“Hosted a professional Networking Part here for a local group. Maria and her staff were wonderful, they made everything so easy. The private event space is so spacious with a mix of high tops and tables. Food was wonderful and everything was seamless. We can't wait for next year to have our event here again!“

“If this place were open during better hours, I like to think I would have been here a dozen or more times. Their menu is full of unique, high quality offerings and everybody knows it. So many things I'd absolutely love to try, and some day I will. Every year we vow to try the candidates for the Best Burger contest from the NY Beef Council, and every year, time passes too fast, things come up, we don't have money to spend, or we just forget until it's all over. This year we finally got in front of it and tried the Crooked Birria burger for this year's contest, and threw in a Billy The Kid from the weekly special for good measure. I love everything Birria, and was super excited to see this burger coming from one of the best burger places around. I think maybe the excitement and high expectations might have tainted the experience, but it didn't seem to fit together as I had dreamt it. You can't really tell where the shreddy meat ends and the burger begins. I think it's seasoned with Indian spices, I would guess Garam Masala. Definitely a taste of cinnamon, and some other spices within that vicinity I don't have the literacy to pinpoint. The birria dipping sauce was extremely salty, and I liked the burger better without it. Loved the burger, loved the meat - crookedness and all - but the two things didn't really stack. Billy The Kid was actually the better of the two. Topped with an amazing pile of bacon, onion jam, goat cheese, and chipotle aioli sauce. Same top notch burger, same thick cut bacon we've seen on other burgers. Despite all the sauce, it was lacking in flavor until we added salt. The salt brought the flavor of the sauces to life and made this our favorite burger of the two. Before this, we hadn't been in since 2022... I think to try burgers that had won the previous year's contest. I wouldn't call them the best, but for sure on par with the other known greats in the city. If I could make it back, there are a slew of things on the menu I've been dying to try, but it's always been so long since I've been that I can't pull myself away from the burgers. Check their Facebook, because they do extend their hours for events and things but that also means it's going to be super busy.“

“Let's start with the atmosphere here. Beautiful lighting and non wobbly tables....great start. It's intimate....not small, but intimate. The service is.....pretty, pretty, pret-ty good. Seriously tho - tag team waitstaff is smart too the guest is never ledt looking for their waiter or waitress. And the food .... it is some of the best damn food in the greater Syracuse area. Best wings I've had in a few years folks and the specials are always changing and if you don't try it here, I can't be your friend and don't read my reviews anymore. Run. Don't walk to TDH Tavern. Had to wheel me out last time....damn!“

“A simple, slightly divey Irish pub with parking and ample tables. Great service and home-town atmosphere. I didn't get a chance to try the food but have heard good things.Parking: There is a side parking lot and street parking. If things are busy, parking may be tricky, but when I've been on a weeknight, it has been easy.“

“Phenomenal Event thanks to Asil's, where Emily and Lisa ensured our party was a success. We held our birthday event in their banquet room and guests were so pleased, calling it "a hit"! They were so attentive as event coordinators, responsive to our guests at the bar, and made the most outstanding delicious dishes that our guests kept going up for more than one serving!! I'm so grateful and highly recommend them over any of their competitors. Asil's is a class act who knocked it out of the park and made this birthday party a memorable, fun time. (Order the riggies!!)“

“Another over looked and under appreciated bar. From the outside you'd never know what a gem this place really is. I stopped in on a whim by meeting some out of the ordinary acquaintances but I will say what a blast. I happened to enjoy myself and my company quite well. The bartender was so friendly and made tremendous drinks. She was so welcoming I think I'll go back again very soon.“
