“My two daughters, grand daughter and I went to DeJuan's on Saturday 4/27/24 for my birthday dinner. Our reservation was at 8pm. First time going there. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was delightful. I had the shrimp scampi and daughters had salmon. This is definitely on our list of favorites. We had a pleasant surprise, we had to wait a little bit longer for our food due to other big parties (no big deal to us), however the management came to our booth and apologized for the slight delay and took care of the whole bill for the night. We did not have to pay a dime. WOW!. We have been to other restaurants but never received such pleasant service. On top of such wonderful gesture, I was given a signature glass as a birthday gift. KUDOS to Erica, Tracy and our server Navel (i hope i spelled it right). We thank you sincerely for making our day. We will definitely come back again.”

“We went for our first time last night and everything was perfect! Our server was so friendly and funny, she said she was brand new but she did an awesome job. The food was incredible, everything we ordered was delicious we had such a fun time and we talked to the staff for a little bit at closing time and they were all so nice. We will definitely be back it’s probably our new go to for date nights. Sad I haven’t gone sooner. Thanks for a great night! 5 stars!”

“I cannot recommend Porchlight enough! I have become a frequent flyer— no seriously— twice a dad visits. I love the convenience of their online ordering in the morning and their great cafe space for lunch. There is no wrong answer when it comes to their variety of flavors for your lattes. Truly a skillfully crafted coffee menu along with flavor-packed food options. My absolute favorite menu item is their harvest Cobb salad. I CAN’T GET ENOUGH! Dried cranberries, grilled chicken, feta (I think), walnuts, topped with the to-die-for maple vinaigrette on a bed of lettuce. Seriously, there is NO reason NOT to go to Porchlight. Cheers!”

I often grab breakfast after the gym and interact with Collin (I hope that’s his name)He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He’s kind and funny and the perfect person to greet you at 7am! Don’t get me wrong, everyone is great but Collin really takes the pancake😂👌🏿! Try the bird and Belgian dipped in Nashville hot sauce with maple bourbon butter and come back and thank me later!”

Yes they tack on a credit card fee, I’ve seen some people complain about this but I am 100% in support of it. It also means there is an advantage to pay in cash, so pay the bill and tip your server in cash for the best overall outcome and know the credit card service is there if you need it.”

“The atmosphere was better than expected for a “hotel restaurant.” We wanted a place with live music to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and we were not disappointed. It was very laid back and clean. The piano was fantastic and at the perfect volume. We had no issues holding a conversation while music was being played. Meech, our server, was one of the best I’ve ever had. Friendly, attentive, and great at helping us choose different food and drinks. The regular menu was a little on the smaller side but they also had a special holiday menu that we chose from. My only complaint, and why I can’t give it 5 stars, is that it was a tad overpriced. With drinks it came out to about $100 per person before the tip. So, just be prepared for the check because those drinks add up quickly.”

The food was surprisingly delicious even though it was NOT what I ordered. 5 starts to the Female cook that night. Every aspect of our food was awesome. Customer service was much to be desired. I did not mention to our server that she gave me the wrong burger because it was great! (No Thanks to her). I asked for pie. She said "We don't have pie." I said, "What's that?" Pointing at a advertisement for pie on the sugar, salt and pepper tray. I said "where's the pie menu?" She said "we don't have a pie menu." She then proceeds to bring me the pie menu. By then I was done with this server and didn't want to spoil my awesome meal with further bad customer service. I'd be back just not at night with this server.🤷🏿♂️”

“Rob Bass said it in his rap song and it was the truth back in the 80’s. The Whopper was a treat each and every time that I bought one. It’s still not the Burger King of old, but they have really improved upon the quality doesn’t matter, serve them anything Good Burger, keep cranking ‘em out stage / that it appeared that they took for the first 24 years or of this century. I left many Whoppers unfinished during this stage. I kept going back even though I knew that I would leave disappointed. They changed the fries recipe so many times that I began to prefer their minced onion, onion rings over the like warm never crunchy sticks. Today my fries were crunchy and my Patty Melt was “One tasty burger!”
My only regret? One flavor of diet soda. Come on! Wendy’s has a million flavors now Arby’s and Taco Bell even give me a choice. Get Diet 7up or a diet Root Beer flavor, please?
The mini Churros taste as good as the Churros taste at a carnival. The chocolate dipping sauce was pretty artificial tasting and lame, but I’m sure other flavors will come.

As for the food, it's enjoyable, but it's priced as if it would be exceptional ramen and pho, and I find it to be very average at best. While it's certainly not "bad" food, the value is lacking.
I'll admit this is probably about the best option for a pho or ramen craving if you're in the Akron area,but if you're willing to drive further north to Cleveland, you'll find yourself with much higher quality options at a much lower price point.
Based on the competition and what you receive for what you pay, overall rating is 4 stars. Bottom line - it will satisfy your cravings in a pinch, but if you're willing to travel, the competition is much better.”

