“Very busy, with quite a few employees preparing meals. They finished my order exceptionally quick, (10 mins with at least 5 orders ahead of me). The staff was organized and well managed. Food was hot! And service was friendly.?they even had orders that were quite large, and were handling a tour bus order as well, which everyone was happily served. This is a very well managed pit stop. Thank you very much!!“

“First of all, I love their pizza. On my top 3 list. What was so special was that they helped us with my daughter's gender reveal. Also because the owner made the pizza himself for this occasion and used the sauce to make a G for a girl. All the staff came out to help us with this celebration and they were all so kind and thoughtful. They said it was the first time they ever did a gender reveal and on the spot too. Let's not make it the last!“

“Had been there a few times in the past. However this time was for Pi day. The staff was well prepared for the rush and had a nice flow going. The only issue was their registers froze. However we're able to get them up and running within 10 mins. Not something they could control. Pizza is amazing. So many options, sauce, cheeses and toppings. As well as topping sauces. Good fountain drink options and others for kiddos.Vegetarian options: They offer vegan cheese options as well as crust too (cauliflower esp)Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free crust options, as well as the above mentioned.Wheelchair accessibility: The doorway can be tight if a lot of people but a wheelchair should be able to move with some ease.“

“Firehouse seriously have the best subs. The veggie sub and the tuna sub are my absolute favorite. The chili is spot on and I refuse to believe someone’s grandmother isn’t in their kitchen making it. The Mac and cheese is bomb too. We order from them at least 2-3 a week! Never disappointed! Highly recommend!“

“Today was my first time visiting the new Jersey Mike’s establishment on Monroe Ave in Rochester NY. At the time we had arrived,there were only three employees behind the counter with a full line and lots of online orders coming in…however, the staff handled every customer with EXCEPTIONAL service as quickly as possible—while working together with such patience! and not to mention…the food was amazingly fresh, and delicious. “My friend and I ordered online for pick up at Pi Craft. The online ordering was pretty straight forward. We both customized our pizzas. I ordered standard crust with red sauce, all the cheeses, mushrooms, artichokes, spinach and two tomatoes topped with arugula and balsamic glaze. It was pretty good and fed me for two meals! My friend also ordered the balsamic glaze on top, but they forgot it on hers unfortunately. She got her pizza on a cauliflower crust since she is gluten free. Ultimately, I would come back!“

“Been eating here for a little more than a year so far. Tried about everything besides the machu bowl, but let me tell you, there’s flavor for every item. My favorite on the Peruvian side is the half chicken meal, and Crispy Chik’n wrap for the American side. The spicy mayo is just the best, and you can’t find it anywhere else (it’s secret I’ve been told). Very savory and gets me sweating a bit. They come to my school for catering and I occasionally get the rice and rotisserie chicken. A great lunch meal between classes. They will usually walk food to you as well. 10/10 recommend.“

“Had no idea this place existed on North Street. So glad we stumbled upon it as the food is always fresh and tastes absolutely delicious. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. They actually remember who their customers are.There is a good selection on the menu and the prices are reasonable. “Buddha's Burgers is my go-to spot for lunch when I need simple, delicious comfort food. Their prices are affordable, food is good- but what's honestly the best is their service! Food is always well-packed and presented, and they take extra steps to make sure you're cared for without even asking. The first time I ordered a bowl of chili and side of fries (chili cheese fries are my favorite) they gave me a side of cheese in a cup without me having to request it, which was extremely thoughtful. Highly recommend“

“Of all the options for lunch in Rochester, NY (and there are hundreds), this is CLEARLY my go-to location in Gates. The store is bright and clean, including the tables, chairs, and restrooms. The rolls, cold cuts, dressings, lettuce, etc, are always fresh and delectable looking! And I love being a club member, where I accrue points for application in the future each time I visit. Nate does a good job, and the girls are ALWAYS sweet, friendly, and accommodating. They make it seem like they enjoy their work and meeting the customers, and that is no easy task! My favorite of them all however is Kayla, Jersey Mike's Director of Operations..I think I'm in love with her. If only I were 30 years younger!“

“While waiting in the drive thru line, Chick-fil-A team member Kalen did an amazing job attending to a lot of cars in the rain, without a hood on. While her three coworkers with hoods on stayed under the tarp not taking orders. Kalen is a really attentive and supportive employee.“

“I am embarrassed to say that I have never been in pita pit and they have been here in Rochester forever. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a nice CLEAN store! (Henrietta location) Everything shines in there! We recently ate inside at Chipotle nearby and NEVER AGAIN it was filthy. The food here is fresh and delicious and the service was speedy and friendly. “The best plates in Rochester and it's not up for discussion. Back in college we would come here all the time and ten years post graduation it's still the same and great. We Doordashed two plates and they arrived exactly as ordered and super fresh.One thing I don't see mentioned anywhere is the difference between their meat sauce and "dry" meat sauce. Apparently the dry sauce has the oil strained so it's... drier. One of us got the dry and other didn't and it looked the same so ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯.“

“Found this place for breakfast while traveling. The breakfast sandwiches were SO good, the rolls were fresh, soft and delicious. Home fries were 10/10. Soft enough to melt in your mouth but still had some crispy edges with the perfect balance of seasoning. Can’t beat the prices for the quality of food!“

“Some of the best pizza in rochester! So cheesy and the sauce is a little sweet just like they do it in Buffalo (where I am from). Great thick crust with a good crunch. Ordered two sheet pizzas for only 38$ it was a steal and everyone at the party really enjoyed it.“

“I recently tried a calzone from D.P. Dough and I have to say, it was a delicious and unique experience! Unlike the typical calzone you might find at a pizza shop, this one had a softer and chewier crust, which I really enjoyed. The fillings were also tasty and plentiful, with a good balance of cheese, meats, and veggies.The service at D.P. Dough was quick and friendly, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving D.P. Dough a try if you're in the mood for a tasty and filling calzone that's a bit different from what you might find at a typical pizza shop.“

“Auntie ANNES henrietta! Jake came in early so my daughter could have Auntie Annes at her Birthday party. Thank you so much Jake! This is the 2nd time we used Auntie Annes for my daughters Birthday party! All the kids and adults loved it! We always get 3 buckets of nuggets, plain, pizza and mini hot dogs. “Had their wings (Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parm) and Garlic Parm tots from an Uber Eats when I got in my hotel after a late flight. I was blown away by how good their food was at midnight. The wings were cooked to perfection and seasoned well. I didn’t know how the tots would taste but I tried them and they were delicious. Food was really good!“

“Went for lunch with two friends, and had a burger and fries. Took about 10 minutes but worth the wait. Good Rochester diner-style grilled burger and crisp seasoned fries. I asked for medium, it was more medium-well, but still good, just crumbly enough, and not greasy. I highly recommended this place.“
