“I can never eat chicken from anywhere else ever again. Every time I’ve come here the service is impeccable and the food is fantastic. I always get the mixed plate and their smash burger is so perfect with the grilled onions and yo-yo sauce. The chicken sandwich?! No notes! So good every.single.time. The slaw with pickles and yo-yo sauce elevates the already perfect piece of chicken. The waffles fries are always cooked to perfection and super crispy. I live 40 minutes away and I’ve come here an embarrassing amount of times already.“

“This was the first time I had been to Rippers in eight years and it is still as good as it was in 2015. The burgers are so flavorful and juicy and came with a special sauce with cheese, lettuce and tomato. It tasted so good. The Fries were topped with salt, pepper and spices. They really have a great flavor and really don't need ketchup. The one thing is that they give you a very generous portion and are perfect for sharing. The view of the shore is amazing and it is nice to hear the waves crashing while you are eating. It puts you in the mood and you can just relax.“

I'm not sure what the place is like during dining hours, but the food was good and the service was on point.Parking: I had to use some app to pay for the street parking, it took a while and was something I figured out during the wait time for the meal. I got the chicken and beef shawarma platter, the chicken cheese sandwich, their amazing fries, beef and lamb kofta burger, and iced coffee. All the food was tasty! The shawarma platter hit the spot. For me, I would have loved more meat. But nonetheless, I loved it. The chicken cheese sandwich was seasoned so well. I could see myself eating this late at night with such satisfaction... I took my leftovers home so I probably will. lol. The kofta burger is as you would expect it to be! Delicious and giving you kebab feels. The coffee was strong... just how I like it! There is an alternative milk option if you don't drink dairy like me. There's also different syrups to try in your coffee like vanilla, hazelnut, and almond. They also have flavored creamers like caramel, almond joy, and Cinnabon. Shout out to Gio, one of the owners, who I met today... such a warm and friendly person. :) If you're looking for something new... this is definitely the spot for you to hit up!“

“Been wanting to try this place for a long time. The burgers? 12/10 get the farmhouse, and the A1 burger. Also homestyle tenders, big crispy and piping hot. The fries? “I can't believe this place is down the block from my house and I didn't know. Granted I just moved to the neighborhood, but I can see this becoming a favorite spot. The service was great( maybe the server name was crystal , I'm really bad with names ) ! Food could be at a 3 but if service is great that bumps it up to a 4 . “We ordered assorted gyros, souvlaki, tacos and baklava. The staff was friendly and the service was wonderful. Over all decent and accommodating to the greek culture with a twist of spanish. Only thing I would change is to add oragano salt and pepper to the gyros and don't blend the tzatziki makes it a bit pasty in texture but flavor was 7/10. The baklava less refrigerated time and more syrup not leaving the tops so dry. Would visit again.“

“This place is very close to Winthrop Hospital making it a good place to go while waiting while someone has outpatient surgery. I ordered the PS Texas burger which was very tasty with nice,crisp bacon. I changed up the side and got half onion rings and half sweet potato fries. Very accomodating staff. My sister had the PS Grilled Chicken and Avacado. She wasn't able to finish it because this thing was HUGE! Very generous portions all around. She took half of it home. Since we had a long wait, we decided on dessert. I ordered the Fried Vanilla Ice cream. It was done to perfection. My sister had the Chocolate Brownie with ice cream and caramel. The brownie was nice and warm , just enough to make the ice cream melt down the side of it. It looked really good and again, a generous portion.The time we went( 1:30pm) it wasn't very crowded so we stayed a long while and were not rushed out of the place. Worth stopping in for lunch and in my opinion, prices are very reasonable for the area.“

I had the Jackpot with honey money mustard and my fiance had a chicken caesar wrap and we split drunken fries. All of it was delicious. Both of ours had plenty of chicken and taste. “This was my grandma Ruth's local pizza place. As an original homeowner in Flushing, she was probably one of their oldest customers, ordering from there since they opened until she died at 98years old. I want to first say that they were always extremely accommodating to my grandma. When she came in, they would serve her at her table even though it was a counter service spot. As a joke we'd always order the grandma pie when visiting Grandma's, but seriously, it's one of the best grandma pies I've had. Luigi- I want to say thanks for the good food and the memories over the years, and especially for taking such good care of my grandma, and I hope to make it back up there sometime to order another grandma pie in her honor!“

“3.5 Stars I haven't had a classic NYC pizza in a whileeee so we ordered a large cheese pizza. Even after about 10 minutes sitting in the box, it was still fresh and hot. It's not the best cheese slice but it hit the spot. It had a great thin crust but still held up together easily. It was light on the tomato sauce, which I actually wish there was more, but a good amount of melty cheese with a pretty good cheese pull. The crust was also nicely done. Pretty good pizza joint in the area. I'd get it again if I have a classic NYC pizza craving.“

The only improvement I’d suggest is that they actually ROLL it (like the picture on their menu) in paper foil so it’s easy to eat.
