“This place is okay. Drive thru is great, but the inside ordering is a night mare. I suggest if you have more than 5 people waiting at the end of the bar, you need to pause order taking and get them cleared. An older man and his kid were waiting for their food/drink longer than I was. They also did not call out my drink when it was ready… some people did but the person who handed out my drink did not. It would be great to put a name on inside orders so you can just call a name and m what they ordered. I know it gets busy, but this leaves everyone else less confused and your line moving.“

“Coffee and food is always hot and fresh, but I usually have hear employees talking very loudly when I walk in. Usually bad mouthing other employees, talking about other customers, or their plans for the weekend. It almost makes you feel like you are interrupting them when you walk through the doors. If I don't order ahead I usually come second to whatever conversation is happening.Parking: Only a few parking spots, so if they're busy you might have to park on the opposite side of the building“
“I went to store 5227 and I had the pleasure of meeting a nice young man (his name was Michael) at the order counter. I ordered a coffee and a donut, he made sure my donut wasn’t squashed. (usually I have to ask or just deal with a squashed donut) we had a great conversation about his experience working at Dunkin, my niece is of working age and she loves coffee! “I stopped to fuel up. There was a litte stop and shop and connected was a Dunkin. I think the other store ran the fuel pumps. Anyway, the people running the Dukin were the most cheerful, charming, professional associate's I had the pleasure to meet! My order was ready in minutes and it was good. It was a good stop.“
“The workers were extremely nice and everything came out FAST. I haven't been to Dunkin in years because its not my go to coffee spot however, I was drawn in by the limited pink velvet macchiato. “I'm kinda a hater when it comes to coffee. I'm all like - I heat my water to 190° and scoop 3 spoons full of organic Columbian into my French press and plunge precisely 3 minutes later.... BUT I do love DD's lattes! They are strong and balanced. WAY better then Starbucks. Don't add sweetener.“

Watching these employees running around like crazy try to fill your low fat, iced mocha, no whip cold brew double shot of espresso hazelnut with just a splash of whipped cream chocolate swirl and caramel. Do you really think that happens in 2 seconds? No, they have a ton of customers coming through. Leave earlier for your job. Here's an idea, go inside to order the fancy drinks and loads of donuts if you want it correct get your a** out of the car and go in. I applaud you DD employees. “Today like everyday I go for my daily coffee andtreats for the grankids and or the dogs. I always have great service at this spot. Today the young ladies were exceptional. My coffee wasn't exactly my way and they smiled and fixed it up perfectly. No questions asked with a smile. I would be happy to know my kids performed that well at their job! “My next-door DD i like the Atmosphere,very clean and neat, four tables of four chairs and one high table/bar with three high chairs, the Donuts tasted yummy and freshly baked/made, but not very fan of the customer service. They also have a drive-through. I will go back again!“
