“I'm writing this right after picking up a take out order - this is my second review from a different account. Went in for a half steak hoagie, service was fast and kind as always. I walked out of the shop without even looking at the order and crossed Euclid to the other side of the street. The gentleman working behind the counter ran out after me because they realized they forgot to put lettuce on the sandwich, and handed me a little bag of it. I wouldn't even have been upset without it, nor did I even get a chance to open the sandwich before he came out. If that's not service that goes above and beyond, I don't know what is. Best place in University Circle, hands down. Will always be a customer!“
“The gentleman who took my order over the phone displayed EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ? He was pleasant, well versed with describing their menu. The food was good....they packed up the food with integrity. I personally don't like when restaurants put utensils and condiments on top of my food...The Cobbler was great. I really enjoyed my meal ? I will go again.“

“We enjoyed our visit.The prices are just tad high.The food was really good though,and I liked the cheese sauce withmy waffle fries.The man who took our order wasnice and helpful.The lobby REALLY could have usedsome attention as all of the tables weredirty and trash was scattered around.It sure is a busy place as well.Oh, by the way, they've got lemonade and fruit punch. If you mix 2 parts lemonade and 1 part fruit punch... you get Sweetarts.?“
“The lady is cool, the guy who cooks n the back is very rude. I ask him to chop my steak up, he acts as if its a problem. I ask him to double grill my bread, he acts like its a problem. Its not like he doing something for free, im paying. And im paying alot of money.You should cook your customers food like they ask you, without sucking ur teeth and being non chalant. Now i make them my last stop if i need food thats close to my home.“
“I stopped by this past Tuesday, 3/5. The food was delicious and flavorful. I had the Italian sub and it was packed with fresh ingredients; not just bread. I was impressed with the two men working behind the counter. They were attentive, pleasant, were focused on their work, and checked up on me to see if everything was ok. It was more of a fine dining experience. The only thing missing were the white table linens.“
“First time trying cheesesteak and it was amazing. The cook - tim - was great. Made my food quickly. Greeted me as soon as i walked in and with a smile. Felt very welcome and appreciated as a customer. Restaurant was very clean and tidy. Because it was my first time trying it he asked what I liked and made wonderful suggestions. Overall would definitely recommend 10/10 and will be back“