Considering how busy they are every time I visit, they are fast and keep it moving. Orders are accurate, they remember the details. Only reason for 4 stars is you cannot call ahead prior to pickup. Every 7th or 8th sub you get 5$ off via a sub card they give you and tally when you order. I ordered once but it was delivery, I brought sub card with that receipt for another order a week later. The lady counted the receipt sandwiches but did not give me 5$ off which I should have received that order. Plus should have received a new card and 2 tallies on it. It was so busy I chalked that up, no biggie. But yes, that is why 4 and not 5 stars.”

The elevated ambiance envelopes you immediately upon entering but the attention to detail is what takes this restaurant to the next level- the service, the music, the handmade sugar scrub for hands in the elegant bathroom, the meticulously hand crafted and unique cocktails, and last but not least, the delicious cuisine, with each dish presented like a work of fine art. We enjoyed an incredible birthday dinner for two, each dish we tasted was sublime. The cocktails were absolutely top notch, even the mocktail was mind-blowingly good. The wine list is top notch. We cannot recommend Stirling more highly if you are looking for a fine dining experience on every level!”

I ordered a medium because it was just me that day and when I picked it up it was a large. They don't do a medium pizza. I wasn't mad about it I just didn't want to spend so much on lunch just for me ya know. So I wish that I was told when ordering that I was buying a large because again, I just wanted to spend X amount. Only complaint I've had in 30 year's. I highly recommend!!! You won't be disappointed if you order any pizza with extra cheese!!! So good!!”

“Stopped in around 9:30 pm on a Friday for some donuts. The gentleman working the counter apologized for not having fresh filled donuts and cream sticks available however fresh cake donuts were up for grabs and some donuts that were left over from earlier in the day. I went with an assorted dozen- vanilla and chocolate coconut frosted cake donuts, a couple glazed, some powder sugar donuts both regular and cinnamon sugar, a devils food, lemon sour cream, regular sour cream, blueberry, and a chocolate frosted. I wish I could say there was a favorite but there wasn’t. All the donuts were so fresh and had a little crisp to them! Even the next day the donuts were fresh- even after cutting into most of them to try pieces none of the donuts went stale or hardened over night. The frosting was still soft as well. Great little donut shop, don’t let their hours get you they open back up in the evenings if you miss them in the mornings. Will be going back”

Kid-friendliness: We have a really picky toddler, like REALLY picky, but the kid absolutely devoured the quesadilla we got within minutes. I don't know what kind of magical properties they're putting in this food but our kid actually ate the vast majority of it and asked for more, so these guys are our freaking saviors now 10/10”

“The food here is always solid and the servers are a lot cuter than days of past. Go to the north hill location and ask for Brooke n I bet she won’t let ya down! Even after the onion rings were slightly overcooked on the last visit, she replaced them with absolutely no question in an instant and though it took a while to get the replacement order, it gave me a chance to enjoy a meal while talking to her a bit longer. She was very sweet and I have been back a couple times since!”

“I have never had a bad experience in all of the years I have ate at or carried out food at Uncle Titos but tonight has to be my most favorite experiences. Their credit card machines were down when I went to pick up my carry out order, they offered to take down my card information so I was able to still get my order. I was a little nervous but I let him take my information as well as my name and number. I just received a text message with a photo of my ticket and then a photo of my ticket ripped up to ensure my information was destroyed. They took the time to do this with each person that trusted them with their information. I think this shows the type of business they are and I am blown away!”

“The only word I have for this place is, “Genius.” They smoked their tofu, created a spicy stout that stays with you in a pleasant way to continue that classic stout after taste and this place has a full vegan menu for those watching their cholesterol. What a killer place. Well there’s word numero dos… “Killer.” 10/10 would poop here again.
Edit: Adding a more serious opinion. This place is specific to their beer menu. Review it before coming in. As a brewer and past wine/brew supplies salesman I would say these beers are artisan and if that’s not for you, consider understanding that before you enter. Mostly stouts and darks, Christmas styles and the like. Unique beyond all means. I had a winter beer that felt like a warm blanket by the fire as I drank it. So if this IS for you, then I’d highly recommend getting in and exploring these beers. I believe the world beer cup has listed several of their beers as “best in the world” and I would agree.”

