“Came here the other day in the afternoon , got the Spanish latte it was really good I sat down to do some work on my laptop the place was quite which I liked. I just wish the cleanliness was a little bit better the tables that were all available were dirty so I cleaned it off as well as the seat and it was a little stuffy inside. Don’t think I would sit again but would grab the latte again. I think maybe I came in after the rush so maybe they didn’t get a chance to clean yet.“
“My first experience with Americano Cafe was positive. The interior of the cafe in combination with dishes and drinks create a cozy atmosphere in winter. Food and drinks at a high level. I was also pleasantly surprised by one of the waiters named Oleg, a very attentive and pleasant employee.“
“Consistently my favorite cookie shop, they make the best rainbow cookies (each individually coated in chocolate.) The brownies are great if you want a chocolate fix, I especially love the salted caramel brownies. They also have great hamentashen and Italian cookies if you want something lighter.I haven't found anything here that I haven't loved except maybe the cookie/brownie. I prefer brownies to be gooey and chewy, while I prefer chocolate chip cookies to be thin and crispy. When you combine them you get something that's neither and it just doesn't do it for me (though if these types of combos are your thing I hear they're very good here.)“
“Was here for a bridal shower. The menu was plentiful. It was a party menu however it offered a fair variety of choices. The wait staff was attentive and the wait time for food was fair. Food was delicious and was of a fair serving size.“
“MY NEW FAVORITE BOBA SHOP!!!!I had visited here with my family this week, and we had such a great time.The first thing you see is all the amazing claw machines they have inside! So many cute, and unique prizes to choose from. My son was so happy, he really loves claw machines.When I had went, there was no wait time at all. We ordered using the kiosk that's nearby the register, because we wanted to check out the menu. It was so easy to use, and fun to explore all the options available.My husband got a dragon fruit drink with popping passion fruit bubbles, I tried the Rose milk tea with boba, and my son got a strawberry milk tea, also with boba.Everything was so delicious! Next time we come back, we want to try the snack menu!!!It's so worth it, try it out sometime!! It's very popular among young people ❤️“

“Tiny pizza spot with an awful parking lot, but don't worry, it does get better from here. Hadn't heard much about this spot, but I had to try it as part of my mission to have all the pizza on Staten Island. The box boasted that they were among Staten Island's best thin and crispy pizzas. I was skeptical. Then I was pleasantly surprised. Hidden gem right here! Sauce was tasty. The bottom of the pie had a unique crunch. Good crust. Surprising amount of flop, but it didn't hurt it. Could be we arrived too early. They were just getting started. I give it an 8.1.“
“So I've been going here for 15 years, new owners took over in the past year. It's better than it was before. The food is very good, the prices are a bit higher but reasonable because I actually think the quality is better than it was, it's clean and the service is fast. I recommend it. Highlights are anything with vodka sauce, the rolls, their entrees are great and I prefer the Eggplant Parm myself. It's my regular neighborhood pizza shop, I visit frequently.“
“When I arrived this place had just opened and it was cold inside. , I made an order, the order was ready very quickly within five minutes, I ordered soup ? beef pho, the soup was not traditional but tasty, brought in a plastic disposable plate, the spoon was also small and plastic and it was not very convenient to eat it, I don’t know why they use this plastic usually the soup is served in traditional Vietnamese ceramic plates, and the spoon is also traditional, I like their spoons ? and here the plastic was not comfortable to eat because of this. wanted to change dishes… pho soup tasted like 5 stars delicious real… sprouted beans were fresh.. who likes real traditional pho you need to visit this place… inside is clean comfortable and cozy.. recommend to everyone . only one minus is this plastic dish ?Good was great! The atmosphere was really nice and Ian was a great . Suggested the wings, and I wasn't disappointed. Will go back again and try the ribs next time, and I think so no more plastic plates and spoons..“
“Came here with some friends , amazing hookah, great drinks and good music. Our waitress Sue was amazing, very welcoming , attentive and great service . We had a good time . Will definitely be coming back . 100% recommend this place. When u go there ask for tequila with a splash of pineapple you wont regret it“
“You can tell they use real high quality ingredients for their drinks and unlike similar places that sell basically the same drink but a different flavor, most teas here have substantial differences. It may be a little expensive, but it's also probably the best bubble tea spot on the island.“
“I’ve loved Chick-fil-A since before it came on Staten Island. FYI the entrance for morning pickups is by the EAST restaurant (between upstairs macys and JCPenney). I had to call to ask them since the mall opens later after BREAKFAST hours!!!“
“This place has wonderful ambiance. I attended a 60th Bday Party. The food was well seasoned and the wait staff were very accommodating. Oh and there is parking in the back. This is located right on the water. On a warm day the sunset would be amazing. Too bad the day we went it was pouring cats and dogs. We have plans to return when it warms up.Parking: There is free unpaved parking behind the restaurant. I chose paid parking across the street because it was raining very hard and I did not want to walk through dirt and gravel with my shoes.Wheelchair accessibility: If dropped off in the front, you can easily navigate the entire first floor and the restrooms are big enough to accommodate a chair.“

“First time I was ever there. The staff was friendly and efficient even though it was very busy being it was New Year’s Eve day. It was the perfect choice to bring a platter to a house party. I even asked a question by email and received an answer very quickly.The pretzels rivets and mini hot dogs were delicious. Everyone enjoyed them“
“Came off a plane in LaGuardia and after an hour drive to the hotel, I was staaaaaaarving. Charleys to the rescue. I had the small Bacon 3 and ultimate fries. They were yum and perfectly portioned, though I think they forget the cheddar on the fries. Food was ready quickly, too, which I appreciated.“
“Exceptional The sandwiches are to die for the BLT & turkey are excellent breakfasts are sooo good the ricotta and egg sandwich just always consistent and tasty. PRESENTATION is beautiful unique and creative. I order out through uber eats too and even delivery again food arrives hot and delicious. I left a sandwich on my counter for lunch my daughter ate it before I got a bite. I highly recommend piece of cake for everything from breakfast lunch dinner and dessert.“
“I came here last night at around 10 pm for a quick bite to eat. I ordered the steak burrito, at first I thought it was small but once I ate it I realized how filling it was!! I was so full after and it was so so delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection and I loved the rice and beans. I asked to be seated upstairs since downstairs was more of a bar scene with loud people and they were accommodating. This restaurant is gorgeous inside as well!! Friendly staff too. Service was a little slow though. Thank you for the delicious food!“
