts each week to have dinner! Our bill was dirt cheap - $45 dollars for dinner and two rounds of drinks. On Mondays they have an all-night happy hour. We will be back for that!“

“Great food and drink and service. The views and outside seating in the summer is like being on a tropical island! My favorite food is their watermelon poppyseed salad and for the drinks a Painkiller is a must! Totally feels like you are on vacation there if you go during the summer, especially when they have live raegae bands there!“

“Amazing service, atmosphere, food, wine and dining experience! Such a gem of a spot inside. Both times we have been there we had the pleasure of live music as well. The interior aesthetic is lovely and romantic - a perfect date night spot. I have gluten and tree nut allergies and they are very accommodating too! I highly recommend a stop here and can't wait to go back!“

“This morning my husband and I went to the Triangle Diner before our trip home to Long Island NY. It was small from the outside but don't let the size of the place fool you they are Big on taste and food! Wow what a delicious breakfast we had. I had the Breakfast sandwich 3 eggs Canadian Ham sausage American chews on a hard roll OMG it was the Bomb! It was so good I wrote on the check that it was the best breakfast sandwich I ever had ! And I meant it! The portions were huge and so reasonably priced ! My husband had the eggs with kielbasa he said it was fantastic ! Loved this place! When we return to Saratoga Springs this will be our go to breakfast place from now on!“

“I cannot believe I had to travel all the way to Saratoga Springs to find my favorite pizza in the US (versus my childhood Chicago stuffed pizza that some say is not really pizza). 9 Miles East is a great combination of pizza place and small store that sells products from their namesake farm. But this pizza was a work of art and took me 48 hours to eat. The addition of hot honey drizzled over the cheese was genius and made a great product even better. In the words of Dave Portnoy: "The undercarriage, to die for!"“

“My wife and I recently decided to try Scallions Restaurant in Saratoga Springs for lunch.A few years ago this restaurant was on our list to try, but when we stopped in for dinner, we stood and waited for several minutes, and no one greeted us when we arrived and were at the podium at the entrance, so we just left and went elsewhere, and hadn’t been back. This time was very, very different, and we regret not going back to give them another try sooner, as the experience was simply “excellent” in every regard. We went for lunch, and it wasn’t too busy. We were greeted immediately upon our arrival by a friendly manager, who asked us where we would prefer to be seated. We chose a small table by the window, and were presented with menus and a list of beverages, while she promptly brought us glasses of water. The menu had several choices that looked appealing, and as we looked it over, we each ordered a glass of wine, which was generously poured and delicious. We noticed that French Onion Soup was the “Soup of the Day”. This is one of our favorites, but we are highly critical, and usually disappointed. This was NOT the case today. More on that in a couple of minutes. . .As the main course, my curly headed companion ordered one of the specials: Salmon on mixed greens that came with chick peas, onions, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, and goat cheese, with a house dressing. I opted for Ryan’s Roast Beef, which is one of their paninis served with smoked mozzeralla, roasted red peppers, arugala and horseradish cream on grilled farm bread. The soup arrived and our first impression was positive. It had melted cheese (swiss and gruyere, I believe) baked and dripping off of the sides of the bowl, and under that delectable cover was a deliciously hot steaming mixture of soup broth, tender cooked onions, and croutons that were seasoned to perfection. We agreed at that point that whatever else might happen, this meal was already in the “success”column. It took some effort (which is a good thing with this soup) to get every last piece of cheese off of the bowl when we finished the soup, but it was worth it.Then came the entrees, and our experience continued along its pleasant mid day path:My wife truly enjoyed her Salmon salad, and was contemplating asking for the recipe for the house dressing, which was clearly the invention of the chef.I loved the Roast Beef sandwich, which complemented the lingering taste in my mouth of the French Onion Soup.Being retirees, we took our time with our entrees and wine, and were the only customers remaining in the restaurant when the dessert choices were mentioned. We typically skip dessert, or only peruse the menu to count the calories we would avoid by not ordering, but this time, we opted to split an order of Toll House Cookie Pie. We were again delighted with the taste and portion size of this treat. It was warm, appropriately gooey, and topped with fresh dollop of whipped cream.Throughout our dining experience, our server checked back with us a few times, engaged in pleasantries, and was a delightfully friendly. We’d give Scallions 5 stars out of 5, and would recommend it for lunch. We will be back for more lunches, and for dinner to try that menu out as well.“

