We had dinner at eleven waters as part of downtown dining weeks. The restaurant is located on the ground level of the Marriott hotel. When we arrived, we walked through the hotel lobby and the bar to get to the main dining area, and were surprised to find it mostly empty, although it did fill in more throughout the evening. Ugh, I so wanted this place to be great. Don't get me wrong, service was great, the staff was attentive and helpful. The space is beautiful with lots of big windows for natural light. And the location is clutch if you're staying at that hotel. But I have to warn you, don't get the lobster Benny. I was so excited to order it, had picked it from the menu before I even arrived. Had a delicious pre-show dinner. And our waiter, Ben, was fabulous. That was a big contrast to the "gentleman", possibly the host, who took the party behind us even though we had reservations, walked that group through the middle of our party and sat them at the table Ben had set up for us. Ben handled everything very professionally. Our group, however, was stunned at the rudeness shown to Ben and to us, the customers, by this other employee.