“I rented the interior living room space for my bridal shower and it was absolutely amazing! I looked around and got pricing from a ton of other venues, and Pure Intentions had the most reasonable price out of everyone else. The space was also very different than the run-of-the-mill banquet halls people usually rent for these types of events. There were couches, bar/barstool areas, multiple different tables, comfortable seating, a stage, a piano, and cool art hanging up all over the walls. The lighting was perfect as in not too bright, and we were able to adjust the lighting by turning off some of the lights and using the lamps they have set up there. For my shower, I provided painting supplies and canvases for my guests so we could do a "paint and sip" style party with champagne and snacks. We set up our own projector up on the stage and followed along to a YouTube video tutorial and painted the same picture all together following along with the video. When I told the staff at Pure Intentions about my paint and sip style party plan, they were not only entirely open to the idea, they were ECSTATIC to be able to host such a creative and fun event for us. One of the employees met me there an hour early and helped me hang up decorations, provided me with extra tables, and got me some ice and a cooler for my beverages to stay cold. She was just amazing and I am so grateful for her help. I will 100% be recommending Pure Intentions to anyone looking for a cool, chill, vibey space for their event. And if I ever plan on hosting another party like this I will definitely be renting here again. Thank you Pure Intentions!! you were amazing”

“We came in last Sunday. We had been here a few times and I must say this was one of the best. Our server was very nice and on top of things for us. Lena is think was her name. We could tell they were busy as it seemed there was only 2-3 servers on. Our food was not long on the wait. The manager changed a TV for us so my buddy could watch hockey. We always have had problems with other places never changing TV's for us. He asked us how our day had been and just seemed to really care about us being there. Dan was wonderful and made sure, it seemed that everyone was having a nice time. I will definitely be back soon. Wonderful Irish food.”

I tried 4 a la carte street tacos and they all had different seasonings, toppings and flavors. My husband got the Barbacoa burrito. To our surprise, the side vegetables were flavored in such a way that he ate those first because it was so good. The burrito had a sauce that was not too much not too little, but just right. Overall you can tell they put a lot of thought in their dishes and how they are flavored and seasoned, so each dish is unique- which I feel is hard to find nowadays in Mexican restaurants. Very impressed, and will be back again, and totally worth the cost”

Ok it's Friday night not cooking, I call 25 minutes later I barely arrived home, filed up my car with the most amazing smells almost pulled over to munch down. The Lamb Gryo was AWESOME! Chicken and Joe Joe's were amazing, ordered dark chicken, same coating flavor, perfectly cooked. If you pass this place by you missed out. Best 27 dollars I've every spend. Order anything there and try the pizza Its juicy. The onion rings, mushrooms are good for under 5 bucks. Gyros are banging! Chicken in my opinion better than KFC and cheaper. “My two daughters, grand daughter and I went to DeJuan's on Saturday 4/27/24 for my birthday dinner. Our reservation was at 8pm. First time going there. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was delightful. I had the shrimp scampi and daughters had salmon. This is definitely on our list of favorites. We had a pleasant surprise, we had to wait a little bit longer for our food due to other big parties (no big deal to us), however the management came to our booth and apologized for the slight delay and took care of the whole bill for the night. We did not have to pay a dime. WOW!. We have been to other restaurants but never received such pleasant service. On top of such wonderful gesture, I was given a signature glass as a birthday gift. KUDOS to Erica, Tracy and our server Navel (i hope i spelled it right). We thank you sincerely for making our day. We will definitely come back again.”

“We learned this evening that Parasson’s has pulled from their menu the Italian Wedding Soup and Chicken Alfredo. The owner stated his father didn’t have Alfredo on the menu and he isn’t either. As far as the wedding soup, the explanation given was simply, the kitchen runs out of soup at the most inconvenient times. However, our waitress said if enough request to bring the soup back, it will be brought back. BRING BACK THE WEDDING SOUP!!”

She belongs at a 5 star joint. Refills, smiles, table side boxing our food, etc... We felt like we were getting red carpet treatment. She felt like family. I cannot express enough the good AURA surrounding this lovely server. She has such a kind soul and made us feel like a priority. We will ask for her again next time. We have a disabled toddler that was at peace and at ease and he ate like a champion and I think it has a LOT to do with his vibe from our server, she was so personable and helpful and kind. I cannot get him to sit still, stop yelling or eat and today was some other child inhabitanting mine. He's so sensitive to his surroundings and this was such a good time.. he was so very relaxed and he loved his spaghetti.

Vegetarian options: There are a lot of veggies, most of them will be side dishes but you have options other than cold salad to choose from. I don't eat much meat and I am able to get full off of the veggie options they have available and I don't feel like I am missing out by not getting a main dish that is vegetarian.
Wheelchair accessibility: Bring someone with you to open the door, it is not an automatic door. It is easy to navigate inside of the restaurant with a wheelchair.”