“I want to start this off with I am a person who loves trying new places and sitting inside to eat, but unfortunately most places are too packed, loud and overwhelming for me to sit inside and eat. However, this place was not only a safe and quiet place, but it's a tucked away little sweet place with a couple galleries to walk around before or after you eat, or if there's a wait, or just in general if you are an art enthusiast as myself. There is more than enough seating available. And even some outdoor seating with a little area to move around if you have kids that need to run around a bit or are high energy.Food wise. I highly recommend the falafel burger and tater tots. They were both super crispy and so flavorful. Not many places can perfect the falafel, however, i think this place has got it figured out! The side portions are on the snaller side. So, I do recommend getting your own rather than getting an order to split, unless you have a more sensitive stomach or fill up quickly, then it is the perfect amount! The workers were very sweet and attentative if we needed anything.Overall left happy and fed, and 100% comfortable the entire time!“

“Osteria Danny in Saratoga Springs is an absolute gem! Believe the hype. The service is impeccable, with staff that goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The ambiance is charming, creating a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. I expected it to be more formal, but it's quite casual and laid back. Now, let's talk about the food - each dish is a masterpiece, bursting with flavors that elevate the dining experience to new heights. We started with Brussels sprouts and "bada bing" shrimp; plus the complimentary bread, bean salad and perfectly chilled butter. Loved all of it...the sprouts were sweet and savory; the shrimp gigantic and decadent. Main courses were bolognese and spicy crab (served over pasta). Absolutely delicious, huge portions. So much crab on top of homemade pasta with a kick of hot peppers. All pasta is made in- house with one exception (and that one is imported from Italy). But, we stopped and had leftovers put aside so that we could try the desserts: Italian cheesecake and sticky toffee cake (served with salted caramel gelato), accompanied by an espresso. Again-amazing. These people know what they're doing. From the appetizers to the desserts, Osteria Danny consistently delivers a culinary delight that will bring me coming back for more. This restaurant truly captures the essence of casual/fine dining in Saratoga Springs. Can't wait to return!“

“This is a classic diner tucked in the middle of downtown Saratoga! It’s hard to believe it is still here while new restaurants and condos have been going up around it over the years, but it’s great for Saratoga that it has stood the test of time. The breakfast was great and the service was nice and unbelievably fast!We will definitely be back.“

“We started going to Hamlet and Ghost as a celebration of a birthday - and have since turned into regulars. We make sure to schedule our whole month around our trip to Hamlet and Ghost. Here's why.1. The menu is constantly changing. Alex and Alex do all they can to make sure they're using local and seasonal ingredients. This brings a freshness to each dish. And, even if some of the ingredients are the same, the end dish is slightly different each month, which leaves us interested.2. The Chef's Counter is an experience unlike most restaurants. Sit and converse with the kitchen staff. Marvel at the dance they do each night - and the attention to detail that only the best kitchens have. It's like basking in your best friends kitchen - while they do the only thing they love - cook.3. The flavors. In our experience, there are few Capital Region restaurants taking the risks Hamlet and Ghost takes. From non-alcoholic cocktails that mirror their alcohol brethren to creating croquets from duck confit, there simply isn't anyone pushing the envelope as much as they are. Oh, and they still have a burger, should you want that.In the end, Hamlet and Ghost is our favorite spot. It's ever evolving menu and flavors make it the kind of place you can't go once to get the full marvel of what they offer.Vegetarian options: There is always something for vegetarians to eat. Just look at the menu and you'll find both entrees and small plates that fit what you're looking for.“

“Our favorite stop for drinks, small plates and aps! We ordered a butter lettuce, goat cheese and fig salad to start. Fresh and delicious. Shared shishito peppers, bacon wrapped dates and Brussels. All exceeded expectations. Our server ( and I'm sorry we don't remember your name server 419) was amazing! He was fun, professional and timed the shared food perfectly. Our drinks were a white sangria and blood orange margarita and they were excellent.“

“Great bartender, friendly bar and home-brewed beer (even though I'm not really a beer drinker) - great atmosphere.......Buuuut the Wagyu-BLEND beef burger was not very good...... I was looking especially for a juicy burger and the Employee out at Roosevelt Spa & Springs recommended Druthers, so I checked it out, but I was disappointed because it was a thin 2-patty burger, NOT juicy at all, not fresh, (maybe frozen?)......... I even ordered 'the works' with an egg on it, fried onions - it was the wrong choice........ Should have went with the Macaroni & Cheese! That looked good from another customer at the bar......... But the huge warm chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup was excellent! Mmmmmmm good.........Parking: Got lucky out front on street......“

“This place is known for their wood fired grill and it's out to good use. The hanger steak and jerk chicken both have that amazing sear you'd expect and is definitely recommended. They're also known for their house made Parker rolls which was great! Plush and pillowly with a side of butter mixed with rock salt and honey - wow!The pierogies were good but outshined by the other dishes.Overall a delicious meal and highly recommended“

“I typically love Indian food but felt that the vegan chana masala I ordered earlier this week fell short of expectations. The dish lacked the usual depth of flavor that I am accustomed to at most Indian establishments. The saving grace was the additional side of onion chutney which I added to the dish to give it a little extra flavor. Papadum was good (along with the chutney and tamarind sauce).“
“Best place for a beer and food. Incredie experience every time no matter how many times you visit. Hasnt been a beer that isnt top notch quality, same with food. Staff are incredibly personable, food is as incredible as the service. Would recommend to anyone.“

“So on the road with Sophistafunk we stopped at Wasabi to grab some food before the show, only only complaint was the wait was too long for the all you can eat sushi which is why we stopped by but we were able to get some food to go and eat at the bar and OMG the food was so delicious the crab ragoon had to be my favorite I have had ever and the rest was just delicious. The sake was nice, warm, and smooth and even thou we ate at the bar it was still a nice experience. Definitely looking forward to our next trip to Saratoga Springs to call in early for a table and get that 4 up to 5 “

“Dined on a Tuesday around 4pm and the Eddie F’s Saratoga location did not disappoint!! In the past, we’ve enjoyed both of the Lobster rolls, hot and cold, plus the Lobster Mac and Cheese. Today, we tried the fish fry dinner with fries (delivered to the table with onion rings, but was promptly corrected with a piping hot basket of delicious French fries). I tried the blackened grilled Shrimp, cooked to perfection, served on a toasted hot dog roll with homemade onion rings. Both meals were well seasoned and very much enjoyed. We were the only 2 inside diners and there were 2 orders for take out prepared and picked up while we were there. Our female server was very nice and professional, as was the female cooking in the back of the restaurant. Our only complaint was with the Cole slaw. It was dry cabbage and tasteless, missing either mayo or vinegar, whichever you prefer. We will definitely order and enjoy more of Eddie F’s Seafood in the future!! ? available inside. Parking is hit or miss, sometimes you get lucky and can get a spot out front or one on the side. Definitely worth a visit!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Couldn't have been more perfect. We were a large crowd, after track season with a bunch of kids. “I moved to the albany area from the city and I really love this place, the ingredients and toppings taste fresh and delicious. I'm a big fan of the wood fired thin crust, a lot of the pizzas in the albany area are too doughy and floppy. They are ny style slices but never have the crispy undercarriage. So I'd say if you like a thin and crispy pizza with a nice char this is it.“

“I came here on a Thursday night and it was relatively busy so I would recommend a reservation. Service was attentive but not overwhelming. The ambiance is very nice; rustic yet not dingy. They provided complementary bread and butter which came in the form of rolls. For my main, I ended up getting the maple chicken salad. The maple balsamic vinaigrette was really delicious with the apples and the grilled chicken, but the highlight of the meal was definitely the pumpkin nut muffin. It was soft and spiced very nicely; I was surprised by how well it complimented the salad. The person I went with got the fish and chips. He said it was pretty good but "inauthentic to the U.K." (this is a good thing; it means the fish was seasoned well). Overall, I would certainly recommend the Olde Bryan Inn for a comforting vibe and good food.“
